I’ve been thinking about straightening my teeth for a while and enquired with MyDentist which led me to the West Drayton branch. Dr Amulya done my consultation and I agreed to proceed. She’s been absolutely excellent. My case wasn’t severe so I’ve only used my aligners for 6 or so months quicker than I anticipated. She is very friendly makes you feel comfortable and welcome every time. She’s so amazing I’ve transferred my mother to her branch. I 100% recommend her tremendous work! You won’t regret :)

Fantastic experience: Typing on behalf of my daughter (Tanvi, Age 10) Dr. Amulya is amazing! I had to get a tooth pulled, and I was really nervous at first, but she made me feel super calm and explained everything she was going to do. The whole process was quick and didn't hurt at all. She was so gentle and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I also go to Dr. Amulya for my regular check-ups, and she always takes the time to explain everything, so I know what's going on. I don't get nervous about going to the dentist anymore, and I'm really happy with how she takes care of me. She is the best dentist ever, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Negative experience: I don’t have much confidence in my dentist Natasha. It would be helpful if she used plain English to explain things instead of dental jargon. She said she couldn’t see any cavity or swelling where I have pain and haven’t been able to sleep due to pain radiating on my left side but when I let her take an x-ray it showed up a shadow or crack in that tooth. She then backtracked what she said, didn’t sound confident at all. Then proceeded to say to me she would have to drill down in the tooth to investigate as she wasn’t sure. I find the messaging quite conflicting because she spoke about dry socket whereas my oral surgeon said it isn’t dry socket, it’s infection in your wisdom tooth. I’ve been filled with antibiotics for over a month with no improvement and packed off with more today. Something doesn’t add up. Either that or the way she explains is poor. She then went onto say I don’t know much about your extraction, but your clinic literally referred me for extractions, don’t the branches speak to one another? My advice is be clearer in your communication style as it’s not filling your patients with confidence. Secondly I have a HC2 exemption form but the receptionist didn’t even bother to ask she took my money first and then realised after. Customer service is very poor and can barely understand a word they’re saying. The only good thing is that they can offer emergency appointments quite quickly but the service is below par in comparison to the Uxbridge branch.

I was not used to the after effects. So I was very lucky to find my dentist in West Drayton was able to help me. I think that I was treated very well by all of the helpful staff. I am very grateful for their support and I visit the hygienist regularly to keep an extra check on my oral health.

Fantastic experience: I can recommend this dentist highly, my daughter suffers from anxiety and it is enhanced when she visits the dentist. My dentist have been fantastic with her explaining everything that would be happening and taking their time to ensure she is comfortable. She needs a lot of work done to her teeth but they have made her feel so comfortable she now goes on her own, which is a fantastic step forward for her. Fantastic experience: Booked an appointment with Dr Priya for a full deep clean - The results and overall experience at the dentist were amazing. Upon entering, the receptionists were super welcoming, attentive and approachable - My treatment started on time and I didn’t have to wait despite the dentist being quite busy at the time. Priya was patient throughout the whole process and constantly explained what she was doing whilst also giving me advice on how best to look after my teeth going forward. Would certainly recommend.
