Negative experience: I don’t want to give any stars for this place as they were little bit expensive for a normal checkup but they were rude when you say emergency book in and asked to book some other day, but emergency doesn’t mean same day !!

Fantastic experience: I was treated very professionally and friendly right from the reception to the dentist. The dentist is very polite and gentle with my teeth. She is highly skilled and passionate. I will recommend them to people.

Negative experience: I have got an appointment with one of the dentist over here.Overall i have got an bad experience as that i do know that there are long waiting period for the extraction.However since my tooth is been infected they have to atleast gave me a medication which they did not and adviced me to call NHS 111 which i did and have got emergency appointment with other dentist.So what"s the point of this surgery then?By saying that you have got an infection but i cant do anything.seriously? I wont recommend this place to anyone

Fantastic experience: Umera Bhatti treated me with the best care I have ever received from any prior dentist. She was extremely calm, patient, kind, and considerate when it came to my fear of dentist as a result of past experiences. I was treated in a way that helped me to relax enough to have the treatment I needed. The reception staff are very helpful and approachable and help in every way they can. The general building is very clean and well looked after.

Positive experience: After many months of “bumpy rides” with another professional to get my dentures done (on the NHS), I’m finally happy with my treatment. My request for a change of dentist was dealt with smoothly, and Dr. Senha Shoker has made me smile widely, again. Understanding and caring, she listened to my concerns and delivered an excellent service. Kudos also to the assistants. Receptionists could be more welcoming.

Negative experience: Had a really bad experience with the receptionist’s who were extremely rude and unprofessional this then has put me off trusting that this is overall a good dentist and provides good service .

Fantastic experience: This was the first molar extraction for my 7 year old boy with an abscessed gum process, accompanied by pain. He felt tense despite my calm and supportive tone that everything would go very easily and without pain. He doubted it and his anxiety started to escalate. And at that moment she appeared with her kindness and professional approach. Thank you Shaereen and Liya (our family dentist for 3 years now) for building this confidence and courage in my son! She consistently goes above and beyond. After a year under her care, my smile and confidence have both improved. She offers detailed advice and unwavering support. Fantastic experience: The doctor (Dr. Shantal Burgess) and her assistant who attended to me were top notch. They know and understand their work. They are extremely professional. I love the way they were patient and explained the process. I felt most welcomed, valued and prepared. Given a chance, I'll give them Christmas card. Am very greatful to the duo. Ooh what an exceptional lady receptionist who booked my appointment, followed me up. In the morning she was very kind, gracious and offered me a class of water. Such a wonderful soul. Very intelligent lady. God bless her. She has a create smile. Am so happy and would highly recommend the practice to anyone especially vulnerable people who needs tender care. Everyone in this practice have a smiling face and bright teeth. I got lost along the corridor and I felt so nice when 3 people smiled at me, one of them followed me and showed me the direction. Fantastic experience: I been to east village dental canning town. The dr vinitl, She took out my wisdom tooth very professionally, I didn't feel any pain. Although it's a painful process, but I really appreciate her and wish her best wishes for her in future. Highly recommended dentist.

Negative experience: Some of the dentists are horrendously rude about your teeth, mannerless and don't even say hi, bye, please or thank you. Huge attitude problem and an embarrassment to the NHS. They need training in how to be a good human being and treating patients with CARE.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chantal and Sadia performed a tooth extraction surgery on me. Dr Chantal made sure it was painless and quick. They were both very friendly and informative.

Fantastic experience: I was really, really nervous after having a fractured front tooth removed. The thought of an injection brought me out in a cold sweat. The experience was nothing short of amazing. Painless and over in literally five minutes.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist was excellent at her job. Unlike my other dentist (from a different practice) she expertly numbed my mouth and had taken two teeth out within 20 seconds. Zero pain. Highly recommended! Not tooth extraction. The dental practice!

Negative experience: Refused my 92 year old father treatment even though I called and said I was stuck in traffic. Was only 5 minutes late.

Negative experience: I recently attended the client and paid for a general check but saw that 2 fissure treatments were also added to the price, even though I did not get one. I called to ask about this. The younger woman that picked up was very standoffish, rude and hung up when I asked about next steps. I am honestly shocked about how badly I was treated. Do better.

Fantastic experience: I took out wisdom tooth today done by dentist M Mazhar and Manisha. Procedure was very quick and without any pain. I will highly recommend This dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: A huge shout out to Mairaj , for performing a tooth extraction surgery on my mother with the utmost care, and a huge shout out to the nurse Manisha for her great assistance. Both together made an excellent team and helped assist my mother with so much love, and made the process really quick and easy. They expalined in depth about the surgery prior, and after to ensure we have full understanding of what to expect and what to do next. Couldnt recommend this dentist more! Wholeheartedly happy. Negative experience: Made a appotiment for my daughter month in advance 2 days before the cancelled it Gave me another one in 2 weeks and 2 days before they cancelled again !! Awful service from receptionist! Switched me off asked to speak to manager or supervisors they switched me off ! Awful !!!!

