Fantastic experience: I was super nervous to go back to the dentist after not being able to access an NHS dentist for years. This place feels warm and inviting, I haven't had to wait long for my appointments, and the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating after expressing my nervousness. My teeth feel the best they have in years. I haven't needed any major work, so I can't comment on the experience of needing a root canal or implants, but the general check up, x ray and hygienist went smooth. The best nhs experience I've had in a long time. Would highly highly recommend going on their waiting list, if you can access their services it is worth it.

However, my recent visit to Boston Dental Centre was relaxed and stress free,put at ease by Mukund. His initial greeting, " hello Jackie, how are you" put me at ease straight away. Would recommend him , and his nurse, for a very easy going, relaxed appointment.

Negative experience: My mother and father traveled a long way to get to this dentist only to be told they could not be seen due to being 5 mins late, this was because of an accident which the receptionist did not believe. She is a VERY rude staff member and should be told to respect clients AND respect there confidential information as she certainly does not abide by GDPR rulings. She should be fired and allow a professional person to take her place as she CERTAINLY does not know what good customer service is. Rant over
