Fantastic experience: I have been going to Progressive Dentistry in Fulham for 10 years now and in my opinion they are the best dental surgery in all of London (proved by the fact I moved to East London and still make the trek out to Fulham to go to Progressive Dentistry!) Dr Patel is an incredible dentist who is extremely skilled, patient and kind. He correctly my extremely crooked teeth 10 years ago and has looked after the welfare of my teeth ever since. I will not trust another dentist after experiencing such skill and kindness (it’s no wonder he keeps winning dentistry awards!) He is also very reasonable and only recommends treatments that are actually needed with the aim to save your natural teeth and smile! In addition, Paula on reception is always helpful and welcoming and does her utmost to take care of me and find me emergency appointments when I need them which is always so appreciated! She is also a kind ear when I am feeling nervous! This is by far the best dental surgery in London and I won’t be going anywhere else!

I have subscribed to their Dental Insurance and the value of the treatments included in the Insurance plus a marvelous result obtained with their lingual brace pushes me to give 5 stars to Progressive Dentistry and to continue to use of their services. Fantastic experience: Update 26-7-25: After many regular dental hygiene appointments over the years, I can confidently say that Zak is the best dental hygienist I've ever had! He provides consistent, professional care along with key advice and recommendations. He is constantly improving his practice and is always expressing genuine care. I also feel that my confidence in maintaining my own dental hygiene has improved a great deal thanks to Zak. After a series of appointments with Dr. Shah at Progressive Dentistry, I have developed a great deal of enthusiasm for positive dental health as well as the confidence to maintain it. I found Dr. Shah to be consistently professional and empathetic, providing exceptional support throughout the treatments I underwent. I was always provided with a clear understanding of each stage of the treatments, and I felt that I was being looked after with full consideration of the physical effects of the procedures. Fantastic experience: I can't thank Dr. Patel enough for the amasing care I received. I had been struggling with gum issues for years—constant bleeding, pain, and two very deep pockets that just wouldn’t heal. Dr. Patel treated me using advanced laser technology, and the results have been incredible. Now, my gums are no longer inflamed, the pain is gone, and those deep pockets have reduced significantly. My gums are pink, healthy, and feel great for the first time in years. I'm truly so happy with the outcome and grateful for Dr. Patel’s expertise and professionalism. Fantastic experience: Finding Dr Patel as my dentist and Pan as my hygienist are the best thing ever. Dr Patel is very trustworthy. He tells you what you really need to have without rushing into giving treatments. I have regular check up with him and am always grateful for his advice. Hygienist Pan is so gentle and careful with her work. I was always scared of seeing hygienist but not since I found her and that’s helping me to keep my quarterly cleaning. I do recommend them especially if you are scared of dentist.

They're always ahead of the curve when it comes to modern techniques (for instance having a replacement crown 3-D printed and then fitted in one sitting). So thankful to have found them.

