I messaged them and received quick and effective responses. I was booked into an emergency dentist the same day after contacting dental triage! Great service for whenever you need it.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Outstanding Service! I visited Dental Triage yesterday and I genuinely cannot praise them enough. I had a tooth extracted, and the entire experience was unbelievably smooth and professional. The doctor who treated me—though I sadly didn’t catch his name—was exceptionally quick, gentle, and reassuring. I was still lying down, expecting the procedure to start, only to be told, "You're all done, Stan!" I couldn’t believe it—it was that fast and completely painless. I felt such relief, not only from the dental issue but from how caring and skilled the whole team was. I’ve honestly never experienced dental service this excellent. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, efficiency, and kindness. THANK YOU for making what I feared would be a painful visit into something so positive and surprisingly easy. Negative experience: I was sent here from another dentist in extreme pain, expecting to see an orthodontist. I was kept waiting 20 minutes in reception. Followed by a 2 minute consultation and charged £89 for this and a course of antibiotics. Next time I will call 111.

Fantastic experience: I was in terrible pain just phoned on the off chance as I don't have a dentist and a few hours later it was done,same price as the other dentists I tried but the difference being I had it done that day...can't complain about ,anything it was a no nonsense in and out, from the minute I got there to leaving with my tooth gone was 20 minutes!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist. I got a same day emergency appointment on a Saturday for an abscess which ended up needing the tooth out. The dentist was brilliant and I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I broke my back molar and got an emergency appointment the next day. I had a full assessment and the options were discussed with me, including leaving the tooth, a temporary or permanent fix. I went ahead with a permanent composite filling (it was explained that it was more expensive than normal because it was an emergency appointment.) There was clarity about the potential costs of the treatment from the start. I'm really pleased with the results and would recommend the service.

Fantastic experience: Had an infected tooth under my bridge. They were so nice and helpful. I was seen early the next day. Given xray, shown ehat was causing tge problem, antibiotics and a treatment plan. Price for emergency treatment was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had to come here in an emergency only last night with in an infection in my right gum. I was in chronic pain but all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I was given an X Ray and a course of antibiotics. They eased my pain for the night by numbing my mouth. I was so pleased with the outcome and have changed my dentist to one that was recommended by a member of staff

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the clinic for an emergency tooth extraction. All of the staff were friendly and offered me great service from the start of my visit until the end. The clinic itself was clean and modern and ensured a warm and welcoming environment. I had my extraction carried out by Dr. Haque, who was very friendly, professional. I was nervous about the procedure but he was very accommodating and informative, helping to make it a positive experience. I am happy that I visited the clinic and would do so again in future. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency appointment on a Sunday. I rang at 10am and was seen by 2pm. Dentist explained all of my options, the costs and we set a treatment plan. The team were very caring and sensitive to my needs. They listened to me and acted on what I told them. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: What a great place!!!! I desperately needed a tooth removed, my own dentist said it was too tricky so he could not do it! I made a call to Dental Triage at 18:15pm and by 22:00pm my tooth was removed with ease and pain free. Great experience all round. Thank You.

Fantastic experience: I was in agony with one of my wisdom teeth and they were in regular communication with me to help me get an appointment the next day. My tooth was taken out with no issues and everyone was really lovely and friendly! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a appointment with Jabir Duale, went in because I had troubles opening my mouth due to my wisdom tooth growing in the wrong direction, had a consultation as well as a x-ray to determine the best cause of action and was deemed best to remove the tooth and then was able to remove it on the spot. As painful as the extraction was ( not due to the pain in my mouth as they did all the correct procedures… ) it was the muscles in my jaw going into shock and the after care I got from Jabir Duale was more than anyone could ask for. For any future treatments I would highly recommend attending Riyo dental.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with my service at Riyo. After a bad experience with my NHS dentist I was very nervous to go back so when my tooth broke I looked for an emergency dentist and found Riyo. They gave me an appointment on the same day. I was very nervous going but it's a beautiful clinic and the staff were very nice and reassuring. The dentist gave me my options and explained everything thoroughly and ensured i was happy with the price before he went ahead. I opted to have my tooth extracted and it was done very quickly with no pain. Thank you very much. 100% would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction at 1.30pm at a dentist in Oldham, apart from a small amount of bleeding all went well. Started bleeding again about 4pm & thought it would stop eventually which it didn't. Tried A&E at 9pm but they were expecting me to sit there in a packed waiting room with it constantly bleeding for over 5 hours so ended up walking out & trying to find a 24/7 dentist. Found Riyo Dentals in Stretford were available out of hours, so after a WhatsApp consultation, my husband drove me down at 11.30pm still bleeding heavily. The dentist was extremely pleasant & helpful. I had to have stitches to stop the bleed .He explained that when they pulled the tooth out, they've loosened the one behind, hence all the bleeding. The socket is still oozing, but no bleeding now, & hopefully it will now heal. As this had happened to me before, a long time ago, I knew I couldn't wait to get treated & very much appreciated being seen at such a late hour. Can't thank you enough for seeing me promptly & dealing with my emergency. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

