Negative experience: Not satisfied as for routine check only take 2 minutes. Dentist just count my teeth and asked me few questions if I use dental floss everyday. And that was it. And she's very rough, not show compassion .

Fantastic experience: I was seen at short notice today as part of my tooth had come away. I am flying out to Romania tomorrow for my Sons wedding, Marta told me she could rectify the problem then and there, but I said I would take the risk and leave it until I came back, as If the worst happened it was an old root canal so there would be no live nerve so no pain, I felt confident to wait and have the treatment when I come back from holiday. Excellent advice, and treatment

Positive experience: Dentist Liliana Ospina and her dental nurse are always friendly and helpful ….I am a little nervy and they always make me feel comfortable and trustful, which is a definite plus ! Only reason I didn’t rate it 5/5 is because one of the receptionists is a bit frosty but the other is more bubbly, so that evens it out a little, lol

Fantastic experience: Where to start ? I was a long time patient of Mrs Ospina in Huntingdon. Because of changes she left and I kept on going to the same dentists but I wasn't happy, this place changed into a money making machine, first thing the snotty receptionists mention is how much you have to pay.. than I found out Mrs Ospina was now working in Ramsey. So I contacted them and made my first appointment. Receptionist was so friendly, helpfull and very accommodating. Mrs Ospina welcomed me back and in her always caring friendly and extremely professional manner she did exactly what you may expect from a true professional. So happy I found the Ramsey Dental practice where I was made to feel looked after. 5 stars

Positive experience: After a long wait, it was amazing to finally get an NHS appointment once again today. The locum dentist was absolutely lovely - please persuade her to stay and provide this important service indefinitely for those who would otherwise struggle to access dental care.

Fantastic experience: Rachel and her support assistant were very professional in all respects on a tricky 1.5 hour session explaining all the work done. Showing 3D dental work afterwards and prep required ahead of manufacture of a new crown. This once made, will fit to 3D prepared tooth based on live computer graphics.

Positive experience: A great practice and enjoy going to see them (especially Nicola and Olivia) always have a nice experience there. Great service. One thing I was a bit annoyed at and that is the dentist recommended I had a “Local” clean on one of my teeth and when I asked how much she told me £75. I said that is the price for a full teeth clean and her reply was “whether it’s a local or a full clean it is still £75 “ I would really like the practice manager to explain that one to me please! Hence the 4 stars and not 5 this time.

I called ahead to explain to be told by a very pleasant receptionist she would inform the dentist. On arrival I was seen in a few minutes. I had been very stressed thinking I may not be seen.
