Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic from a toothbrush bristle stuck in my teeth, to some advice and now a healthy mouth. I decided after years and get a full clean above and below the gum line and an xray to check on my bone density. Well I am over the moon with the results and the fact anyone can visit without registering. See you in 3 months.

Fantastic experience: Just finished my treatment with Darren and team with veneers on two damaged bottom front teeth, which due to a previous root canal and teeth size were more complicated to approach. Darren explained everything in great detail, no rush or pressure. I was made a made to feel at ease throughout each appointment and after such a long time feeling self conscious I am delighted with the results.

Fantastic experience: Such a different experience from my NHS dentist. Comfortable, treated with respect and care. It feels like I’m getting the very best of care with no stone unturned. Very happy with the service and care. Have recommended to my family who are also very happy with care and treatment.

Negative experience: I had dental treatment cosmetic Dental clinic Newcastle and paid around £8000 for crowns on 4 teeth. Unfortunately, within just 4 months, 2 of the crowns broke. When I returned to the clinic, they told me I would have to pay the full amount again, which I found extremely unfair and disappointing. I trusted them to provide high-quality and lasting treatment, especially at that price. The lack of responsibility and poor aftercare made the whole experience very frustrating. I do not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for about 9 years. Neal is wonderful. I feel very secure with his combination of friendliness and professionalism. He is thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic to any anxiety explaining everything in layman's terms. I've have an implant, root canal and crown and would happily (wrong word!!!) go through each again. I totally trust him...and he's a thoroughly nice guy!!!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place, been seeing Neal and Hannah for a few years, gone from being terrified to starting an implant treatment this week, surprised myself at how far I have come . Neal is a magician in dentistry , he’s so just brilliant at what he does and he loves it which shows , he’s passionate about his job and what that does for his patients is priceless . Fantastic experience: Neal was brilliant as always I highly recommend Neal for any private dental work I have experienced many many dentists over the years both nhs and private and most dentists have a (can I say? Narcissistic superior complex) well Neal does not he’s lovely he puts you at ease and tries every which way to help in any dental situation, it’s not my local dentist and there’s unfortunately no easy way of parking but it’s absolutely worth it as a good dentist is worth their weight it gold and very hard to come by had implants and composites from Neal and very happy with the results I will be seeing him for future checks ups aswell as I feel far more comfortable with Neal than any other dentist thank you

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing dental clinic, my dentist 'Darren' did an excellent job in giving me the best veneers ever, in the past I did not smile much as I did not like showing my teeth, I felt embarresed, had no confidence, my teeth were very gappy and just awful to look at. Darren put a plan in place what could be done, showed me lots of photos of what he had done to help others and after only 3 month the outcome was amazing, my teeth look lovely, I feel much better in myself and my confidence has grown, I never stop smiling now and I can see people looking at my teeth, I get loads of comments that my teeth are lovely, they look so natural. I would recommend this dental practice 100% I can't thank Darren enough

Every appointment got easier to attend thanks to stephs encouragement and care along with Emily's care to make sure I was OK. Next was the take home CDC whitening which I found easy and was accomplished overnight as I slept for 25 nights in total . The results are amazing . Next it was Andy Stafford with sophie assisting who prepared my teeth for a dental bridge to be fitted , this took two appointments . The care Andy Stafford took was amazing knowing I had a very nasty experience beforehand. Andys work is exceptional from start to finish , The bridge looks perfect and natural . Andy Steph Emily and Sophie were so careful and gentle I can't thank you all enough . If you want Excellence professionals and most of all friendly and caring . The Newcastle cosmetic dental clinic is the place to go .

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the Newcastle Cosmetic Dental Clinic. I was a very nervous patient I needed quite extensive treatment to my upper arch. Darren explained exactly what was required and i was given a detailed dental plan. All my treatment went according to plan and i was made to feel totally at ease. He explained exactly what he was doing throughout my appointments. I am so happy with me new smile and feel so much more confident. I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist I would have no hesitation in recommending Darren and all the team.And i wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatment .

Fantastic experience: I am currently receiving treatment to improve my teeth after years of problems and to improve my smile. Each step of the treatment has been fully explained to me by David. I have never attended a dental practice like this one its so professional ,caring and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.

Negative experience: On behalf of my wife... I have only given 1 star as I could not review without. Very disappointed with this practice as I was informed I needed a root canal, I elected to have extraction instead. I was still in pain following this and returned several times and was fobbed off. I then went to another practice to then find out that it was the adjacent tooth that needed the root canal. So I have lost a perfectly good tooth for no reason, I'm devastated. I now need an implant to fill the gap so I can eat properly at a cost of circa £2k.

