Fantastic experience: My mom was visiting London recently when one of her dental implants unexpectedly came loose. We were quite stressed, but Dr. Shakeel Shahdad’s clinic was incredibly responsive. They managed to fit her in for an urgent appointment within just two days. Dr. Shahdad was exceptional — not only was he welcoming and reassuring, but he also fixed the implant in under 10 minutes. His expertise and confidence immediately put us at ease, and the entire experience was smooth and professional.

Fantastic experience: I was a very nervous patient when I went to Specialist Dental Services as I had major issues. However, from the very first email, I was reassured and treated with great empathy. The work I have had done has transformed my confidence and the work involved, although extensive, was done without any pain, either at the time or any pain, bruising or swelling after the major treatment. I am amazed that this was possible. In particular, Dr Isabella Rocchietta, was absolutely wonderful - reassuring, kind and absolutely professional, while Dr Michael Myint has been excellent, taking time to explain options and outcomes, always thoughtful, utterly professional and very kind. However, everyone I have dealt with at SDS has been excellent. I recommend them highly and encourage anyone, whatever their issue, to send an email and sort out their dental problems. I am a very happy patient and cannot find one part of my experience that I could fault.

Fantastic experience: Dr Myint is excellent, his level of knowledge, expertise and care is the very, very best. I have had decades of teeth grinding, wearing away my night guard after night guard and waking up grinding my teeth, but Dr Myint made a night brace guard that stopped all that and has aided my night time sleep, I am so grateful as I've been to quite a few dentists over the years to resolve this and now I can sleep better and know I am in the best of hands going forward.

No pain and very diligent to keep me informed with what was going on at all times and very mindful to ask if I felt any discomfort. Excellent . 10 stars not 5 ! Thank you . Fantastic experience: Dr Charlotte Stilwell was recommended to my wife, Jenny Cross, and the treatment that she received prompted me to also have some dental work undertaken by Dr Stilwell. Owing to the sensitivity of one's oral cavity, any problems with teeth becomes an ever present focus of adversity. Expert correction of dental faults obviates this situation and Dr Stilwell carries out dentistry of a high standard. Dr Stilwell is assisted by Carmen and their working routine borders upon the telepathic. Highly recommended. Subsequently I attended a dental hygienist appointment. Now, in my experience there are two sorts of dental hygienists. There are the ones who have worked on my teeth previously, and there is Meg Scheybeler, who is the real deal. Sensitively assisted by Lee, Meg did a magnificent job on my teeth. Everything felt wonderful afterwards. Good advice was given to me and there were no untouched areas, no sore gums. It is good to know that in this troubled world one can still seek out and receive excellence. Another successful appointment with Meg Scheybeler and we discussed the merits of TePe brushes. As well a being a professional colleague, I am a long-term friend of Charlotte Stilwell (from her qualification in Copenhagen in 1983) and have maintained my confidence in her as a conscientious and increasingly experienced practitioner. I do not think she will have treated any of her patients with less skill and consideration than she has shown me over many years as her patient. I imagine that all her patients will miss having her as their dentist, when she retires from 'wet-fingered dentistry'. Charlotte's Romanian dental nurse on this occasion seemed to work quietly with exemplary efficiency and was one of the best 'saliva aspirators' I have ever experienced. A great asset to the practice. Fantastic experience: Prior to seeing my hygienist Meg I had spoken to her as I was very nervous about the procedure as I have sensitive gums. She reassured me and explained the procedure so I was relaxed when i had my appointment with her. She asked the relevant health questions and gave me insight on how to look after my teeth and gums which I had not previously been taught. She performed a thorough review of my teeth and gums in preparation for my periodontal treatment. I would definitely recommend her service.