Negative experience: Absolute joke of a practice..Cancel appts everytime. Not had an appt in 2 years due to the practice keep on Cancelling appts, also never pick the phone up either! They also threaten you to take you off the register for not having turned up!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Chantal and nurse Liya were amazing. It was my first wisdom tooth removal and did a lot of reading on the internet and being fair I was extremely anxious, well, borderline scared. taking into account that dentist is not my favourite place to go I decided to share my thoughts with dentist, and Dr Chantal went through whole process step by step and said that removal will be painless and only needle for anesthetic will hurt. She was right, the extraction was absolutely painless and she did yank out my tooth in under a minute? I could not believe it's over, and of course she showed me my own tooth as a proof. It's either sorcery or a very skilled dentist. Dr Chantal if you ever read this, I love you. Thank you so much guys!

Fantastic experience: My whole life I've been afraid of dentists. Not without childhood trauma. When I moved to UK from Ukraine, I didn't research the dentist and just went to the nearest one. I have NOT regretted it since. My Dr Senha Shoker is an amazing person and super qualified Dr. Ladies at reception are always polite and very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice!

Fantastic experience: In the past dentists have terrified me; for the extraction of my wisdom tooth these fine folks put me right at ease, explained what would happen in calm and straightforward terms, and had warm smiles the whole way. The post treatment instructions were straightforward so I had no overwhelm in following through. An unexpectedly pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure to be treated by Dr Chantal & Gabi for a tooth extraction. I was extremely nervous coming however Dr Chantal has reassured me and had help me become comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything thoroughly beforehand so I knew what to expect which had definitely help me relax. Gabi had explained to me the aftercare which was extremely helpful. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Vinita by my dentist for an extraction , because the tooth was severely damaged, under the gum line, even had a screw but apparently wasn't there anymore. I prepared for days thinking this was going to be the hardest extraction i've ever had and that bones and teeth fragments will jump everywhere, especially after i was given a pair of protective glasses but i was completely shocked when Dr. Vinita said that it was done, just moments after sitting down. I have never felt such ease in my entire life, the doctor's hands were light as feathers, i really can't describe what transpired here, not to mention her great character and demeanor. One can only hope to never feel any other hands but that would be an oxymoron because i didn't feel a thing. +10 for Dr. Vinita +10 for the awesome Assistant Also this happened at the very nice, clean and bright clinic in Wood Green, NHS IMOS on High Road which also has a very great receptionist that was welcoming and helpful.

Positive experience: I came for my Lo appointment today 03/12/24 I should give 5 stars for my Lo dentists and the assistant. The receptionists doesn't seems happy to work at that place. So rude, doesn’t even smile or say hello or thank you and don’t want me to talk to her. Omg why do they even hired her in such a place The other reception at least had another better attitude and the doctor was amazing and so her assistant ❤️

Visited the clinic today to extract 3 molars that were giving me problems for a long time.Very lucky to meet Dr Vineeta Choudhry and nurse Mae.Before visiting I imagined it’s going to be painful and bloody but to my complete surprise she made it look so simple. Took less than 10 min, absolutely zero pain and discomfort. She’s got hands of a magician and I thoroughly recommend her to anyone seeking extractions.Dr Vineeta, I absolutely look forward get future treatments done by you!! Negative experience: By far the worst dental clinic I've visited, the receptionists had a terrible attitude and zero care for customer service. Not only was I refused to be seen for my appointment, but they even charged my £50 deposit for being late, saying it's counted as me missing my appointment. I arrived exactly at 9:10 and was told I had missed the "grace period" of 10 minutes, but nowhere in the emails or communication was I informed about this so called grace period. They even lied that they tried to call me, but I didn't receive any missed calls whatsoever. They claimed that the dentist needed a full 30 minutes for my appointment, but lo and behold, my wife had her appointment after me and it only took 15 minutes of actual contact time. Worst yet, the dentist told her she needed a second appointment to complete her hygiene treatment - clearly the whole clinic is just unscrupulous and want to get as much fees out of you as possible. Avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: I recently had a terrible experience. The hygienist was extremely rough and inconsiderate, despite my repeated requests for a gentler approach. The manager was also unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental implant placed by Dr. Chantal at East Village Dental, and the entire experience was outstanding. Dr. Chantal is incredibly positive, supportive, and takes the time to explain every step of the process. The procedure went smoothly, and I experienced no pain at all, which was a huge relief given my previous painful experience with another clinic. While I initially thought the price was high, it was absolutely justified by the quality of care and service I received. Fantastic experience: Went in just as they opened for an emergency appointment as I woke up with a bloody mouth. Chloe and Dr Sheareen managed to squeeze me in first thing. Investigation, x-ray, prescription and referral all with 20 minutes. Very happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed under local Anastasia. I can happily say I was terrified. The ones who done my extraction was Dr Chantal & Anita - nurse. They spoke to me about what was about to happen which calmed my nerves greatly. I was also aloud to have my ear phones in during the procedure - if this isn’t something you would do then they’ll talk to you during the procedure about what they are doing. After the procedure the nurse gives you a detailed after care very helpful. Overall I was happy with my visit and extraction and the care I was given

