Positive experience: All the staff are really nice and friendly. I know health care is more of a business now and all businesses do it but I'm personally not a fan of up selling though I'm it's for all the right reasons and benefits the patient.

Fantastic experience: I have always been very nervous about going to the dentist due to bad experiences at other practices. However, since going to the willows I am much more relaxed about going. Alex is a brilliant dentist and is always so gentle when carrying out any work- thanks Alex! And Kate the receptionist is wonderful. From the moment 'root canal' was mentioned, everything was explained in a professional but more importantly a personal and friendly manner! I had a few appointments to complete the treatment and each time was treated so well, nothing was too much trouble! Needless to say I didn't feel a thing during the whole process and I would recommend Auleep and Vicky as two of the kindest, happiest and professional dentist/dentist nurse who I trusted 100%.

I needed an emergency temporary filling and had the pleasure of seeing Auleep and Vicky, who were so kind, explained everything and made me feel comfortable and confident with what was happening, the next steps, and choices available. The administrative team have been amazing, and booked me in the same day I called, they helped me with a payment plan, called to check how I am after the filling, and have been so friendly and welcoming every time I've visited. Fantastic experience: Jas and Lucy literally saved me from an infected root canal removal, Dr Jas was so knowledgeable about my needs and he holistically removed and post treated the root canal removal process.I did not feel a thing and the treatment I got was first class,I cannot recommend willows enough. Negative experience: Miserable woman on reception, very unhelpful wouldnt even let me wait and see or speak to a dentist for 2 minutes of advice without wanting to charge me a ridiculous price. Another customer lost, i will go elsewhere no problem. You need new staff !!

Fantastic experience: I always wanted straight teeth and thought I’d left it too late. I became used to thinking about my teeth on photographs and preferred not to smile. I mentioned it to my dentist Jas whom I rate very highly and discussed my options with him. He helped set out a step by step plan for the application of invisible braces. Jas transformed my teeth, together with his assistant Lucy. I now have amazingly straight teeth and can’t stop smiling. I love arriving at Willows, it’s a calming setting, the staff on the front desk, Julie and Katie make you welcome from the onset. Fantastic experience: I saw Jas and Lucy recently for a wisdom tooth removal. I can't fault them at all. The procedure was smooth and quick, and more importantly, painless! They put my anxiety at ease and talked me through the process in as much (or as little) of the details as I needed. Fantastic experience: Having recently had treatment for clenching/ tinnitus including Botox and then also needing a tooth out, Neel and Harriet were amazing throughout... I am terrified of dental work and they both put me at ease when I was being a bit of a baby! I recommend sedation for anyone nervous about an extraction, I don’t even remember having it out.. it was great. Thanks so much guys for curing my dental and needle phobia!

Negative experience: I been their patient since 2010 and I was visiting this practice occasionally when I needed. Today I went to get my denture repaired and they told me that I have been removed from their system as a NHS patient and now they will charge me as a private patient and their fee is very high and lady receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. This dental surgery is money grabber and removing people from their NHS list and treating them as a private patient. I will never ever recommend this dental practice to anyone and will as dental association to take notice

Fantastic experience: I really value the quality of work I get at this practice. Paulina is my hygienist, and she is so careful, understanding and patient. I insist I have my cleans with her, she's amazing. Similarly, my dentist, Auleep and his assistant Vicky are also brilliant, with excellent communication and understanding of their clients. I really can't overstate this. 10/10 work.

Fantastic experience: As always, very professional and friendly service and always has you leaving with a smile! Jas made sure I had a secure temporary cap before I Went on holiday and had no issues with it whatsoever. On my return my permanent cap was fitted. All my anxieties have now left me due to previous bad care from other dentists. Jas always puts me at ease and makes sure I am totally relaxed and pain free during treatment. Credit where credit is due... The receptionists and dental assistants are also very polite and charming and worth their weight in gold as they also work hard to make your visit relaxing and a happy experience.

Fantastic experience: Originally went to the practice in 2014 and since spending more time in Wolverhampton have visited recently for a second opinion post wisdom tooth extraction after suffering with a lot of pain due to dry socket. Neel and his team have been great - highly recommended!

