Fantastic experience: 22/07/25. I attended Dentistry For You today to have a crown refitted.The crown was fitted several years ago and had recently become loose. As always the practice is very clean and all the staff are polite and friendly. I was seen quickly and crown fitted.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in donkey's years. I registered and booked in with the practice while experiencing some intense pain. I was seen swiftly after and I must say Dr Kanji and his team were phenomenal. Some X-rays, numbing and next thing I knew we were done. I really wish I had had experiences like this when I was younger and I would not have stayed away as an adult.

Fantastic experience: Had a badly cracked upper tooth. Ali explained that it couldn't be repaired and the only option was extraction. Difficult procedure but it was removed expertly with minimal discomfort. Advised on post op after care and follow up. Professional service.

Fantastic experience: Excellent work. Can't believe the speed that my issue was resolved. Called the surgery at 10:30 regarding an infection in a broken tooth. Appointment made for 12:30. X-ray, Anaesthetic and extraction completed by 12:50 the same day.

Negative experience: Ive been at this practice a few years now and always found them so nice, caring and friendly but sadly i visited them a few days ago and on this occasion im really not impressed. The chap i saw was nice enough but was not interested in the pain i had in my sinus ( when i last attended a lovely dentist stated that a tooths root had grown in my sinus and that if removed it would have to be completed on referral. I tried to explain this to the male dentist i saw but he did not seem at all interested, he just said " so you're here for a check up " i even tried to tell him that i get a bad smell and taste and the last time i had this it was an abcess that eventually burst!! He just said its because i have bad gum disease and he would refer me privately and at £200 just to talk to them is not going to happen ( plus ive done that before and after spending £1600 on treatment nothing improved ). Im still in alot of pain to the point i cant touch my cheek bone as its so painful, and then i get told theyll see me in a years time??? Well thanks for that!!! Im genuinely gutted as everyone before has been so helpful but if you paron the oun this has left a really bitter taste.

They don't pressure to have work done unless essential. Will be monitoring my teeth in three months instead of 6 months

Fantastic experience: Although the practice isn’t set up for wheelchair users, the dentist who treated me for a tooth extraction was great. Friendly, professional & put me at ease immediately the appointment started. The procedure went really well & the tooth was removed quickly & cleanly, even though I am on blood thinners. The dentist talked me through the procedure, checked I was comfortable & what was going to happen & what aftercare needed to be done. It was a very good experience & I had complete confidence in the dentist.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could! I’ve had so many issues with the dentist I wouldn’t trust them at all. My personal dentist referred me here to have my wisdom tooth removed. After realising they only do this on one day a week I booked time off work (working in education this is very difficult & unpaid!). They notified me on the day they wouldn’t be able to do it as the only dentist who could do wasn’t it. Wasted 4 hours unpaid leave. Then had to go through the hassle and waiting for next appointment. They confirmed it, I took the time off work, drove 40 minutes to this dentist, waited 20mins past appointment time to be told that the dentist was refusing to remove the tooth & that he was putting me on a 2 year waiting list for the hospital. All of this could’ve been done on a phone call. I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received from here, totally disorganised and will not be recommending or returning. I’ve lost 8 hours of work, parking, petrol costs, time and now have to wait even longer for an issue that’s causing a lot of pain. I’m so lucky that my normal dentist practice isn’t like this!

However I’ve plucked up the courage to go and my initial appointment has relaxed me enough to return for some treatment. I explained I was very nervous and feel I was treated with that in mind. Positive experience: The appointment was needed to remove a wisdom tooth. I was in and out quickly and the whole process was a lot better than I had expected. I would have given 5 stars but the practice needs an entrance sign as it is not clear what door is the entrance and we inadvertently knocked on the wrong door.

Negative experience: I walked in with no pain and a severely broken front tooth ( I do have bad teeth in all honesty). The last dentist took 4 minutes to put in a crown or something that looked great and lasted about 7 months. I needed about the same before I can afford to get the top four permanently replaced with prosthetics. It's now nearly 10am I am without sleep because of the pain Dr Areej Fatima Raheem has put me in and I currently still look like sloth from the goonies. The reception lady is great and the dental nurse seemed lovely. Ol Fatima ( "Dr" Raheem ) looked at me like a piece of @#£^ under her shoe and afforded me a few minutes after keeping me 30 minutes waiting to perform work which induced nostalgia of the film Edward Scissor Hands. I have seen reviews commenting on other practitioners there and they seem very good. I would strongly advise you do not let your family near this women. I just praise God that l I only had to spend a few minutes in the presence of someone that seemed so contemptuous towards me.

Fantastic experience: I have been scared of the dentist for 20 years since I had a bad experience at a young age with getting my teeth pulled out without the correct pain treatment. These guys knew this and had me in and out in minutes. I had a wisdom tooth with hooked roots and they knew the assignment and they smashed it! I don't even know my dentists name but he was young, dark haired tall and slim. He has helped me get over my fear and is the best dentist I have ever met. I can't thank him enough. I appreciate the work he is doing and how he has helped me. To him I'm probably just another tooth but he has helped me more than I can put into words. Thank you so much.
