Fantastic experience: Today was my little girls first dentist appointment. We did not have to wait around long for our appointment and the dentist went above and beyond to make her first initial appointment as stress free and fun as possible. He was very kind and patient with my little girl and also made her a balloon out of his glove which helped her to feel at ease and set her up in good form for her future visits. Absolutely fantastic dentist surgery with such kind and understanding dentists with the children! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff welcoming and friendly and greeted me with my first name on arrival. Waiting area very pleasant with minimal customers waiting for procedures. Pleasant music playing which was very calming. The dentist I saw was very friendly, informative , explained what he was doing and what I might feel before doing the procedure. The treatment room was clean and bright and evidence of when I walked in that a good sanitising of the area had occurred before I entered. The dentist set any fears I may have had at ease as I had not been able to see a dentist for the last 3 years due to Covid etc. He asked relevant questions and gave me plenty of advice to help me moving forward. It was easy to set my next 6 month appointment. The operation was very efficient and overall fabulous. I have no problems recommending this surgery

Fantastic experience: Completely terrified of the dentist and don't expect that to change anytime soon, but the care I have recently received here has been exceptional. Zakharia took the time to explain everything and support me in a way that was genuine and really went the extra mile. The continuity of care and consideration is unlike any service I have experienced. My reflection of the experience outside of fear is positive and I can really see the efforts taken to support me by a fabulous team. Whilst I'm not looking forward to returning... Fantastic experience: My 11year old daughter had her second baby tooth out today as it was along side her adult tooth. This was the second time this has happened to her and I can’t praise her Dentist highly enough. We were dreading taking her for her first extraction a few weeks ago where Rafak was superb. Again today, he made her feel very calm and explained the process as before. By the time he’d finished, she had to check that he’d actually got the tooth out as she didn’t feel anything. Thank you so much for taking care of her and for giving her good memories of visiting the Dentist .