Fantastic experience: This dental surgery provides quality restorative dentistry using state of the art equipment. The dentist is gentle and provides good follow- up care, and the staff are professional and kind. Dr Patel is very patient and kind which makes what can be quite a daunting experience very comfortable. I have had lingual braces done with them, and this treatment is complex and not offered by many dentists. At Progressive Dentistry, they had no issues with providing this at a highly reasonable price. Fantastic experience: This is an incredible practice, I have been with Dr. Patel/Dr. Phillips for over a decade and despite moving away from the area kept going here as I trust them 100%. The regular check-ups/hygiene is great however it is on the extras where Dr. Nissit really shines. My bite was overcrowded and I was grinding down my teeth constantly. After invisialign lite straightening and composite filling I now have a nice bite and will hopefully avoid more serious treatments in the future. The smile looks nicer too! Finally, Paula in the reception is always a pleasure to speak to and has kindly managed to facilitate last minute schedule changes on more than one occasion which has been a lifesaver.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't sure I wanted to write this review as once the secrets out everyone will want to go there. After some horrible expierences at various dentists I had neglected my teeth for some time. I had wanted orthodontics but knew that I had gum disease and had researched various treatments to tackle that first. I found progressive dentistry online offered laser assisted perio treatment and booked an appointment online. From the initial video consultation with Dr Patel i was sold. He was very informative and calming and not judgemental like some other dentists I have visited. My initial check up was amazing with Dr Patel with all the newest technologies made me reassured that he knew what he was doing and was extremely expierenced in his field. Next I visited the hygieneist Beata for cleaning and pocket depth measuring and a few weeks later had my laser perio treatment. The process was thoroughly explained to me along with additional home hygeine advise. Only a few months later after a check up with Pan the hygieniest my pockets have reduced and I have been given the green light for orthodontics. I can honestly say every member of staff is super friendly, highly knowlegable and proffessional and I am so happy I found this wonderful place. I used to hate going to the dentist but now I look forward to it and leave with a smile on my face and ever closer to the smile i've always dreamed of. I wouldn't go anywhere else so it looks like you're stuck with me now! To anyone looking for cutting edge dentistry and amazing patient care in London I highly recommend this practice. But can honestly say my experiences over the past year or two since moving to Progressive Dentistry have made seeing 'dentist' in my diary as painless and un stressful as the dental work itself. Fantastic experience: I was so happy to find advanced laser surgery on offer at Progressive Dentistry after unsuccessful traditional surgery at an NHS hospital to remove a benign polyp from inside my lip. The team led by Dr Patel was fantastic and explained the treatment carefully, I felt I was in very safe and experienced hands and totally reassured I had made the right decision. The surgery was quick and painless and the area has healed brilliantly and - importantly - smoothly with no recurrence of the lump. I highly recommend Progressive Dentistry to anyone with a similar issue, over and above more expensive private maxillofacial clinics. I have been a customer since he opened Progressive Dentistry and despite having moved home several times - often far away - I’ve always opted to travel back to see him rather than find a new dental practice. I trust him explicitly. When I first met Niss he was also teaching at G&T school of dentistry and actively researching. So a great scholar as well as an accomplished and ethical practitioner. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel did a fabulous job on my front right crown. It seamlessly blends into my smile (which is hard to do for a single front crown!) I cannot overstate how professional Progressive Dentistry was to deal with - communication was absolutely excellent and the outcome was superb. I did plenty of research before choosing my London dentist and my expectations that this is a practice that cares about their clients (and are extremely highly skilled) were met and exceeded. Fantastic experience: I went to Progressive Dentistry to straighten my teeth and improve the look of the two small teeth at the front! I’m so so happy with the results! Dr Patel was extremely helpful and friendly, and talked me through all the options in detail. I went for Invisalign (w/ an at-home teeth whitening kit), composite bonding and fixed wire retainers at the end. The whole process was pain and stress free and I’m really happy with the results. Fantastic experience: I approached Dr Patel for a consultation for orthodontic treatment as I had been unhappy with my teeth for most of my adult life and he was more than happy to help. He is very knowledgeable and professional and helped me to choose the best option for me at the best cost. I am reaching the end of my treatment and am delighted with the result. I also use him for general dentistry as well as his wonderful team of hygienists to maintain my oral health. Paula the practice manager is also so helpful with coordinating appointments and is always so welcoming when I come into the practice!! I highly recommended this practice. If you haven’t been to the dentist in a while there is never any judgement here. I’ve never been pressured by the team to have any treatment which I didn’t want or was unsure of. This practice is a stellar example of how dentistry should be!

Fantastic experience: Dr Nissit Patel is one of the best dentists in London and worldwide, Dr Patel and his team have provided me with excellent service and care. I would like also to thank MR Karim Kassam who kindly operated a Sinus Grafting on my left upper Jaw, the operation was done with local anesthesia and the operation was super successful and my jaw healed nicely with no complication I needed a full mouth restoration and so far I impressed and over the moon with the results and I am now more confident with my smile thanks to Dr Patel and his team 5 stars do not suffice for descibe progressive dentistry excellency. I would recommend progressive dentistry for those who want their money's worth. I especially thank progressive dentistry manager Paula Ryan for her kindness and support throughout my treatment.

Fantastic experience: After research and thought, I found and chose this local dentist and after a year's experience I feel very happy and settled to depend on Dr Patel's with both the care and the appearance of my teeth. Over the last year, I have had Zoom whitening, Veneers and check ups, and have appreciate his calm and caring manner, patience, state of the art equipment, minimally invasive approach and level of engagement as well as clear communication of options and risks. Fantastic experience: I was extremely anxious about going to the dentist, so much so I had neglected my teeth very badly. I had read good things about Progessive Dentistry, so I decided once and for all, to get my teeth treated. I saw Dr Shah and from the start I was put as ease. I had quite a bit of treatment and at every stage I was so pleased with the process and the results. Dr Shah is a superb dentist, great to talk to and will be relying on him for a future treatment if needed. It was the best ever dentist experience. Fantastic experience: I found the clinic through a google search and was very impressed from the start. Dr. Patel is super professional, had very modern tools and makes you feel at ease with everything. I went to get cosmetic bonding done (before my wedding next year) to fill in this little gap I had between my two front teeth. Dr. Patel did a whole check up and after agreeing that all my other teeth were in the right place, we started the process which includes a hygienist appointment with Michaela (which was thorough and fab), then had to do some teeth whitening at home, and finally the cosmetic bonding procedure. I felt very informed throughout the whole process and even when I had to come back a few times as there were some issues with the bonding I wanted to fix, Dr. Patel was always understanding and helpful. Will be making them my permanent dentist practice from now on. Thank you so much Dr. Patel, Michaela and team!

Dr Patel was very helpful and friendly, and talked me through all the options in detail. We went for a combination of fixed and Invisalign braces, which came with an at-home teeth whitening kit. I also had a chip in my tooth corrected with edge bonding, and now you can’t tell there was ever a chip there. The whole process was pain and stress free and I’m really happy with the results.