Dental practice very clean very modern and staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend if you need urgent assistance.

Fantastic experience: Called at 12 o'clock made an appointment for 6 30 pm very easy, arrived and was seen and was advised to have tooth out which I did.. Couple of injections in my gum sat waiting for 10 minutes and the tooth was out pain free. Fantastic service by the dentist. Very clean and professional. Fran on reception was very nice and very helpfull, even got a call back of Fran the day after to see if I was OK. 5 star service from start to finish...

Fantastic experience: I have been in pain for the last couple of weeks, my nhs dentist kept putting me off and told me to wait until my check up in a month. I decided to go private after another sleepless night. Phoned Sunday morning and sorted same day. The receptionist was super lovely and put me at ease, as was the dentist and assistant. Two teeth out that will never bother me again. This is definitely my new permanent dentist!!! Fantastic experience: I found dental triage when on Google when there were no weekend NHS emergency appointments available. I was offered an appointment the for the next day. The reviews all looked really positive so decided to book at a cost of £49. They were extremely sympathetic to my pain and explained everything really clearly and what treatment I needed. Fantastic experience: Booked an emergency appointment after a couple of days of toothache. I was offered an appointment for 6pm the same day. The service was first rate from the booking to the appointment itself. I was given an X-ray and examination and an explanation of the issue and a number of options. I opted for extraction which was completed within minutes and with no pain at all. The team were attentive, compassionate and professional. Although this was an emergency out of hours appointment, I have now registered as a regular patient following such a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Staff are lovely and welcoming, got my emergency appointment the same day, was treated and given an aftercare plan. Around 4-5 days later i was suffering with 'dry socket' they told me to come in and treated it for me with no extra charge. Would definetly reccommend.

Fantastic experience: Called the practice at 11pm as my dad had horrible toothache and couldn’t eat or sleep the last 3 days. We were told we could come down and be seen. We only had to wait about 15 mins before we got seen and Dr Nihad was so nice and calm to me and my dad . He ended up taking my dad’s tooth out so quickly and smoothly. This was all done at midnight and my dad was out of pain. Very grateful to Nihad and his nurse for the great treatment. Would recommend anyone to come here seeking emergency dental treatment!

Fantastic experience: Rang for an appointment and was seen within the hour!! I cannot thank Muzzy and Leanne enough!! I was in so much pain and absolutely terrified, but Leanne was so reassuring, supportive and held my hand. Muzzy talked me through everything, explained what he was doing and took his time with me and totally understood my feelings and spoke to me throughout the procedure. Fantastic experience: Phoned them yesterday afternoon with regards to chronic toothache and I needed to have it removed. Dentists around where I live said they couldn’t fit me in for an over 7 days. When I phoned this company then said come down to us now & we will do it for you. (I live around 1 hour away) Pricing was extremely good. (Same as a usual dentist) pulled my tooth out in 15 seconds or less and I was on my way. Absolutely fantastic! Would recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: A positive experience from the moment I walked into the surgery to the moment I left. Having begun to suffer bad toothache in the early hours of a Sunday morning, I found Dental Triage while looking for an emergency appointment. They found me a slot in their diary the same day and extracted the offending tooth at what I consider to be a very reasonable cost. It certainly beat waiting three days and taking time off work. The work was carried out with great professionalism and customer care - from front-of-house to the dentist's chair. Big thanks from one very relieved and pain-free customer. Fantastic experience: Really not a fan of the dentist if I’m brutally honest & so, was nervous about going in - however was suffering with awful tooth ache and so booked myself in for an emergency appointment (was booked in for 25 mins after I called and enquired at 9pm on a Saturday night). Long story short, was taken through all of the potential options and ended up having an extraction (which I was VERY anxious about), whole process was over and done in 10 mins, which was completely painless. Woken up this morning with no pain / swelling - can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a severe toothache on Christmas Eve and googled for an emergency dentist. Dental Triage came up and I read the reviews and decided to call. They had appointments that day and I paid and went in. I was expecting it to be quite expensive - but then it was a Sunday and Christmas Eve. I was in and out in 30 mins with root canal work and a temporary filling. Slightly painful overnight but no pain on Christmas Day! The dentist was very professional and kept me fully informed on my options.