Negative experience: As a family we've been using this dentist for many a years. Never really had any complaints apart from the fact we've never gone into our appointments on time. Today we've all had letters to say that they are no longer taking NHS patients so they can provide the best PRIVATE care possible. This is wrong and we will not be taking them up on their offer. During my last visit I was charged £27.40 just for the dentist to count my teeth. If I'm honest I'm not surprised this has happened as the dentist has always given the hard sell for private treatment. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere or carrying out my own dental treatment

Fantastic experience: I've been highly anxious and fearful of dentists since a young age, I've had a really bad experience in the past and have also been turned down by many practices because of my phobia. I broke a tooth a few years ago, eventually gave in and tried Willows. I was seen the same day, everything was explained, I wasn't judged and all the team were so welcoming and patient with me. You'll never feel pressured or rushed at Willows. It's been a bumpy road emotionally, but to this date Neel and the team have gotten me through several big procedures and now teeth straightening (my dream has always been to fix my smile) which I never imagined possible.. I wouldn't trust anyone else to the point even after moving I now still travel an hour to visit. If you have a phobia of the dentist, contact Willows, and believe in yourself!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. Would highly recommend. Hi Simon , Kirun and Vicky have always looked after me. I’ve never been a fan of dentist. But willows makes it easy. So simple to book, and always happy with my care.

Negative experience: I'm a middle class full time working mum of 2, married, mortgage etc. I'm an NHS patient and when I've been seen, they've always been late and wish to get me and my children in and out as quickly as possible. They had one caring dentist who looked after me when I was pregnant, but she's gone. Now they're saying they don't want NHS patients anymore and have to pay for a plan. It's disgusting, they even referred in their letter that the NHS is struggling, so they are taking advantage of that and taking away NHS spaces, instead of increasing them. What about the people who can't afford a plan, but always regularly and routinely attend and pay for their appointments? Disgraceful, and I'm aware there are many people in Wombourne not happy about this. I will not be taking out a plan and will not be recommending.

Fantastic experience: Always receive exceptional treatment at Willows. Staff are friendly and efficient. Reminders of appointments sent prior and courtesy text received after treatment. Neel and his team provide excellent care. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been patients at the Willows for several years and always been really pleased with the service. Today, my son was seen by Neil and Harri today at an emergency appointment due to pain and discomfort caused by a loose tooth. Neil was patient, kind had a really personable anpproach and took time to explain the issue and the solution. Although my son was anxious, Neil was calm and soothing, extracting the tooth without my son even realising it had happened! I totally trust Neil and the team and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else.

They booked me in for an emergency appointment within 4 hours of my call; lovely reception staff and exemplary, professional and extremely successful and friendly work from dentist Jas and Frankie. Unbearable pain eradicated in less than 90 minutes. I was given a very clear explanation of everything. Thoughtful follow-up text received. The practice is spotless. Everyone has a great sense of humour. I could not give higher recommendation of a dentist's practice.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist! Very caring and thoughtful people work here and I couldn't recommend them enough. I've personally just had a rather extensive amount of treatment finished and I've been coming to them for a while. They are happy to explain options to you if you don't understand something and they don't cut corners. They are all very caring (I have seen three separate dentists here on different occasions) plus very knowledgeable hygienists and dental nurses. I've even recommended family to them who are also immensly happy. I never struggle for an appointment and they've seen me short notice when I've needed an emergency appointment. If you're switching dentist, switch here, you won't be disappointed. Thank you to all of you. Your care and aftercare is superb.

Not surprising, a lot of work required to save (literally) my teeth. Fantastic experience: The service and quality of dentistry I received was first class: individual attention from a variety of specialists, text reminders for appointments, texts after treatment to check everything is OK. Very much recommended and if you are unsure about choosing a new dentist, don't hesitate. UPDATE 6th September 2023… a few years on and what I said then remains the same. Consistency is key. I have had numerous check-ups, crowns and veneers done - all with the same care and attention whomever I see. Still recommended years later. UPDATE January 2024 If you want the attention and care your health deserves then I continue to recommend Willows. I personally see Jas but I have also seen 3 other dentists here and the care is always the same. Highly recommended. UPDATE July 2024 I still receive a consistently good service. My preference is to have a check up via Denplan 4 times a year as prevention is better than cure. More importantly, Jas and the hygienist can spot small problems early. As long as the service remains the same I shall always be a customer.

Fantastic experience: My dental experience at Willows was exceptional. All my treatment was done by Dr Kirun and Vicky who are very professional. I have already recommended Willows to several people, as the awards they have gained for treating nervous patients is fully deserved.

