Fantastic experience: I was treated yesterday by Dr Katherine and she was absolutely amazing she made me feel so comfortable. I wasn’t nervous at all she explained the procedure in such a way I was confident about it. Dr Katherine is such a caring, polite, lovely professional. The Nurse Danielle was also really lovely, polite and professional. I felt so at ease even though it isn’t a nice procedure to go through. If I need any more procedures in the future I would 100% choose here to go back.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Dr Katherine and Nurse Danielle. Both were so lovely and understanding. I was so nervous walking into the appointment but so positive and relaxed walking out. I couldn’t recommend seeing them enough.

Negative experience: After a 15 min wait in reception while all the centre staff were eating cake and having a laugh in a back room my surgeon came to reception to book in myself and the other 2 clients who were stood waiting in a rather cramped and uninviting lobby. I then sat in a waiting room for a further 30 mins (15mins after my appointment time.) I was called through only to find out I'd been booked in for the wrong anaesthetic. Treatment couldn't be completed so I can't comment on the surgeons ability. But I can say I categorically wouldn't return to that clinic. I found them to be dismissive and unhelpful. They have no access to medical records and no real patient care or empathy. Back on a waiting list I go!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, very sympathetic to my anxiety problems visiting a dentist. They all made me feel at ease, and my tooth extraction was carried out without me even knowing. Highly recommend this dentist.

After care was also amazing, I was made to feel relaxed and cared for and was given After care information by nurse as well,even as I was leaving was advised to be careful, rest,and take it easy for the next couple of days. Positive experience: It's a nice place to have dental treatment if like me you are scared of dentists, the treatment i had was a tooth extraction,and the procedure with sedation was painless it is very expensive if you have sedation.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I stepped into the dental clinic I was treated with friendly professionalism which despite my high anxiety at the situation put me at ease and allowed me to settle to the treatment I was to receive. I felt fully confident in the abilities of both my dentist and nurse who made me aware of all the options and possible outcomes of my treatment. I was treated with care, attention and skill throughout my whole experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ayman and Nurse Andrea (and Dr Kate) were fantastic - I had difficult wisdom teeth to remove and they were so calming and encouraging throughout the procedure. I felt very supported and it made the intense experience much better. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Treatment as you would wish it to be - felt informed and involved from outset, the booking and admin were quick and easy, and on the day the treatment environment was one of calm and kindness underpinned by competence and confidence - I felt 'in safe hands'. I don't have any recollection of the procedure at all, all I can say is that it was a really neat job, almost mended already. I really can't think how this intervention could have been made better. Recommended

Fantastic experience: Very good service and excellent treatment all through my visit. No hesitation in recommending this place.

Positive experience: Very steep steps. No wheelchair access at all. Dentist and nurse were lovely. Experience only made bad by having to climb steps and exhaust myself and cause pain.

Fantastic experience: First of all, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and found me an appointment for just a few days after I phoned. I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Ayman Al-Khishali and nurse Danielle. I have never had such a positive dental experience. I am an anxious patient, but Ayman was extremely reassuring and made me feel at ease and able to continue. He explained everything thoroughly and made me feel safe which was greatly appreciated. Danielle was friendly and reassuring also. They were a brilliant team and I was blown away by how they turned something I was extremely worried about into a positive experience and really restored my faith in dentists, having had various bad experiences beforehand (at unrelated practices).

Fantastic experience: Feeling a little stressed as the day got closer, I have to say that as dental experiences go, I couldn't have wished for anything better. Whenever I've had a wisdom tooth removed previously my mouth has felt battered and bruised afterwards. Coming here to have the extraction was almost pleasurable. The dentist and staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I took a couple of paracetamol after the extraction, but I could have managed without. Many thanks

Fantastic experience: I am of a nervous disposition but as soon as I walked in I could feel a calming atmosphere. Everything was explained to me and I was constantly reassured. The procedure was painless and afterwards I had no memory of the extraction being done. I couldn't believe it was over, but it was. I was well looked after during the recovery time and after-care was clearly explained. Altogether an excellent service.

