The dentist was very thorough in explaining the different options, the process, and what results to expect. I felt comfortable asking questions, and everything was explained clearly without any pressure to commit right away. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the overall experience gave me confidence about going ahead with the whitening treatment in the future.

Fantastic experience: This is probably the best dentist I have ever used. The staff are super welcoming and so knowledgable, will answer any questions you have . The treatment has been totally I painful and the added bonus of teeth whitening has been an eye (and smile) opening , results amazing but subtle!! Very happy with every aspect of this company and if that’s not enough, their coffee is really good!!

Positive experience: Lovely place, lovely people however all costs should have been told on the phone consultation, I paid the £25 fee that I was told about but the £60 was not mentioned, I would have waited and booked later when I had the £60 if I had been told about it as a result I was unable to have the whole consultation

Fantastic experience: in my past I had to take Valium to even get me through the door to see the Dentist.I had a few bad experiences.When i first went to NuDental I noticed how quiet and peaceful it was.I was first introduced to Miriam who put me at ease.She explained to me what my problems were and what she could do to help me.I ended up needing 2 extractions.I booked to see Miriam .I was so nervous having to have a injection.Straight away I was put at ease.I was told to Breath in then out.I did this a few times and it was over.My teeth had been taken out .I never felt a thing.I was stunned.This was all down to Miriam and her team.

I underwent comprehensive teeth cleaning, the treatment was carried out by Aisha, who was so accommodating and ensured I was comfortable throughout. Karen and Jamie were also amazing! Fantastic experience: I go there regularly for standard checkup, clean etc. and more recently I had a smile upgrade from the amazing Dr Maira Miraj. I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of service, expertise and friendliness. Fantastic dentist and value for money. My recent smile upgrade included replacing a current veneer, adding a couple more and complimenting with bonding. Dr Maira Miraj was brilliant in every aspect - from design to completion.

On my first visit I was absolutely petrified and my anxiety was at peak prior to arriving at the dentist. Nia and Sabah took exceptional good care of me. Nia kept reassuring me and talking through each stage all throughout the procedure; this was very comforting as I would not have coped otherwise. Sannah, also ensured I was relaxed by playing a Tom Hardy film! Many thanks to Carl for taking exceptionally good care of me again and also his assistant Tab. I joined Nu dentist a year ago, and would highly recommend anyone who has previously had a terrible experience at a dentist to visit NU dentist. Taking out a plan has allowed me to frequently get my teeth seen too; definitely needed this as I didn’t want my next visit to lapse another decade! Fantastic experience: I simply cannot fault NuDental. Being a very nervous patient, the whole process has actually been a joy. Dr Hummaid is brilliant , made me feel completely at ease , and considering the amount of work I have done by him, I have never felt any discomfort. In fact I actually fell asleep during a root canal , I was so relaxed. All the practice staff are lovely and friendly and it is actually a pleasure to go to the Dentist.

Fantastic experience: just finished my treatment at NU Dental some essential, and some cosmetic, after years of trying to continue with other dental practices that continually cancelled my appointments ,i decided to visit NU Dental ,from word go they where very friendly, and made me feel welcome ,all my appointments have never been cancelled or changed ,they actually got me in earlier on one occasion when i requested , and it wasn't a problem ,all the staff are on the ball and are very professional, everything was explained to me so i could understand the process ,and i never felt rushed at all ,yes i had to pay for my treatments ,but you will find at most dentists now will try and push you the private route ,as you will only receive the very basics otherwise .i will continue to go to NU Dental ,and also take up a plan with them ,i got first class treatment ,and could not be happier ,and i am confident that i can call them should i have any problems . a big thankyou to all the staff at NU Dental .

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Nu dentist Shipley for about a year after leaving my NHS dentist due to the ongoing difficulties with getting appointments. The whole team at Nu dentist are very friendly, helpful & professional. I am on a dental plan where I pay a small monthly amount which includes hygiene & check ups throughout the year. I am Also half way through having my teeth straightened with Spark aligners. Appointments are booked to suit my work diary & they even do appointments on a Saturday which is great. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for cosmetic dental work or regular dental care.

Fantastic experience: NU Dental has been, and still is, my dentist for the past 2 years. I've had my Invisalign treatment with them and my regular hygienist appointments. The staff, in particular Lauren and Dr. Attiya, have been fantastic! An appointment with Lauren always felt like a catch-up with a good friend! The dentist has a luxurious atmosphere and a visit to the dentist never feels like a typical dentist appointment - I mean this in the best way possible! I have had some issues, but they were quickly rectified with outstanding customer service! I really appreciate how NU Dental have gone above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience.