Fantastic experience: I had a stain/mark on one of my front teeth. I saw Jas who explained what the cause of the stain was, and what options were available to me to rectify this. I decided to have a veneer over my existing tooth to cover the stain. I had sedation for my first appointment to prepare my tooth. I’m not overly anxious about going to the dentist, but I do tend to panic when water and suction are used. I was awake and fully aware of my surroundings, but was calm and relaxed. I had to have a temporary veneer for 2 weeks. When I had the permanent veneer fitted, I could not believe how good it looked. Bearing in mind my other front tooth is a crown, I was concerned about the veneer matching both the crown and my teeth. Jas has a very good eye for detail and is extremely knowledgeable. Both Jas and Lucy, the dental nurse, are caring and professional. I felt listened to and not rushed during the whole process.

Fantastic experience: Quite simply, this practice is amazing. Friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. The receptionists are welcoming and smile which is so important in a front of house position, and the hygienists are the most friendly and professional ones I have ever met. Neel and Vicki are not just fantastic dentists, but they also demonstrate an amazing compassion for those who are less fortunate in life. It is always a pleasurable experience visiting the practice, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking out a dental practice. Well done everyone, you are a credit to the profession. And to Neel and Vicki, congratulations on running such an amazing practice. July 2024 I have had various procedures carried out by Neel in the past 2 years or so. The quality of the treatment was, not unsurprisingly, excellent and as importantly, the manner in which he carries out the treatment was similarly excellent. He is always positive about the aspects of the treatment ( ie, how it will benefit me ) and the outcome of all Neel’s advice and treatment is that my teeth are in better shape than they have ever been. The friendliness and professionalism of all the staff is quite exceptional, and you are always made to feel very welcome. Some months ago I suffered a fractured and dislocated ankle and so could not attend the dentist for some months. The staff sent me a get well card and Neel phoned me on several occasions to see how I was getting on. This shows a genuine concern and interest in patients as individuals. Changing my dentist to the Willows some years ago was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Fantastic experience: Willows has changed me from being dentist phobic into a trusting patient. Neel in particular has such an engaging demeanour that visits are almost a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: 2 weeks ago, I had a small procedure to remove the root of a broken tooth - under sedation. I went to The Willows because I didn't have a great experience at an assessment at the practice my dentist had referred me to to have it done under the NHS. Simple you may think - I am needle phobic and terrified of the dentist. I can honestly say the treatment and care I received from everyone at The Willows, but particularly Jas and Lucy, was amazing. They both made me feel at ease, talked me through every step and could not have been friendlier or more caring. Been back for my check up today. I have a lovely dentist at my own practice, but if I have any other work that needs to be done where sedation is required, I'll be back at The Willows in a heartbeat. Thanks again Jas and Lucy xx

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Kirun and Lucy and all of the staff at the Willows enough! Called them with an emergency as I had been to another dentist in the morning who could not remove a tooth after trying for nearly an hour!!! Phoned the Willows and they said I could go in straight away. Tooth was removed, it was a difficult one! Kirun talked me through every step. Would highly recommend this practice. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more happy with Willows; they are friendly and efficient, and I like that they explain what things mean as they’re taking notes. I highly recommend them to you if you have struggled with dental hygiene in the past for whatever reason (depression, fear etc), they are very understanding and care more about getting you healthy than making you feel guilty. I’ve had one small but persistent problem gum area and my dentist and hygienist are approaching it like they’re CSI, without making me feel like I’ve done anything wrong.

Fantastic experience: I received the most amazing care at Willows Dental, having booked an emergency appointment after a failed tooth extraction elsewhere. The whole team were incredibly reassuring from the very first phone call, putting my mind at rest about the procedure I needed. As someone who has always been fearful of the dentist, I can safely say this was the calmest visit I’ve ever had. The team are thorough and professional, whilst also being very personable; you can sense that they enjoy and take pride in their work. I can’t rate them highly enough! With special thanks to Neel, Lucy and Merrie for all they did to turn a stressful situation into a really positive outcome.

Negative experience: Very polite and I’m sure the dentists know what they’re doing although communication is an issue as left in the waiting room for 40 minutes on my second appointment before leaving. I received apologies a few days later although would not return. Like most dental practices now, unaffordable for most.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an emergency appointment with Dr. Jas Bhogal and was very satisfied with the level of professionalism. He explained throughly what was happening with my tooth, treatment steps and offered me different options. Positive experience: During my last visit I saw both the hygienist and the dentist. They were both lovely in the way they talked me through what they were doing and what they found. Overall it was a very pleasant visit.

