The dentist (Dr Jacques Hugo) was very nice and cracking a few jokes to ease the tension which I appreciated and explained clearly what should be the next steps taken. The hygenist (Indre Andrijaityte) was very nice too during the cleaning and on how to floss properly and what type of dental routine to use at home

Negative experience: Cancelled a brace appointment the timing of which is important, then did not offer a new one for a month, didn’t phone us back suggesting a sooner time.

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend! I recently had a couple of fillings done by Dr. Niloofar Mokhtari, and I’m really happy with the results. She did an especially amazing job on my front tooth — there was discoloration before, but thanks to her cosmetic dentistry skills, it now looks great and feels completely natural. I’ve always had a phobia of going to the dentist, especially when it comes to needles and injections, but Dr. Niloofar and her team were incredibly kind and calming. They made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The room was always nicely prepared, and I genuinely felt well cared for every step of the way. Before that, I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Pchatar Samra, and that visit also went really smoothly — the procedure was done professionally, and the healing process was quick and problem-free. Highly recommend both Dr. Niloofar Mokhtari and Dr. Pchatar Samra, and the whole team at Woking Dental Care if you're looking for skilled, gentle, and friendly dental care!

He conducted a thorough check-up for my mum’s dental issue using advanced photography technology alongside X-rays to ensure nothing was overlooked. He provided a clear, detailed explanation of the issues and treatment options in a well-organized and easy-to-understand way. Dr. Mircea is incredibly friendly and exceptionally patient, especially with elderly patients. He also followed up with an email containing clear images and instructions to help coordinate treatment with the implant dentist my mum is seeing. The receptionist is also very swift and helpful, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Overall, the experience was superb! I highly recommend Dr. Mircea and will definitely return to the clinic because of his outstanding care and professionalism!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic! I need work doing and after my initial visit, I feel confident that I am going to be looked after. Kind, patient and personal. It's 2 weeks later and I have had my appointment with Dr Hugo for crown to be made. It was an hours appointment with lots of work done, but I didn't feel anything. I just wanted to say that through all my years of having dental treatment, this visit was amazing. I can honestly say that it was a good day at the dentist with Dr.Hugo! Thank you Dr.Hugo.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this practice for just over a year and all I can say is that the staff are great at what they do. I've always been warmly greeted and if there ever needs to be a rescheduled I have been informed with days in advance. The bookings team has always done their best to accommodate appointments around my schedule and wait times have never been an issue. I have also had work done and I've been explained of the process, prices and my options so I can make an informed decision rather than one being decided for me. Could not recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Called on a Monday for an emergency appointment and got in the same day. Jacques told me I needed my wisdom tooth extracted so I was booked in the very next day. The whole experience was a 10/10. I felt so safe with Jacques and he made sure I was okay during the whole procedure. I was in 0 pain and even got to keep my tooth! I can’t recommend this clinic enough. If you have dental anxiety, this is the right place for you.

Positive experience: I wrote an excellent review for Woking Dental Care a few years ago but just recently things have seemed to go downhill. I've been a patient for 4 years but in the last 12 months have seen multiple different dentists and hygienists. My most recent appointment has been changed by the practice twice already and today I arrived to be told there was no hygienist but could book in for 6 weeks time. Taking time out of work and paying to park I think I will be looking for an alternative dentist from now on. However I did see a new dentist today called Jack and he was excellent, very thorough and personable.

Fantastic experience: I was seen at very short notice at 9am on the Monday having only phoned an hour earlier with an emergency and despite not being a current patient. My problem was dealt with very efficiently and the dentist carefully explained what the issue was, everything that was happening/ being done and as to why. I emerged less than an hour later minus one wisdom tooth but with the pain extinguished. A very satisfied patient.

Negative experience: Visited this place based on all the excellent reviews to be thoroughly disappointed. I have had dental procedures done in the past - this was extremely uncomfortable needing almost 8-10 injections with persistent pain only to find out 3 months later that the whole thing needed a redo by another dentist. Just found out that the advice given for my boys and wife was also wrong which has led to irreversible damage needing further attention. If you care for proper opinion and skills avoid this place.

Negative experience: I’ve been struggling with dental issues for the past year and made the decision to have dentures bearing n mind and don’t have many teeth left but after spending £150 for a checkup they told me it would be unethical for me to have dentures . Completely wasted my money and time . Avoid at all cost and go to a dentist that can and will help .

Fantastic experience: Have been visiting this practice for 30+ years since I was a child. Staff always friendly and have seen lots of changes. Mr Kay was a brilliant dentist. Have seen the hygienist Adam for a few years now as well and he's very good too.
