Fantastic experience: Friendly, efficient and on time. I’m not great with dentist visits and Neil always makes me feel calm and safe. Nothing is too much bother, whether that is explaining procedures or waiting for many numbing injections to take affect. For me this makes going to the dentist joyful!

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient my first experience with Kings Dental has been unbelievable. I went with a bad tooth ache that my previous dentist was unable to diagnose. I was given a full run down of the problem and returned the following day for two teeth extractions. Neal took his time and explained in full what was going to happen. Whilst I never like the dentist experience I will certainly be using the practice in future. They were mindful of my anxiety and upset and took time to reassure me. Negative experience: Appalling experience. Frankly incompetent. Failed to numb me after three attempts prior to drilling a cracked molar. New crown is twice the size of the original tooth and a different colour. Also very expensive. Avoid!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Neil for a long time. When he stopped treating NHS patients I moved to another practice, but felt they weren't giving me the same level of care that Neil did. Of course I now need to pay a lot more for treatment but feel it is well worth it for the quality treatment I get.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has a fear of needles and gets very anxious when I need to have anything done, I can't put into words how grateful I am for the extra care that is taken by all the staff to reduce my anxiety and to make it as stress-free as they can. Having the option to pay monthly for a dental package to cover check ups & x-rays has been a big help too since they had to stop taking NHS patients, as it means problems are still identified quickly, so they can be sorted out before they become a major problem and expense.