Fantastic experience: Would like to say a huge thank you to Dentist Mat , nurse Tiff and front of house Jacqueline. Outstanding results by Matt at the cosmetic dental clinic. Hated my smile never had much confidence until now. For years I thought about getting cosmetic work done to my teeth and one day my wife just said do it so I did and it was the best decision I made. Working away abroad from home most of the time, I never found the right time and i kept using excuses like I never had the time and it wouldn't be possible with me working away but Matt proved me wrong! I had invisalign and composite bonding and whitening which took in total from start to finish approx 1.5 yrs. All of the appointments were carefully tailored around me, my Woking life and limited down time. The whole process was fully explained making sure I understood what would be involved. Both Matt and his team were extremely professional, friendly, understanding and flexible. So many people cannot believe the results, saying how natural my teeth look. Fantastic experience: I have just finished getting my new smile from the lovely Nigel Parkash thank you so much to Nigel and his assistant Lucy for making my appointments so easy friendly and stress free and also your team at Durham from my first appointment and not knowing what could be done to correct my smile he totally put me at ease and instead of invasive crowns (that I was told would probably have to be done) Nigel has fixed my bottom teeth with composite bonding. I have also had teeth whitening and my old veneers on my top teeth renewed and bonding to make my smile even better and wow I cannot believe the difference Nigel has made, thank you so much and all completed in less than 3 months. Fantastic experience: I am currently reviving some dental treatment from dentist David Bretton and hygienist Racheal neale. My teeth and gums were in a bad state and in just a few appointments both have worked miracles. Both have explained the treatment in detail so I understand what’s happening. I have had teeth removed filled and work done by Racheal on my teeth and gums all of which has been completely painless. I couldn’t not recommend these Two enough the service is above and beyond. After seeing Racheal and David I have absolutely no fear of going to the dentist and if you’re planning on having work done these are the guys to see. All the staff are fantastic from dentist hygienist to the girl on reception helping my book my appointments and getting me a last minute cancellation appointment as she knows how keen I was to get back. I originally intended to have porcelain veneers but after a consultation with Mat Sims I opted for Invisalign and composite bonding. Really pleased I took Mat’s advice as I have the results I wanted and my teeth are still 99.9% my own. Every aspect of the service is first class. Mat’s work is excellent and Jacquie, Tiff, Jess and the rest of the team always make the whole experience top notch. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wow wow wow. I actually cannot recommend Mat and Tiff enough. I previously had composite veneers which I wasn’t satisfied with, I wanted edge bonding ever since I got my braces off. I explained I wanted them removing and basically my teeth enhanced with some composite, so a very natural look. Booked me in next day for a consultation and has been great. He has restored my faith in dentists and they look AMAZING!! Whole process has went so smoothly, my veneer removal was painless, and after he saw my natural teeth he advised different options, doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need either, just an all round genuine person. I had my edge bonding done today, any tweaks he is more than happy to do and you don’t feel pressured at all to say you’re happy with them. He is such a perfectionist which I love, and does multiple checks to make sure your teeth feel comfortable and like normal which I’ve not experienced before. I absolutely love them and can’t stop smiling, Mat and Tiff are the best simply put and I wish I met them sooner. The practice staff is also amazing, all of the receptionists have been so sweet. 10/10 experience I’m so glad I came here and would recommend to anyone as they are so professional and lovely!!

Fantastic experience: After having suffered trauma to my front teeth at the age of 13 i unfortunately lost my front natural tooth last year. I can’t begin to explain the amount of distress this caused. However the support that Darren, Neal and Hannah offered during my experience made this process so much easier. We looked at my options and decided that the right treatment for me was an instant implant and that’s when Darren transferred me over to Neal. Neal was so reassuring and completely transparent throughout the process, I instantly felt so comfortable and knew that I was in great hands as soon as I met him and Hannah. Fast forward 7 months, several appointments later I am pleased to say that I am extremely happy with my end result. I now have my confidence back and my smile! Fantastic experience: I had invisalign treatment and composite bonding performed by Darren and his team and it was a brilliant experience. The whole process was really straightforward and I am thrilled with the results. I now have the smile I have always dreamed of! Darren is so knowledgeable and he put me at ease straight away - I was a really nervous patient to start with but I’d go so far as to say he’s cured my fear of the dentist! I cannot thank everyone at the clinic enough, you are a fantastic team who care so much about each patient and you all take such pride in your work. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the cosmetic dental clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone who has concerns about their teeth. I had treatment with dentist Neal and his assistant Hannah. I was unhappy with the appearance of my teeth due to gum recession and had been for a while. They put me at ease throughout the process, nothing was too much of a problem or rushed, and I am delighted with the result. Receptionists are friendly and efficient at getting back to you with answers to any queries. I work full time and found the availability of appointments excellent. Cost wise, I think really reasonable considering the amount of skill (I think Neal is one of just a couple of dentists who do gum grafting in the North East) and level of service provided by all at the practice.