My appointment time was kept exactly, both Kate and Danielle were very friendly and excellent at putting one at ease . Fantastic experience: Cannot speak highly enough of this clinic and have attended a few times. I'm an extremely anxious patient of mature age. I was treated with empathy and understanding of my phobia. Dr James explained everything and both Dr James and Danielle were very kind and caring. I honestly have no recollection of the extraction to add to past traumatic experiences and can't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Amazingly good experience. No one wants to have teeth out, but this was a positive treatment for a very painful tooth issue that had not bern resolved by past dentists. It was painless and quick. I was put at my ease and everything was explained. Recovery was quick, with no ongoing issues On-street parking, with a drop off point outside the clinic The nurse, dental surgeon and receptionist were lovely, very kind and looked after me , putting me at my ease

Positive experience: Calm and caring Dentist, that takes her time when managing a nervous patient. I did have to return to get a filing filed down but this was due to a lot of work on the same day, mouth was to numb to bite down properly. Cost was a bit steep but imagine it’s set pricing. Overall happy with the service provided.

Fantastic experience: Obviously unpleasant to have tooth removed but Dr Navya and her nurse were excellent. Only slight comment is post extraction notes could be more comprehensive eg how long to wait before drinking hot/cold drinks, brushing teeth and alcohol.

Negative experience: Dental staff are great and so accommodating for all . It's just a massive shame the receptionist ruined all the hard work of the rest of the team. Very patronising and rude , I think she need to be trained/retrained on how to talk to customers, after all she is the face of the business being the fist and last person you talk too. I will not be returning to BUPA DENTAL ANAESTHETIC Because of the reparations actions and pure lack of knowledge on how to deal with humans. A word of advice for her would be never judge a book by its cover . When you look down your nose at a customer and roll your eyes at them the minute they walk in the door it is you who looks stupid and unprofessional. You didn't even take my name before you made a judgement on me , You should be ashamed of yourself

Negative experience: Disgusting service recieved. Apparently only old people have disabilities ! You guy really need to learn not every disability is visible! type 1 diabetes is a life threatening illness ! It's 2025 not 1985 . we arrived today to be met with hostility as soon as we walked in the door . I can only presume the receptionist got out the wrong side of the bed and also the I.t problems didn't help , But there's no excuse to talk to customers in the manner you did , also applied to the management who came out and joined the recipient in her BS . ALL IN ALL DISGUSTED IN THE SERVICE ME AND MY PARTNER RECEIVED. SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR FROM STAFF WITH NO KNOWLEDGE OF TYPE 1 DIABETES, SHOCKING AS THEY PUT PEOPLE UNDER SEDATION . I WOULDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE LEAVING MY DOG IN THE CARE OF BUPA DENTAL CENTRE

Negative experience: What a shame about the receptionist and random woman who were quick to tell me that my attendee couldn't wait 1/2hr for me in the drop-off space. Even though 2 other cars just parked there for over 45mins. Had to pay for 2hr parking in Clifton as I've just been told my appointment is running over 40 minutes late due to IT Problem! Reception lady change your approach I know you ain't employed by the council to man the carpark but how about you tell the others who stay in the cars they can't do that. Or was I just picked at Random to receive your snooty attitude. Thanks for not making my experience relaxing or pleasant. Apply what you say to everyone who attends with a car, not pick and choose at Random. Not professional at all. It was very disappointing as this was my second time here and was able to stay and wait when I attended last year. Much nicer reception staff then. Please can you change your terrible approach and how you TELL people things. It would help if there was some time of continuity and treat every one the same. You are the first person of contact, and I don't think you dealt with things properly when I questioned what you told me about the car park situation. Not great at all. ☹️

Fantastic experience: From the moment I arrived at the practice I was made to feel at ease by the receptionist, and this continued when Dr Katherine Leeming introduced herself and began to take we through what was going to be done and possible outcomes, the calmness and attention to detail was brilliant and the treatment was very quick professional, I would highly recommend her. And the practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a molar out yesterday morning 2/7/25 I was referred here as I have a real fear of dentists after a few bad experiences in the past and my anxiety will not allow me to have such a big procedure done under local!!! I can honestly say my anxiety was cal.ed as soon as I walked in ...... I was treated with total understanding and respect for my issues!! Everyone was lovely and EVERYTHING was explained as we went along! My experience was just as I hoped I heard and felt nothing and apart from being tired I was back to more or less myself by the evening. Today I have felt tired but tonight I'm back to myself and back to work tomorrow!!! I HIGHLY recommend Bristol Dental Anasthetic Clinic.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are genuinely lovely and caring. Even though I'm in my mid 30's I still do not like anything dentist related so I was obviously scared when I had to have a tooth out but the staff were brilliant and they understood my fears. They were not condescending at all because I've had that from other dentists in the past who treated me like a child just because I had a phobia, the staff here were completely different. They understood my phobia and were very empathetic and they didn't make me feel silly for my fears. The care I received before and after the extraction was fantastic and if I need any treatment in the future I will definitely choose this place.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly dentist team and they took great care.