Fantastic experience: **Review of East Village Dentist** Today, I visited the East Village Dentist with my son, who needed to have a check-up following a tooth extraction two weeks ago. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist, which made us feel welcome. The waiting time was impressively short; we were seen by Dr. Vinita within five minutes of our scheduled appointment. Dr. Vinita was very informative throughout the visit. She explained everything clearly, making sure we understood the procedures and what to expect. Her friendly demeanor put both my son and me at ease, which is especially important in a dental setting. Overall, the experience at East Village Dentist was positive. The staff were professional and courteous, and Dr. Vinita's expertise and kindness were greatly appreciated. Fantastic experience: I had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Umera & Nurse Arme. All staff in the practice are very friendly. Dr Umera provided great care and I felt comfortable having the procedure carried out by her. Would highly recommend!

Negative experience: I am profoundly disappointed with the treatment I received at this practice. It seems financial gain is prioritized over patient care. I was accused of missing appointments, which is entirely untrue. Despite being told my treatment was complete, I was advised not to return for three months due to the preparation of my final set of dentures. These dentures, which they claim I have received, were never given to me. I firmly believe they have been lost between the practice and the lab, similar to what happened with the first set. Instead of addressing this situation with honesty and integrity, my treatment was canceled altogether. This is not only unjust but also deeply troubling. After reading past reviews, I see I am not the first patient to face such issues here, which only heightens my concerns. Patients deserve transparency and respect, not to be dismissed without proper resolution of their issues.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Umera for the exceptional care she provided. I visited yesterday for a full check-up, during which she created a comprehensive dental plan for me. Today, I returned to begin my treatment and experienced no pain at all. Dr. Umera took excellent care of me, ensuring everything was okay, and made me feel very comfortable. Negative experience: Initially I had a good experience. Dentist Vinita Choudhury came across very professional. She didn’t waste no time, started extracting my tooth. However; she did not inform me of the deep cut she accidentally made on my gum under my k9, I came home bleeding wouldn’t stop then when I had a close look I noticed a deep cut.

Fantastic experience: It's a mavellous job she did. She has patient to explain a bit of work done, she will be rated 10 out of 10, thank u all the staff. I will recomend u to any of my brothers and sisters in GB .......thanks well done.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to East Villiage by my dentist for an extraction. I was very nervous for my procedure but Dr Chantal and nurse Mae made me feel really at ease. The extraction was quick and painless and everything was explained clearly. I am very happy with the whole procedure and really appreciate the amazing work from Dr Chantal and nurse Mae ☺️

Negative experience: Just came out of a standard hygienist appointment (30min, £80). In those 30min, she walked me through some admin/questionnaire on her computer (even though I had filled it beforehand with most questions repeating). By the time she finished talking about the brushing ettiquettes the real cleaning started (10-15min max). She only cleaned the teeth in my lower jaw during that time and didn't touch my upper jaw. No polishing either. Then she wanted me to book an hour long follow up appointment (£160) to complete the full dental cleaning. So remember if you want the full dental cleaning done, it'll cost you 2 visits total of £240 (90 min). Personally I'd explore other practices and stay away from them.

Fantastic experience: Dr C Burgess was excellent so professional very confident and extremely comforting … I was very apprehensive before the procedure but Dr Burgess made me so comfortable and easy that the whole experience was a breeze and all over in a jiffy …. Very happy and pleased … also Manesha’s feedback and advice after the procedure was very helpful she was very thorough in explaining everything and indeed was also comforting in her manner Once again thank you very much Dr Burgess

Fantastic experience: I came here yesterday afternoon for a clean. It was an excellent airflow clean & polish. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and calm and did the most thorough clean I've ever had; she removed all my tea stains and plaque build up and gave good advice on dental care. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Chantal by my dentist for an impacted wisdom tooth, she took it out in under five minutes I didn’t even feel her put the tools in my mouth. There was no pain and the procedure was the quickest I have ever had. Chantal and Liya are legends and I can’t thank them enough

Fantastic experience: Dr Chantal was so fantastic in my wisdom tooth extraction today. I had a bit of an anxious sleep last night as my previous removal at another dental surgery 18 years ago was quite an ordeal but Dr Chantal put me at ease and was kind and gentle. This tooth has been bothering me for some time now and I’m so relieved it’s out.

Negative experience: Got appointment with Doctor Diana Fyes, it was horrible and she is clearly in rush and extremely unprofessional and make my tooth worse. Had been to this dental before, other dentists seem good.