Fantastic experience: Boxing Day … I’d been up Christmas Day night with pain Being scared of dentists I left it until it disturbed my sleep . Eventually decided to what’s ap these guys and they were responsive and upfront regarding their fees. I arrived and was seen on time, the dentist was professional and knowledgeable and gave me some options for consideration, he gave me time to think the best way forward for me . I decided to have my tooth out and actually the extraction was no longer than 3 minutes, he was gentle and reassuring. I know the NHS is cheaper but the care and respect going privately is worth the money. I am going to go back and.have further work done …. I actually trust this guy. If your sat there in pain and reading through the reviews just send them a what’s ap message they are really nice people. I wouldn’t say I’m exactly looking forward to going back lol but believe me if I’m going back they must be good ! Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible service. I booked in last minute due to a really bad toothache. They literally booked me in within the next 30 mins and it was the end of the day! Immediately got there, got the consultation, had to get a tooth removed - all done within 2/3 hours. Can’t fault it at all. I have extremely bad anxiety as well so I was a crying mess, but everyone was so supportive and calming during the procedure. Such a good experience thank you for the help!

The dentist and the assistant were very polite and accommodating. They explained everything to me ensuring I understood everything! I cannot recommend this practice enough! Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible! To say I was terrified of going to a dentist is an understatement. Having horrible previous experience made me petrified, I put it off until I just couldn't bare the tooth ache anymore, I knew I had to get it taken out because the state of it was quite bad due to me putting it off for so long. I found Dental Triage online and they managed to make me an appointment for the same day I called. I was shaking like a leaf! For my complete shock the whole appointment went incredibly smoothly and without ANY pain whatsoever! Dr Mozammel Haque made me feel very comfortable and honestly it couldn't of gone any better! Fantastic experience: I can’t thank this dental practise enough! To clarify, they are known as Dental Triage and RIYO Dental and are based at 26 Urmston Lane, Stretford. They are friendly, polite and professional. I was consulted every step of the way in my tooth extraction and the reasons for it. They are an exemplary practise and I recommend them for all your Dental needs! Adding to this review, I was so pleased with the outcome of my tooth extraction and care during the process, that I have since acquired a dental implant to replace from this practise. It may sound silly, but it’s been an absolute pleasure to attend and be treated at this practise. All the staff are warm, friendly, welcoming and professional. Your treatment plan will be discussed with you every step of the way and any questions are encouraged. You simply could not find a better dental practise for all your dental needs! Positive experience: Needed a root canal doing as I was in quite abit of pain, I got booked in for 6 in the evening and it was £50 for a check up. So I turned up and the dentist explained how the root canal is done I 2 parts. So the dentist drilled the plaque from the tooth and cleaned it and put a temporary filling in. It took a total of around 20 minutes to complete. I was very happy that I wasn't in pain anymore but was surprised at the price. I was then charged £225 for that treatment so all in all £275 for a 20 minute treatment.

Fantastic experience: Booked in for an emergency appointment on a Saturday & so glad I did! I was in pain with my tooth and just wanted it out but I am also very anxious going to the dentist. As soon as I got there I felt at ease, the staff were amazing & I’m really glad I decided to book in. The dentist (so sorry I can’t remember the name) went through the different options with me & eventually we decided on an extraction & I was in and out in about half an hour & it was painless. Fantastic experience: I had been having serious pain for a few days, not sleeping and getting swelling round my jawline. Found Riyo online, they made me an appointment for the same day. The receptionist was most helpful and attentive, the dentist and dental nurse were amazing. Didn't even feel the numbing needles going in and the extraction was completed in 5 minutes, got home and slept for 12 hours pain free. Thank you so much to all the people at Riyo it was as pleasant an experience as a visit to the dentist could be.

Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful to Dental Triage and Riyo Dental. I was in so much pain and they gave a same day appointment. Everyone I came into contact with was so friendly and reassuring that I felt I was in good hands from the start. The dentist was AMAZING and diagnosed my problem straight away. He put me at ease and treated my tooth there and then. He explained everything really well and thoroughly throughout and also gave me a full explanation of what he had done and what to tell my dentist on my next visit. All the charges were explained up front. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been a dental nurse for 45 years and only had treatment when had tooth ache by different dentists… I came to Riyo from a recommendation and saw Nihad late on the Tuesday night, I needed a Root Treatment but knew it was difficult, Nihad arranged for me to return on the Monday evening to start the process… all I can say is the local anaesthetic was brilliant never felt a thing, the process took a while as it was a difficult tooth to root treat but both Nihad and his nurse were great checking I was ok. I can not thank them enough and I’m going back for another root treatment in 4 weeks and then to sort the rest and hopefully for once in the last 40 years I will be dentally fit and just have to return for checkups. Fantastic experience: I contacted Dental triage tonight after 10.30pm for my son who had been suffering for tooth pain. Our own dentist and out of hours dentist who we seen this morning had dismissed his pain. We only waited 3 mintues for the dentist to call us back and asked us to go straight down. When we arrived the dentist was waiting in reception for us and we went straight into the room. Because of a angry nerve and the pain it had taken a little time to numb and then the tooth was extracted. We didn't get the name of the dentist and nurse who attended to him tonight but honestly I can not thank you both enough for the support and patience this evening I have used this service for myself a few times before this evening and you know when you leave the problem is resolved. Fantastic experience: Jabir is amazing, 3 times I’ve seen him now twice for an emergency. I am terrified of dentists after previous history but he makes me feel calm and safe with everything o need to have done. Would highly recommend this dentist and have even recommended friends to try them out.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in it was friendly and never felt like a dentist......everything was explained and given choices....never felt any pressures for having the treatment.....highly recommended and will definitely be going back .... staff spoke all the way along you never felt on your own. Upon arriving at their clinic, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, which immediately put me at ease. The dental team was incredibly professional, and they wasted no time in addressing my concern. To my delight, the tooth removal procedure was performed quickly and, most importantly, without any pain! The dentist's expertise and gentle approach made the process surprisingly comfortable. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. The entire experience from start to finish was top-notch, and I left their clinic feeling relieved and satisfied. Positive experience: After struggling to get a dentist appointment for two agonising weeks I bumped on Dental Triage online. I was booked in the next hour and after 20 mins meeting my pain was put to rest. The decaying tooth I had was successfully extracted I highly recommend them for an efficient and professional job well done. Please pay them a visit whenever you can for fast and efficient dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I'm sharing my and my brother experience, who's tooth removed ,because fractured. Online communication ,via WhatsApp, is straight forward and they responded quickly. The place itself is very nice , modern and stylish. Receptionist lady , the Doctor and the Nurse so friendly and they did a very quick job and now my brother is pain free!! Fantastic experience: Fantastic service for my tooth extraction. Friendly andI was lut at ease. The dentist and receptionist were amazing and telephoned me today and asked if all was ok. Will definately use again.

Negative experience: In October 2020 I attended for emergency extraction. Paid in full, had to have stitches, was told they had struggled and may have damaged by jaw bone. At one point they said I may need to return for a female dentist who worked there to surgically remove the tooth but after a few hours it all appeared fine and I was sent home in stitches. A week later I returned with a piece of something sticking out of my gum and was told that they would need to take a look in case I needed the surgery - after inspection was told it was a piece of bone that would work its way out. 2 years later I end up in agony with a hugely swollen face - pay to see another dentist who x-rays and said someone left your root in which has caused a huge infection. The next day I was in A&E and am now on 2 lots of antibiotics with another surgery pending. The response ofDental Triage - to tell me I never paid despite me having bank statements and that on record it says it was a failed extraction and that I knew about it and was told I could go to hospital for an referral appointment. Complete fabrication. I wouldn't trust these cowboys as far as I could throw them. I will be pursuing for negligence - but please I know dental pain makes you desperate and grateful for any appointment but it really isn't worth going here. Find another - I got a same day appointment with what I hope is a really good dentist. Just sad this makes me give even 1 star