Negative experience: The people seemed nice. However, while under sedation I could feel my teeth being pulled. This was not preasure. I have had teeth out before and I was not screaming in pain like I was on Monday. No more anesthetic was given to numb me. It was so painful but my pain was just brushed off. My husband could hear me screaming in the waiting room. I have ptsd due to medical settings and this has just made things worse. The lady in recovery was lovely and the recption staff very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service my wife kimberley had a tooth extraction and has always been scared of the dentist. But the level of care here was beyond amazing literally can't praise all the staff enough I highly recommend them

The receptionist, Mal, helped me resolve a booking issue and was so patient and kind, both on the phone and when I arrived. Thank you very much Mal :) I was treated by Kate and Danielle who were so kind and really helped me with my anxiety. They were so professional, talked me through everything and I felt completely safe in their hands. The procedure went as well as I could have hoped. Fantastic experience: I was recently treated by Dr Nadh and Nurse Danielle (wisdom tooth removal). I was very nervous after a poor previous experience at a different dental practice. They were both very kind throughout the treatment and put me at ease by explaining everything and ensuring I was okay throughout the extraction. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone! Fantastic experience: The staff are brilliant. I'm a nervous person where dentists are concerned but they really do put you at ease. Chris who carried out the extraction and his assistant had me sedated in no time next I knew I was in recovery all over and done with. They give you instructions before you leave on what to do over the next few days. It's the only place for me if any more extraction is needed. Thank you to all the staff and Vinie my dentist for referring me.

Negative experience: Had 10 teeth removed however was left with 7 bad teeth when I had explicitly said I wanted them all removing. Now I'll have to pay again to get the equally bad teeth removed. Not impressed

Fantastic experience: I was recently treated at the clinic, the dentist and hygienist were fantastic. I suffer with real dental anxiety and people just don’t understand how bad it can be. Fantastic experience: I am very nervous when attending dental appointments. On this occasion, I needed a tooth extraction. This was carried out under sedation. I found the clinic to be highly professional but the staff were reassuring throughout. It was a very quick process and I wouldn't definitely recommend this place to anyone who is anxious about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my Dentist for a tooth extraction. Made very welcome and the Dentist that I had explained the procedure fully and if any problems arose whilst having my tooth extracted. Aftercare explained fully and Dentist made sure myself and everything was ok before I left the building. This is the 2nd tooth extraction I have had done at Bupa Dental Care, Clifton and can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 wisdom teeth removed this week and I felt completely confident and informed about the procedure. As I was a bit nervous, I really appreciated Chris’s good humour and the other dental professionals lovely smiley and reassuring support. All the staff are so nice and very helpful. Everything is very efficiently run and although I hope I don’t have to see them again soon, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a warm welcome when I arrived in the reception to check all my paperwork was filled out correctly and then placed it in the waiting room for my appointment. I was then taken into have my procedure done and everything was explained very clearly and they looked after me very well. I was sedated for the procedure and can’t remember too much after this, but overall a good experience

Nice comfy waiting room. Only criticism is the lack of parking facilities on site (with the exception of a few disabled spaces).

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient I was very anxious about having my wisdom tooth out . Chris’s confidence and cheerful approach put me at ease and made the experience painless and not as stressful as I had mentally planned for. I didn’t wish to be sedated due to needing to drive myself home and the extra costs involved. I’d highly recommend him for further treatment. Less than 24 hours since my op and I’m already feeling fresh and ready to go back to work.

Fantastic experience: I had an extraction here recently for some teeth, the oral surgeon was very nice and made me feel super comfortable and she did an amazing job! I was so nervous when I came in but everyone put me at ease, thank you so much :)

Fantastic experience: I’d been to another dentist, she couldn’t get the tooth out, I rang the anisthetic clinic, I spoke with Mel, who was very helpful, she booked me an appointment for the next day, I went along for 10am, Eamon came to the waiting room and introduced himself and take me to the room! Danielle introduced herself that was lovely, I was a little nervous but that was allayed because both guys were great, I was very happy! Eamon told what he would be doing, then started it only took him a few minutes to get the tooth out, it didn’t hurt at all. The staff couldn’t have been more professional, amazing service, I would definitely recommend the clinic to my friends, although they are private, I would definitely go there again!!
