Fantastic experience: Had a crown come loose Thursday evening, and the practice fitted me in at 3:30 the following day. Ravi looked at the crown and the tooth post and offered me the option of novacaine as there may be some sensitivity with the cold air in the procedure. Opted not to have novacaine and it was fine. Ravi was very friendly and told me what he was doing at each step and was gentle and firm! All done very quickly and efficiently, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I brought my mom here a bit reluctantly for an emergency appointment and I am now considering moving myself there as a patient. It's not the newest of buildings, and has some wall colours that make it look even more aged, but the quality of the service and the experience overall was just amazing. The dentist that had prompt availability for the urgent appointment, Huma Lemar, was unusually caring, very gentle with her hands (that did no trigger my mum's hypersensitive gag reflex) and above all, very competent. Totally recommended.

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Huma at Hertford Dental Care for a few years now. She has always taken great care to explain everything and is so calm and reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble. She was amazing this week removing my son’s last baby tooth. He has a needle phobia and was nervous. She completed the procedure quickly and before he realised it was done. I had been worrying about how my son would cope, but I needn’t have worried after all. She is very good with both my sons. We love Huma and highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a regular patient at Hertford Dental care for many years. I have always received the best care and treatment. I have always found the staff very helpful, if you have a sudden emergency the receptionist always goes above and beyond to sort out an appointment as soon as possible. You receive reminders via email of upcoming appointments and a message to your phone after treatment to enquire of your wellbeing. I recently had an extraction and was SO anxious but Stuart Brady Immediately puts you at ease, offers reassurance and very considerate of any concerns and excellent at his profession. I can highly recommend this practice.

The ethos in their surgery is a happy, yet purposeful one. I am always impressed by the high standard of their work. I appreciate it and so do my children, when they attend too. Thanks also to Dr Ishi Black who I also see, for her warmth, professionalism and care. She, like Dr Brady, goes above and beyond for her patients/clients. Fantastic experience: Although I'm only part way through my treatment, I have to say that if you're terrified of visiting the dentist, give these guys a try. Really friendly, helpful and reassuring. Time taken to explain what is required and what is happening as they go. I hadn't visited a dentist in several years so was really apprehensive but they were really great.

Fantastic experience: I've been interested in having some facial aesthetics for a while but held back because I wanted to make sure I found someone who was high qualified. I'm so happy I found Ishita. From the moment I walked into the practice I felt comfortable. Ishita explained all my options with regards to cosmetic treatments. I chose to have some botox which was pretty much painless (I'm scared of needles too which shows just how comfortable I was made to feel! ) and I'm so happy with the results. I'd recommend her to everyone and will definitely be back.

Negative experience: I am leaving this review in the hopes the owner will respond like the others. Why does this dentist refuse to see anybody after they have given birth? They keep telling me I will need to spend a fortune for what I need done, we all know the law if free dental care for a year after giving birth so why are your receptionist so rude and nasty about it and refuse to help. I can hear the dentist telling the receptionists what to say. I will be taking this place to task if the problem can not be resolved

We soon received the device and this has changed our lives. It 100% works and worth every penny! We only wish we had known about Somnowell sooner.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, respectful and reassuring treatment from every member of staff. Appointments have run on time, everything has been explained clearly (treatment options, findings after exam, pricing structure, etc).

Fantastic experience: I had a Somnowell device fitted by Dr Black at HDC to help reduce my snoring. The process started with a referral from Somnowell as Dr Black is an approved fitter. He arranged to call me for an initial phone consultation to ensure it was the right solution for me. I then arranged a moulding appointment where they took several 3d scans and moulds of my mouth to have the appliance made to order. After it was ready, Dr Black called me in to fit the device. It was a quick appointment where I was taught how to use and maintain the device. The whole staff there were friendly and welcoming. Since using my Somnowell Mandibular Advancement Device, I've been getting much better sleep and my partner reports she is no longer troubled by loud snoring. I measured my snoring on a snoring app, and I've gone from a "snore score" of 83/100 to just 10/100 overnight!
