Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Teeth and Face enough! I was in for a Hygienist appointment with Dal and honestly my teeth have never looked better. Dal was thorough and listened to exactly what I wanted, but most importantly she genuinely cared about the outcome I was looking for and recommended exactly what I needed. Fantastic experience: The work I had done here was amazing, genuinely life changing - but I want to focus this review on some other aspects of the experience which were personally important. I first came here with my teeth in - it’s fair to say - a bit of a state. I honestly couldn’t remember when I had last seen a dentist but it was over a decade. Now, six months later my smile looks and feels great. Dr Gurprit and her entire team are brilliant. Yes, it’s friendly and the place feels really cool. But as someone who came in with huge amounts of anxiety and a mouth of damaged teeth, there was no judging, everything explained clearly and carefully and there was a focus on the way forward. Importantly to me, everything feels organised - everyone knows what they’re doing, what’s happening. There’s a sense of comforting organisation to the whole process. It took me a long time to muster the courage to go and get my teeth sorted out - I’m really lucky I landed on this one and would wholeheartedly recommend T&F to anybody.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gurprit and Dal have been excellent. I came for whitening and they have been so thorough and identified things that needed sorting first. Really professional and it’s great to see a team who truly care about your oral health and don’t just give you teeth whitening without making sure it’s safe to proceed first. Fantastic experience: Had an unfortunate issue with one of my Wisdom teeth during travel, and thankfully was able to set up an emergency appointment easily online and be seen promptly by Dr Gurprit. I will say the way she deals with patients definitely is very nice, calming and comforting, one of my best experiences at the dentist. Very nice facilities, receptionist and drinks offered. Fantastic experience: I was looking to change my dentist for a while as I couldn’t get any hygienist appointments for weeks. I was browsing in JQ and city centre area, and luckily found them. They’re able to book me an appointment within a week. Very efficient, friendly and clean practice. I was greeted by the lovely receptionist. We chatted until my appointment, and she offered me a free toothpaste. My hygienists were sweet and caring. They reminded me to spend more time in cleaning, which I’ll much obliged now. I’ve booked myself in for a dentist exam to ensure all is well. See you soon.

Fantastic experience: I just had my teeth cleaned by Dal and Sharan and they were both so lovely I don’t usually go to the dentist as often and it’s been 3 years since I’ve been here and I felt so comfortable. I definitely recommend them for getting your teeth cleaned, thank you. x

Fantastic experience: Dental Implant Service The whole process has been simple and comfortable. Dan, the consultant, is friendly and takes great care to make things are done exceptionally. I like his approach. Loving my implant! Teeth Whitening I did the White Dental Beauty option. Worked really well. Once complete, for a few extra quid, you can get top up kits to use at home. I now do it every month. Nice. Weekend Reception staff They are the ‘Teeth and Face’ of the business. Lovely, chatty, smiley, helpful. I like they make you feel comfortable. This is an added bonus. If not, I simply wouldn’t choose to spend thousands of pounds here. Overall Excellent. Worth spending a bit more for peace of mind. A job well done.

Fantastic experience: Following my first dental check-up with Dr. Gurprit and a hygienist appointment with Dal Kalsi, I was thoroughly impressed. Fantastic experience: COME HERE! The best dentist practice I have ever seen and you will be saying that after your visit!! Absolutely fantastic and friendly staff, the practice is amazing! Everyone is really warm and friendly, they make you feel settled and relaxed for your appointment. Kali (I am so sorry if I have spelt your name wrong) was really welcoming and I appreciated her company while I waited to be seen - which wasn’t a long wait time at all. I felt really cared for by Kali and the dentist. I saw Gurprit for the first time for a checkup which I hadn’t had for quite a while. Gurprit was very friendly and professional and also extremely knowledgeable. Every step of the checkup, Gurprit was informing me what she was going to do so you have nothing to worry for those who are anxious at the dentist. I have never felt pressured like I have done with other practices (I have gone to 5 practices previously when I had an accident and subsequently had implants) and they give you very honest advice with no judgement! I am so impressed also with the level of tech/advanced equipment they have as well. I received initial 3D scans of my mouth before the actual checkup and afterwards, it was so useful actually when Gurprit was telling me what she has observed and was using the scans to also illustrate what was happening as well. I have never had this before with a dentist explaining me with a 3D scan about my teeth so it was also a very good and informative experience! Honestly, anyone who is reading this and is considering where to go, you do not have to consider to go to another dentist other than here! You will be extremely well taken care of as well as being well-informed without pressure or judgement afterwards!

Positive experience: I recently had a double root canal treatment on my two front teeth. The thought terrified me, a referral with Jesal the specialist in this area was reassuring and he talked me through the process. It took me six months to pluck up the courage and the whole team were supportive throughout this time with no pressure but only reassurance. I have had the work done and I can say he is brilliant at his job. I was still terrified but his skill and ability to normalise the procedure and check on my welfare was brilliant. If you need a root canal Jesal is the person to go to. A big thank you to the whole team for their support.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, clean, professional, and responsive. The ladies here are great, always quick to get my queries answered. Didn’t have to wait months for an appointment and they were able to accommodate my last minute appointment. Dal did a great job for my first ever hygienist appointment, explained everything clearly, and left me with whiter teeth from removing all the stains that had accumulated. 10/10 would recommend

Negative experience: Had recently a hygienist clean, was not comfortable the way they try upsell, as soon as my clean was done the hygienist dal said only today its 50 percent off and just today, pressure to book appointment, then at the desk the girls will try sell all sorts of brushes etc which dal recommended,

Positive experience: I visited Teeth & Face in March 2023 for a 3D dental scan, and while the service was excellent—the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional—what happened afterward left a lasting negative impression. After paying around £150 or so by card and receiving a receipt, I later got a call and a WhatsApp message asking me to prove my payment due to an issue with their card reader. While mistakes happen, a dental clinic should have proper systems to track payments rather than placing that burden on the customer. If there was a technical issue, it should have been resolved internally. Not by making me feel unfairly singled out and responsible, and while I don’t want to assume why, this part of the experience was upsetting enough that I’ve chosen not to return. I debated for a long time whether to write this review, but in the end, I felt it was important to share so others don’t go through the same. Especially given the high cost of their services. Aside from this issue, the care itself was excellent.