Shout out to the dentist Mozammel Haque for helping me in an emergency situation and doing what the NHS said would take a minimum of 29 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I had severe pain with a lower wisdom tooth that needed removing - my normal dentist was slow to get this arranged/referred but Dental Triage had me in the chair on a Thursday night within an hour from my original call. Tooth removed without pain and now I can carry on my life pain free again… life savers, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with dental service provided by Riyo. Mozammel the dentist is very highly professional and helpful to help fix my wife dental issue. The whole process was only taken less than 10 mins whilst tooth extraction less than a minute. This cannot be any better as other NHS dental service will take longer for the waiting time and services are relatively poor. I will rather pay than wait as my wife was in agony before the procedure. Now she is back to her normal self and smile can be seen again from her. Thank you ever so much to Mozammel and the team. Well done and keep up the good work. I am looking forward for future services from the practice. I will highly recommend to anyone who desperately need efficient service who cannot wait to be seen immediately under NHS dental service.

Fantastic experience: Had a sudden dental issue late one evening and came in for an emergency consultation the following afternoon. I explained the issue in detail, including the history and the dentist was excellent in his manner, patience, professionalism, knowledge and more importantly reassured me that the problem could be resolved relatively easily. I felt I was in good hands and the dentist acted in my best intetest. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Had horrendous tooth pain from a broken tooth. No 1 else would even entertain helping me while out of hours. But in steps dental triage From initial enquiry to job done in less than 3 hrs. tooth was removed. Everything explained from cost to procedure painless injection of anesthetic for a change and I had to ask was the tooth out as it happened that quick and easy. 100% would recommend to any one..Dr mozammel was brilliant.. way worth the 45min drive 10/10. Cost was a bit eye watering not going to lie. But that's the price you pay for fast effective people

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency wisdom tooth removal today with Dr mozzamel haque, I called at 1 and was booked in for 3.30 was seem to promptly. The actual practice is so lovely and well presented. I was very very nervous but all the staff were lovely and reassuring and the actual treatment took about 30 mins or so. Very quick and pain free didn’t even realise my tooth was out. The service was amazing will highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: These guys seriously know what they are doing in terms of serous procedures and medical knowledge. I am so grateful to have found them! I was about to leave Manchester after few days to and didn’t know what to do with my tooth getting more and more itchy with increasing headaches . If you are looking for a safe place where having a dental surgery like root canals and you are a nervous patient this is the right place. I have been to a number of dentists in the UK and Italy. And have always compared them, saying that in Italy dental practices are in general way better and the doctors are way more knowledgeable. Dental triage makes my exception, they are extremely competent. I am a very nervous patient. The proactive gives you immediate appointments , which is wonderful if you are in pain. Doctor Jabir took his time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable. After discovering a dead root, he did a root canal surgery immediately on the same day at 7.30 p.m. They gave me the necessary prescriptions. I had 2 root canals in total here and had absolutely no pain during and after the surgery. Recovery was perfect. Thank you Dental triage!!!

Fantastic experience: Perfect service. Emergency dentist appointment for anyone. They even work on Christmas Day. Hard working staff and dentist although it is a little bit expensive. That’s why you should have your dental insurance. Love it. I will definitely go for it if you need help urgently.

Fantastic experience: My son had a bad fall over the weekend doing his stunt scootering. He had trauma to his face and mouth. After Max Fax at Northampton hospital managed to push my sons tooth back into place and align it, we were advised to go to an emergency dentist the next day. Due to the trauma of my sons tooth I thought a private emergency dentist would be the best option for his care. I was drawn to this clinic with the amazing reviews it's been given. It didn't matter how far we are away from this clinic, I knew this is the best place for him. Rung up and spoke to the lovely receptionist, he was booked it to be seen same day in the afternoon. I do apologise but I've forgotten the name of the dentist he saw. He was absolutely wonderful, his assistant also. Very caring and gentle with my son. Looked at the problem and made it more comfortable for him. I've never walked into a dentist room and felt so calm. My son was really nervous after the trauma he has had. He said after we left he felt relaxed and how nice and friendly you were. I'm so glad I've found you. Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Thanks again. See you in a few weeks for his next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I came to this dentist after a week of excruciating pain. From the moment I walked in I found the care was fantastic. The lady on reception was lovely. I told her I was so much pain, she got me some water with glucose and paracetamol. The dentist saw me as soon as he could after hearing the pain I was in. I wasn’t due till 2.30 but he numbed me and done the X-ray at 2pm. He took me out of pain within the 1 hour and did a marvellous job. I cannot thank him and his team enough. I highly recommend this dentist for those who are in so much pain. Thank you so much for sorting me out.
