Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Andrew Shelley as two dental implant crowns I had fitted at a previous dental practice many years ago had recently come loose. He fixed them and managed to successfully replace a difficult filling previous dentists had struggled with. I am delighted with the excellent service I received. The receptionists, dentist and dental nurse were all extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I feel i received a very high level of care from everyone i dealt with. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Andrew Shelley, assisted brilliantly by Lauren, also sorted the evenness of my bite, and gave me a couple of temporary crowns to see me through till I have the other permanent ones fitted. A massive thankyou to Dr Greg Jackson and his dental assistant today who have worked so hard and have now given me back my smile I had root canal treatment and my tooth has now been restored to the highest standard possible, I'm so pleased. Simon sorted everything and did implants where others had failed. Cost is no compromise to good teeth. I saved and it paid off. This was a tooth with curvy roots that other dentists would not attempt, but Simon made the entire process as comfortable as possible. He took the time to explain each step, ensuring I was fully informed and at ease. The treatment itself was painless, and I could tell he was focused on providing the best care. The entire team at the practice were warm, welcoming, and highly efficient, which only added to the sense of professionalism and care. I was genuinely impressed with how well I was looked after, and I’m so grateful for Dr. Pope’s expertise. If you’re in need of dental work, especially something as daunting as a root canal, I can highly recommend him. You’ll be in very capable hands.

Fantastic experience: Despite it being a busy time of year the practice helped me with some damaged caps, quickly assessing the work required, arranging temporary caps and ensuring the moulds got to the laboratory prior to Christmas shutdown ensuring the finished caps could be fitted in January. All carried out with minimal fuss, plenty of care and a high standard.

Fantastic experience: If you want a transparent and professional service, delivered with care, then this practice is for you. In the 18 months I've been a client of S&P I have received excellent treatment and no-nonsense advice, without being pressured into unnecessary operations (something that was a recurring theme with my prior dentists that put me off visiting for many, many years). Rebecca (my hygienist), and James (my dentist) and the rest of the practice team have been absolutely wonderful and I cannot vouch for them enough.

James, my dentist; Took the time to get to know me in my assessment, he learned all about my dental history and was patient with me when it came to the examination. It’s a very in depth and informative review into my teeth which is explained in full detail and a plan was devised within the hour on how we can move forward. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Shelley & Pope highly enough. I needed to have a tooth extracted and was extremely nervous about it. As always, Simon took on board my concerns, he didn't rush into removing the tooth until I felt calm and comfortable enough to proceed. It certainly wasn't as bad as I had anticipated and was over and done with in seconds, much to the relief of his poor nurse whose hand I was squeezing the feeling out of.

During each referral, a thorough examination was undertaken and it was quickly determined if there were any problems. She asked all the right questions and also recommended the 3 correct sizes of brushes to use daily, which were given to me when she had finished. Fantastic experience: I had a cosmetic problem with my existing crown and implant, but my then regular dentist did not do cosmetic dentistry, you had to travel to Manchester. However, I found Shelley and pope and I'm so glad I did. When I first started going last summer I was awaiting a much needed operation, which didn't go to plan and I had to keep cancelling my appointments. The team understood my position and was very patient. I have now finished my treatment and I must say a big thank you, James you have done a really good job I love my new teeth. Fantastic experience: I thank god I was referred, by my dentist, to Shelley and Pope Dental Practice & Referral Centre. They were excellent from start to finish. Firstly I had an initial consultation with Dr. James Tinning ('James') who was extremely thorough, great attention to detail which I loved and I liked James from the beginning and felt I and my teeth and the intended 'construction' in my mouth were in very safe hands. I had quite a lot of work done, and enjoyed every session, towards the end goal which was my Rolls Royce new teeth. It was mainly to do with my health and continuity as the before, then after, was really demanding and highly frustrating. My new 'Rolls Royce' teeth took all of that away, look stunning, and still are to the present day. I commend James for his professionalism and for all of the above and work 'top and bottom!!' with absolute comfort like I had imagined myself on the dentist chair in first class on a high end airline. Constructively, bridges were created, to motor on towards the skies! First Class!
