Negative experience: Absolute worst at getting back to you they cancel on you without notice then give appointments but no texts then when you don’t attend because you didn’t get given the opintment but get told over the phone they remove you from the register

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed by Dr. Rupali and her extensive knowledge. She introduced me to inter dental brushes for better cleaning of my teeth. Although my first visit, two xrays were completed quickly and a molar identified which required a filling. I was given the option of silver or white fillings and an appointment made in 2 weeks for the work to be done. As she is a qualified hygienist I am to have my teeth cleaned before the filling. I can honestly say I have not received such excellent service at any time in my long life from a dental practice. Outstanding! Both the doctor and her able assistant Bella were very personable and relaxing in their manner and yet businesslike in getting through the introduction. I look forward to my next appointment and hope it is the beginning of a good long term business relationship.

Positive experience: When I visited the practice I was greeted by the receptionists who showed me to the vicinity of the waiting area. I was early for my appointment. Despite this Shaz greeted me and stated that she should not be long. In 10 minutes I was shown in by Shaz with a kind smiling face. I had a question about my treatment and she explained that my original plate could be adjusted due to previous extraction / breakage. A mould impression was taken and expedited all in a friendly manner. Overall I was extremely pleased with the treatment. Very happy with the process.

Negative experience: One of the worst dentist in Leatherhead. I’ve had multiple problems, I work and pay for everything. They constantly cancel on people, 5 minutes before their appointment sometimes but if we cancel we are charged £50. If you’re ever seen by Dave, I wouldn’t even bother. He shouldn’t even be working there, has cancelled over 10 times 10 minutes before an appointment and has happened to multiple people i know and makes people uncomfortable which has been mentioned by multiple people and yet nothing has been done:They also booked me in an appointment to Re glue my metal retainer, got an appointment for it, and they’re not qualified to do it. So why make an appointment for me, I was referred as well and they continue to say they’re not qualified, so why waste my time and book me an appointment in the first place? They do things that suit them, I pay for all my treatments and get treated like this, hate to think people who don’t pay for personal reasons get treated. A lot of things I have been promised here, especially the after care when my clear braces were removed as I got them done with them, and they have not lived up to their own expectations. I’m yet to take it further and complain elsewhere. Customer service is awful as well and I will not be going back.

On investigation into the comments, we are unable to find any appointments you have had with Dave our clinician and you have not attended the practice since 4th April 2022 when your treatment was completed, we are therefore unable to ascertain the reasons for the comments, if you wish to discuss this further please contact the Practice Manager who will be happy to assist.
In relation to the appointment for your retainer, we would be unable to provide treatment to any patient that had not attended practice for over 3 years without first performing an examination, this is to ensure that a patient is dentally fit and to record any changes in your oral health.

Positive experience: Very friendly & gentle, she was lovely, but my 30 minute £100 appointment was only 15 minutes long & then not half price. My teeth were not as bright looking as with the lady lady I saw. Would have expected the full time with more polishing or the like or a 50% discount. I feel like I was ripped off. My teeth then started to hurt in the evening, which I've never had before.

Fantastic experience: Just had a check up after rather a long time, my teeth although not giving me any pain are a complete mess with fractured and chipped teeth. The receptionists were very helpful and the dentist Dr. Gaeun was the most thorough dentist I have ever had. Fantastic experience: Dr Gaeun and the lovely dental nurse could not have done more to ensure my large family were looked after and catered for, very calm, very thorough and very thoughtful. Fantastic experience: Dr Gaeun is very good, very thorough and I like how she keeps you updated as to what she is doing (when doing treatment). She also regularly asks if you are OK. She cares and the temporary filling she put in stayed in place until my next appointment. She is lovely. I can highly recommend.
