Fantastic experience: They managed to give me an emergency appointment the next day, it turned out that I needed to have a wisdom tooth removed, they gave me a choice of having it taken out there and then or referred to a specialist for sedation, they never rushed my decision and calmly spoke about each choice as by this point I was quietly panicking. In the end I decided to get it taken out there and then. The Dentist and the assistant were lovely, explaining what was happening at each point and talking very calmly to me during the procedure, it didn't take very long and all went smoothly, I didn't even realise the tooth was out. Im now pain free ,Fantastic service, highly recommend

Fantastic experience: A very clean and welcoming dental practice. The dentist Eliza was very calm, friendly and informative giving us both confidence in her as a practitioner. The dental assistant as lovely too! This was our first visit to this dental practice and we are more than happy ( if a little sad) and confident to leave our dentist in Reading Berkshire that we have been with for thirty years. We have been travelling back to Reading for five years so we are pleased not to have to travel to Reading for our dental care anymore. Thank you Eliza very much indeed. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and I can honestly say I was very impressed with the treatment I received from start to finish. The receptionist was very welcoming and I didn’t even have time to sit down before I was called in to see Magdalana , she was very thorough with my check up and explained everything as she went . I had been going to a private dentist but after my visit to Damira Ryde yesterday I ask myself why have I been paying all that money for so long .

Fantastic experience: On entering waiting room I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. I liked the list of dentists displaying how appointments were running. At my visit they were all 'on time'. Madi is lovely - very gentle and quietly talks you through with what she is doing. I'm so glad I answered their post when my then dentist closed, leaving me without one. Still being an NHS patient is a BIG bonus. Thank you Dalmira, Ryde.

Fantastic experience: Not knowing what to expect I went in with an open mind, I found the whole experience very good , first I met the receptionists who were very polite and helpful and then the dental nurse came down for and took me to the surgery where I met the dentist who was very nice and I will say Over the years I have met some very rude dentist's but on this occasion I was pleasantly surprised and I was happy to find such a good team. .

Negative experience: I saw Jaedan, Hygienist. Nice man but, unfortunately , I felt he lacked care, was too severe with his treatment and didn’t adapt when the treatment hurt me. I was soaked because he drenched me with water during the process . I also came away with some noticeable tartar still present on my front teeth which I didn’t realise was there until I got home. I would like a different hygienist for my future appointments please.

Positive experience: Had a hygiene appointment on Friday it was on time and the hygienist was lovely and the new room she was in was spacious and was extremely clean and tidy put me at ease straight away . The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was on my phone it kept showing my appointment as a dental appointment and not a hygienist one

Positive experience: Still had to wait 20 mins after my allotted appointment, despite being told they were running on time. No idea why we the patients bother turning up on time. This happens all the time. Thankfully I was in and outin less than 5 mins for a check up. They should charge by the minute! I explained this when I said I was not booking with the hygienist again. £80 for a 17 minute clean! Even if my teeth are already sparkling I expect my money's worth, with a polish or deeper clean at the very least.

Fantastic experience: This was my fourth visit in the last 8 weeks after being without a dentist since moving to the IOW 5 years ago. The treatment I once again recieved from Eliza De Souza , the receptionists and dental assistant was excellent. They are all so professional,friendly and informative. It is a pleasure to be treated here. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I come over to the island for work so this is not my normal dentist, however what an amazing dentist it is! The receptionists great you nicely and are always happy to help. Then ruby the dentist I seen for an emergency appointment was amazing she walked me through everything and really went the extra mile to make sure my appointment went as smoothly as it could. Dentists is one of my worse fears yet I felt so at ease compared to back at home. 100% recommend and I will 100% use again. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My second check up with Junaid who is lovely. He is very welcoming and I felt confident and relaxed throughout my visit. The receptionist was great. I arrived early and was concerned about my time parked outside. She sent a message to Junaid to ask if I could be seen soon. I find all the staff really nice. Had my first tooth taken out yesterday while I was awake. I was really anxious and Florina was great giving me time and explaining everything before, during and after the procedure. I was surprised how quick and easily Florina extracted the tooth.Thank you very much for a positive experience. My first visit at Damira Ryde. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Florina explained everything throughout my check up and made me feel relaxed and at ease. Highly recommend Florina and Damira. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I love going to this dental practice. I have had very bad experiences with other dental practices. Well I am so proud myself getting back into the dentist chair. It took long time for me to trust anyone especially with my disability I have. Well I am very happy so far with everyone who works there . And receptionist is amazing. Fantastic experience: Only just joined this practice. My first appointment was with the hygienist, who did a great job and was very knowledgeable and offered advice. My second visit, yesterday 9th April 25 was with the dentist and apart from a slight confusion about my appointment time she was very informative took time to explain what was going on with my teeth, offering advice and also they payed attention to the questionnaire I had completed. Very pleased with my overall experience and looking forward to Demira being my dentist going forward. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Third and final phase completed by Dr J Ahmed. Another painless professional job. Screwed my new tooth down onto the initial post fitted over 3 months ago. I now have a full set of chompers and went and had a steak dinner a few hours later. It’s just fantastic to have all my teeth again and to have had the whole process be so painless and easy was a surprise,, I should have done it years ago but my previous dentist was useless. Happy Happy Happy that the family moved to Damira in Ryde and Dr Ahmed got to work on me.

Fantastic experience: Met with a friendly welcome and made to feel at ease. The lovely nurse had read my pre appointment forms and asked if I was ok with the stairs. Positive experience: Unfortunately the information about how close to their schedule each dentist was , was not up to date. This meant that my wait was much longer than expected (30 mins after my appointment) and when I was forced to go out and repark my car , another patient was put ahead of me in the waiting order. Consequently I didn’t get into my appointment until 50 mins after the scheduled time. Once I was in with the dentist my experience got better and I feel that I received first class treatment.