Fantastic experience: Perched at the top of the Willow Tree is Neel Barchha, all round super guy, but also, a “top of his game” Dental Surgeon, business owner, Innovator, inventor, people developer, business driver/advisor and many other things but, most importantly to him, a family man with family values which he brings with him into his business. I have been going to Willows Dental for about 15 years for general dentistry, but last year had cause to talk to Neel and his team regarding much needed, extensive, essential work and subsequently significant necessary cosmetic work. Due to work commitments this, over all, 12 month treatment, needed to be compacted into 6 months, couple this with the complexity of the treatment required, I put them under pressure from the start, particularly as I won’t have sedation, which made everything more difficult for them with many of the treatments required. In this time Neel and his highly experienced dental nurse Merrie have needed to perform a very wide variety of lengthy dental practices, from multiple extractions, several bone grafts, titanium implants, root canals and much more. To go through this was a big leap of faith for me having various worries and a general nervousness of dental treatment full stop. I can honestly say that I would not have considered doing this with any other practice or set of people. Neel and Merrie have a very particular way of not only being super efficient in the treatments they expedite (they seem to be telepathic) but also ensuring you are never in pain during treatment, keeping a relaxed environment, but also putting you at ease and comfort, making visits fun (yes I did say that) and making you, the patient, their top priority at all times, this is all executed with an extremely caring attitude, but also with maximum professionalism. Never did they make decisions for me, all processes were explained in detail and I was involved at all times so that I had total understanding of my options and at no point have I felt hustled. I have needed additional treatments to those which were originally specified and at all times Neel has made himself available to help me... 24/7 if need be, as he does for all his patients. To say they have gone the extra mile for me there is an absolute understatement; their dedication is extreme and demonstrated with all their patients no matter what treatment they are there for from what I have seen during my time there. This way of running the business permeates throughout the whole staff. With multiple visits monthly, I have had opportunity to sit and watch a lot of staff interactions with people. Neel must pick his team extremely carefully, because from the moment you have first contact with the reception team, to the hygienists, the admin teams/specialists and other dentists, they all have the same way of interacting with their patients, you are their priority, nothing is too much trouble, it is totally unique. Staff morale is clearly very high, the family feel team works together very cohesively and atmosphere in there is a joy. If in doubt let me advise you not to consider going anywhere else – I have never written a google review before so this should help you judge my strength of feeling. I am now at the end of my project/journey with Willows and more than ecstatic with the finished result, completed on time, on budget and with maximum finesse and care, nothing was standard here and I shall look forward to going back for general maintenance again over the years. Willows is clearly at the centre of dental excellence and Yes, we know all businesses are there to make profit or else they couldn’t be there for us, but Willows Dental is a business with a difference ....... a heart. Fantastic experience: It is my first experience with the Willows, at 80 years of age I was apprehensive about my visit. Jaz welcomed me himself and assisted me to his rooms, as I am quite immobile. I was pleasantly surprised to be treated so well, with everything explained at every point. Jaz did a repair on a tooth I thought I would lose, did x-rays and will continue my treatment via a dental plan. I am more than happy with everything at The Willows, especially my treatment by Jaz and his lovely Assistant.

Fantastic experience: I went with pain and was dealt with swiftly. I had a fair amount of work completed and it was so professional and pain free. If one feels nervous going to the Dentist that is wiped away coming here. Sarah was professional on the Reception and Dr Charlotte and periodontists were fine. I know people say that dentists are expensive but there are various financial packages/loans available to take up so you don't pay the full amount at once so don't let that hinder you at all. Dr Neal does extractions very well too:- pain free and swift.

Fantastic experience: [Ex head and neck surgeon/dental school teacher etc. so I know a bit about dentistry...this practice] ... Always very professional attitude and over yrs constantly upgrade and modernise all their services. Now do all newer techniques including implant service , minor ops etc as well as all "routine" dentistry. Still easy access for routine review, and seen quickly when "urgent" problem. Service from admin and reception staff to dental nurse/surgeon continues to be first class at all times.

Fantastic experience: Just back from seeing Dr Jas and Lucy at the Willows. As usual a world apart from our last dentist. Excellent treatment with a genuine caring approach.

