Fantastic experience: I have recently moved dental practice to Bupa Dental Care and the care I have received from the Dentist Aneesh and hygienist Alison has been fantastic. I am so pleased with the level of care, support and expertise they have both shown and as quite a nervous patient I was worried how I would be treated. No need to worry at all! I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: The dentist (Laura) was really transparent with what treatment I needed, reasons for it and any alternatives. I often find that dentists are hesitant to provide alternatives if it means the business won’t be with them. But Laura was happy to answer my questions. The reception staff are knowledgeable and you’re always greeted with a smile. Very happy I found this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Sabila and her fantastic assistant Michelle for over ten years now, and I can honestly say my gums have never been in better hands literally! These two are an absolute dream team: always full of positive energy, kind-hearted, and they go above and beyond not just for me, but for my mum as well. It’s more like catching up with friends than a dental appointment. Also, shoutout for the little things that make a big difference like finally changing the TV! Rumor has it they’re getting a new one even closer, which means Dr. Sabila won’t have to keep gently pulling my head like a joystick just to get the right angle. My neck is grateful already! If you want top-notch dental care with a side of laughs and genuine care, this is the team to see.

Negative experience: I have been at this practice for a number of years but my dentist retired and the practice was sold to Bupa. I was allocated a new dentist. I went for a check up and the new dentist took some X-rays as I had not been for while. I had no issues except for a small hole in one molar. I was advised that I needed a filling and that the small hole could be filled but it was likely I would need a crown. I booked to have the filling and the small hole was filled. In less than a week both the filling and the small hole had come out. I was not too concerned about the small hole but the filling that fell out left me in discomfort (which I did not have prior to the check up) as food was now getting trapped and making my gum bleed. I called to ask to speak with a manager as I didn’t really want to go back to the same dentist as I had lost confidence and it isn’t a two minute treatment. I was told other dentists were full for two weeks and only the same dentist was an available so given my tooth was now uncomfortable I had little choice but to accept the same dentist. I sat again for an hour or so as the defective filling was removed and then re done. It was also an inconvenience and I’m sure not many people enjoy having a filling done and then taken out and re done again. Within a couple of weeks both fell out again. I was away on holiday so could not get back to the dentist immediately. I did not want to go back and face a battle and I am not happy that I wasted time and around £180 for a filling that was useless. I have now been to a new dentist at a different practice and the filling has been done successfully. According to my new dentist the bond used in the failed filling was not great quality.

They hit the perfect balance of warm friendly and highly professional they put us all at ease and my son went home happy with some lovely new stickers. Fantastic experience: After a lot of research, I am so happy I chose this dental practice. I was seen yesterday by Philip Hawkins for the first time in many many years, I was very scared at first, since I have historically had a hard time at the dentist and I had a lot of work done as a child. Phillip was very empathetic, kind and knowledgeable and you can tell he wants the best for his patients. It’s not all about money here for each procedure, it’s about what is best in the long term. I was also seen today by Janet Mwanje for a scale and polish for the first time in many years, again she was outstanding - the procedure itself (for anyone who knows) isn’t the most pleasant - but she really put my mind at ease. They have both made my thoughts on the dentist change, you will be in good hands here - I promise. :)

Some time had elapsed and I was conscious of finding the right dentist as a replacement. I need not have been concerned as Aneesh and Michelle immediately put me at ease. They were both so patient and kind throughout the entire process, especially when my son had a dental emergency and broke his tooth. His assistant was equally wonderful, making sure my son was comfortable and at ease. Fantastic experience: Aneesh and Michelle have been amazing, firstly in answering any questions or concern regarding Invisalign, and then over I started in supporting me. They have both gone above and beyond to ensure any (minor, occasional) issues with aligners are addressed. I couldn’t be happier. This is such an amazing investment. Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of going to the dentist, having had a lot of work done on my teeth as a child, but Laura is always so lovely & friendly, and makes it much easier for me. She's calm, accommodating & patient, and regularly checks in with me when I'm in the chair. She has a genuinely sunny disposition, and I wouldn't want to see anyone else! The dental nurses working with Laura are always very efficient and professional, too. It's always a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I was recently referred to Fadi for a root filling. The treatment is now complete and I couldn't be happier with the work that has been done. I received an absolutely outstandingly level of care throughout from both Fadi (the dentist) and Maria (the nurse who was working with him). They were both very professional and did an excellent job, but it is in the level of care and compassion they showed where I feel they both went above and beyond. Maria called me beforehand to book my appointment and had lots of time for me and talked me through the whole procedure, which made me feel a lot better about it. She also called a few days after to make sure I wasn't in any pain. Fadi was also very caring and talked me through the whole process on the day taking time to answer questions I had, and this made me feel much better about a procedure I had been worried about. With this kind of thing I think is very important to have confidence in the people doing the work and in this case I absolutely did and they did a fantastic job.

Fantastic experience: My son was so anxious to the point where he turned up to 2 routine check ups entered the room & immediately had to leave this lead to missing 2 routine check up & left him needing some significant treatment once it’s started to bother his daily life he asked if we could book an appointment I spoke to Aneesh & Michelle prior to appointment during my routine check they were so understanding & compassionate about my sons feelings towards the dentist we arrived at the appointment the way they approached & dealt with my sons anxiety was amazing they had to make a further 6 appointments to carry out intense treatment we are now at the end of the treatment my son attended every appointment he still doesn’t like the dentist but he said if it wasn’t for Aneesh & Michelle and there professional but understanding attitude towards him he couldn’t of gone through with the treatment I can’t thank you guys enough for your patience towards him . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