Fantastic experience: Having worn down my teeth and not being very happy with them for a while I contacted the clinic and was looked after by Dr. Matt Sims. Explaining what I wanted he understood and advised me the best treatment plan. i needed flexibility with time scales due to my work commitments which was accomodated for and the end result is 2nd to none. can't be grateful enough and certainly would recommend to anyone! cheers Dr Matt and Jess

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had bad fear of the dentist since being younger being recommended by a good friend they said go to the cosmetic dental surgery and it’s totally changed my life would never look back! My first appointment was so welcoming Nigel and Emily put me at ease straight away, we started looking at plans for the next steps aligners crown replacement whitening and started work straight away, throughout the process Francesca and Nigel kept me reassured and where always there if I had any questions. Francesca really helped me through this procedure such a professional approach and helped my fear of the dentist be non existent big thank you to all the team! They really have changed my life a beautiful smile that will last a life time!

Fantastic experience: From start to finish the journey through my Invisalign has been absolutely amazing. From Jackie the receptionist doing her upmost to make everyone feel welcome and sorting all my reminders for my appointments has been fantastic. I had my full service done with Dr Elle Reid and I can honestly say she is absolutely amazing, Elle’s attention to details in ensuring sure I have the perfect teeth/smile. I wouldn’t have wanted to do the journey with anyone else. I am still finding excuses to come back.

Fantastic experience: We moved to Newcastle last April and I needed a dentist. My son who had lived here for 8 years recommended this practice. I’m not the best patient as I get extremely anxious but from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the nicest receptionist Jaqueline you are made to feel at ease. In fact it’s more like catching up with an old friend. I needed quite a bit of work done including root canal treatment which isn’t the most pleasant experience. However Andy and Lucy made me feel at ease and kept checking in on me. I think needed a bridge replacing. To say Andy takes pride in his work is an understatement. Not only did he make them look exactly the same colour of my own teeth he’s fixed my bite such has been off for years. I hadn’t realised the old bridge wasn’t quite right. The result is that my migraines have eased after years of suffering. My bite is now normal. Thank you got. I’ve definitely found the best dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Had such a fantastic experience with Matt & Tiff. It was a really long process but they both explained the benefits of Invisalign, and options for bonding/veneer treatments. It’s funny because I never thought my teeth were “that bad” but the difference is night and day. It’s given me a whole new level of confidence & couldn’t recommend them more highly. The hygienist team upstairs are spot on as well. What I really enjoyed about the whole experience is that the practice executes extremely well. That’s from your experience with Jacqueline at the front desk during your first visit, the treatments, and all the follow up.

Fantastic experience: After having Crowns fitted in 2009 I started having issues 13 years later. I was recommended The Cosmetic Dental clinic by my NHS dentist who unfortunately was not qualified enough to complete the complex work I needed. As soon as I met Mat I knew i was in safe hands, with previously having had a fear of dental work both Mat and Tiff made me feel comfortable during all of the procedures I had to have including extractions, Crown Lengthening and temporary crowns. I have been seeing Mat and Tiff for 3 years to get to my final result and i honestly could not be happier! Not only have I overcame my fear of dental work but Il look forward to seeing them for checkups in the future. These Guys are the Best!

Fantastic experience: I am not normally one to write reviews, but let me tell you about this place. I was first introduced by my uncle who recommended the Cosmetic Dental Clinic Newcastle who had previous treatment here. I wanted some cosmetic bonds and a new bridge. My teeth weren't terrible, but the old bridge I had and old bonds were worn and dated, and I wasn't happy with what I had. Firstly, you're greeted by the world's loveliest receptionist ever, Jacqueline, if you're reading this Jacqueline you are the nicest person in the world . She makes you feel at ease as soon as you step through the door and you can have a good natter with her about anything. Francesca helped fix me up a treatment plan once I had my consultation. Within the day it was all accepted and ready to go. My dentist Nigel and dental nurse Emily were unbelievably good. Very polite, accommodating and most of all professional. Both Nigel and Emily helped me to fit my appointments around my busy work schedule which I massively appreciate. After a few months, I'm finished and am very happy with the end product. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else, the reviews really are accurate and you won't be let down. Thank you to everyone at Cosmetic Dental Clinic. Really really pleased.

The whole practice is very accommodating to personal schedule and needs. Fantastic experience: After many years of being unhappy with my teeth, I now have the smile I never thought i would have. A friend recommended CDC and I began my treatment plan with Dr Matt and Tiff his dental nurse. Matt has explained every stage of my treatment and I felt involved in the plan which made me feel at ease. Tiff is lovely, always friendly and skilled in her job. On entering the practice you are always made to feel welcome by Jacqueline on reception. All the staff I have met have been lovely, including the dental hygienist, whose name escapes me. Fantastic experience: From having an unhealthy fear of dentists to now wishing my appointments would come sooner, I’ve had the best experience from start to finish. My first appointment was to fix an infected tooth where both Darren and his team explained the process and long term possibilities. Then moved onto some cosmetic work after stabilisation. Each step was thoroughly and professionally explained but with a huge touch of empathy and personability. I felt at ease at every step of the way. Fantastic experience: My Invisalign journey began back in May 2023, and today I picked up my final retainers. I'm so happy with how my teeth have turned out, my whole smile has improved 100%.