Fantastic experience: I had chipped a few teeth over the years, Dr Zoya suggested composite bonding treatment to rebuild them. The treatment was done in one appointment which didn’t take that long and voila I had perfect teeth again. I would highly recommend Dr Zoya.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience at Teeth and Face! The whole team have been amazing and made the process seamless. I didn’t feel confident about my smile due to a few teeth in particular so I began my invisalign journey. Within a few months, I already began to feel so much more confident to smile with my teeth. I finished my invisalign journey and didn’t think my teeth could look any better than they already did. I then went on to have a hygiene appointment with Dal who was lovely and made the process pain free. I then went on to complete my composite bonding with Dr Gurprit and Jasmine, I also had to get a filling for the first time and don’t really like injections but again they made me feel so comfortable that I hardly felt any pain. Completing the composite bonding just gave my teeth a whole different look and I never imagined them to look as good as they do! I can’t stop smiling and I can’t thank the whole team at Teeth & Face for making me feel so confident again!

Fantastic experience: I originally came to Teeth & Face to have a composite filling on one of my incisors, as the filling my old dentist did was very fragile and broke off numerous times (which left me extremely frustrated). My experience with my old dentist was a negative one as I was consistently dismissed and condescended to. Thus, I had low confidence in dentistry in general. My experience with Teeth & Face was the complete opposite. Dr Gurprit was warm and very attentive during my consultation. She listened to all my concerns with patience and understanding and reassuringly offering a solution. I went ahead with my composite filling and I’m extremely pleased with the outcome. Dr Gurprit puts a lot of time and effort into her work and my results reflect this. Unlike my previous composite filling by my old dentist, this one looks and feels like a seamless part of my mouth (as opposed to a badly constructed lump poorly adhered to the end of my tooth). I was surprised at the amount of steps taken to ensure I would have a natural result, with the process taking approx 30 mins, compared to 5 mins or less at my old practice. I also have had hygiene treatments with Dal, Jasmine, and Alice which was long overdue as I had braces for a long time and the clean I had from my old dentist wasn’t done effectively. Dal was very empathetic and gave me a lot of advice on managing the early stages of gingivitis (which my old dentist didn’t even notice) and I felt better equipped in doing so now. The overall condition of my teeth and gums have improved since seeing Dal. I am also currently in the process of whitening my teeth with the White Dental Beauty gel treatment, and it is going well thus far. I’m grateful for the care and consideration shown to me by all mentioned, and also by Sharan. I’m really happy that I chose to come to Teeth & Face.

Dr. Jandu’s attention to detail and gentle approach makes every appointment comfortable. I have been a patient of hers since 2015. Dr. Jandu is thorough, highly knowledgeable, and truly listens to concerns, which is something I really appreciate. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure I have the best care possible, explaining each procedure in a way that’s easy to understand. Overall, this practice offers a blend of professionalism, warmth, and top-notch care that makes going to the dentist a positive experience. I can’t recommend Dr. Jandu and her team highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Teeth & face have really elevated dentistry. It has a therapeutic feel when you walk in and whilst in the waiting area. I had a dental hygiene and whitening consultation with Dal and Alice, they made me feel so comfortable and I came out the session with lots of knowledge and super clean teeth. Fantastic experience: What’s the place like? From the moment you step into the clinic you’re welcomed with such warmth and professionalism. The rooms themselves are light, with a calming, pleasant atmosphere. The other staff (Alice & Sharan) who I met, are attentive and want to help. They are warm and friendly. What is Dr Gurjit like? She has a warm, empathic nature, a gentle approach. She really made me feel at ease and wanted to listen and understand the issues I was having with my teeth. You can really tell she cares a lot about her patients and is passionate about her job. She takes her time to explain things clearly, so I knew exactly what was happening. I was anxious and distrusting when I went in, as I had a bad previous experience with another dentist, but she made me feel so relaxed and confident in the treatment. She is fabulous! How was the treatment? She’s an expert. The filling was so well done. She communicates exactly what she is doing which leaves no misunderstandings or uncertainty. When I asked for extra information she sent me an email, so she goes above and beyond, and I appreciate that level of care. I also saw the consultant, Dan, who is equally competent in what he is doing. I liked his approach and will be seeing him again. Conclusion Best dentist surgery I have been with, hands down. I know here I am looked after extremely well. I appreciate them and wish them the best.

Fantastic experience: Dal and Alice are fantastic. I had the silver level dental hygiene package, and am quite nervous as a dental patient, but they were so friendly and made me feel instantly calm. It was quick, really effective and my mouth feels great now. Dal gave so much useful advice, it is clear that she really knows what she is talking about and is really passionate about what she does. The whole clinic has great customer service, and is super reasonably priced. I booked a full dental appointment with them straight away.