Negative experience: Have no words for what I have experienced here. Appalled doesn’t even come close! Here’s the story… I attended as a new private patient and was told I had 4 fillings that had come out and needed replacing in addition to another tooth that also needed filling. After x-rays I was then informed that my wisdom tooth was badly decayed almost down to the nerve so would need extracting, and that the other wisdom tooth would likely follow shortly after because that was badly decayed too. Money was at the forefront of the conversation right from the start and it’s their standard practice to send you into another room for a discussion with one of their ‘treatment coordinators’ which is effectively a sales pitch. The quote for my ‘necessary’ treatment totalled in excess of £2500. Having had no toothache or any other obvious issues with my teeth I have today been to an NHS practice for a second opinion and was astounded by their response. After a thorough examination and X-rays, I was told I have no decay, have lost just ONE small filling (NOT FOUR!!) and required one “tiny” filling / coating on the side of another tooth where the enamel has chipped. NOTHING wrong with either wisdom tooth, no drilling or numbing needed for either filling as no decay, and just a good clean. I got the x-rays, scale / clean, and both fillings all done at my initial appt and all at a cost of….£70!!!!!! No other issues at all and just a routine check up needed in 6 months! If I’d gone along with the Willows plan, I would have needlessly spent in excess of £2500 and have had the pain and associated problems of 5 fillings and having a wisdom tooth out that apparently there’s nothing wrong with! Utterly gobsmacked!!! It’s a slick operation that looks and feels very professional - undoubtedly experts in ‘veneers’ - the sad reality is that it’s a very well-oiled sales machine!! My advice? Steer clear unless you want to get ripped off! On the plus side…they have a fake ‘breathing’ cat in reception that you can stroke if you’re a nervous patient! Must be a really expensive cat! NB. Don’t just look at all the 5 star ratings…there are plenty of similar stories on here if you scroll to the negative reviews.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for a while now and I have to say that the service has always been exemplary in my experience and can wholeheartedly recommend them; they resolved something I've had for many, many years (bleeding gums) and explained what needing doing and why Very friendly and accommodating- I'm glad I changed to Willows =)

Fantastic experience: I've needed a certain type of equipment to deal with one of my implants and they were the only one in the area that had it. Since then every experience I had there was great, the doctors and the nurses all 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I think l must be the most scared person in the UK when it comes to dentists, but l was forced to find one after a tooth had broken and got infected. I can’t tell you how amazing every one at Willows was, they knew l was petrified and really put me at ease. I had chosen sedation to have my tooth removed, and the whole experience was amazing. I don’t remember having it out, there was hardly any pain after, and the after care was just brilliant. I cannot thank all of them enough, definitely go to them if you’re anxious, they’ll put you at ease straight away. Fantastic experience: I have always been extremely nervous and scared when visiting dentists, since childhood. I recently managed to pluck up the courage to contact a dentist. After a few phone calls, I became very anxious, but then I contacted Willows Dental & Implant Centre, from my initial phone call to my 2 recent visits. I cannot thank them enough. The whole team were so reassuring, supportive, understanding and caring, which made my experience easier and has given me the courage to be able to continue to visit with them.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing team. Always a friendly welcoming atmosphere. From the very first consultation you are made welcome and put at ease. Mark was always very anxious about receiving dental treatment. During his consultations he has been far more relaxed and reassured by all of the team. We would highly recommend The Willows. So professional and the attention to detail is second to none.

Fantastic experience: You need to be comfortable when visiting the dentist and know that they are looking after your Dental Health. The team at the Willows are very good at what they do and I am happy to trust them when I need work done. My last visit was for a complex procedure which they carried out with care and comfort in mind. I am very happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: After encountering a good number of unpleasant dentists over the years, I am delighted to have found the Willows. The whole team are wonderful, I'm a bit dental phobic but felt at ease as soon as I met everyone. Jas is a great dentist, he took the time to chat about my fears and explained everything he needed to do. Three treatments later, my teeth are in great shape after being neglected for quite some time. Will be happy to go back for my regular checkups.

Fantastic experience: Top class dental treatment from Dr Jaz and Lucy at Willows Dental. Using all the latest technology, my problem was identified and a treatment plan devised. Very patient and professional, and a totally pain-free root canal and crown procedure completed at a time and date to suit me. Excellent customer service from the whole team.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended the "Willows Dental and Implant Centre" in Wombourne for my regular six-monthly check up. The service I receive there is excellent from the moment you walk in to when you leave the staff are friendly, professional and helpful. My dentist was thorough and showed concern for one tooth in particular and has suggested that we start to follow it up starting from my next visit. The dental hygienist was very good and I don't think my teeth had ever felt so clean before. The dentist was very good but she was exceptional! Due to a fall I had several years ago, I needed quite a lot of work done which included extraction of a tooth, replacing with a dental implant and replacement of existing veneers.
