I had been left in pain and with no appointment by a previous dentist and the team at the Whitehouse were kind enough to take me on and help me fast. Fantastic experience: Phenomenal! I have a long history of dental problems, good and bad treatments with some of the worse by some of the most expensive and ‘renowned’. I came to Jason in a last attempt to hopefully be helped. I could not have landed at a better place! He listens and then perform miracles. But remains modest, laid back and funny. Every step of the way the information is clear, honest and transparent. The staff are lovely, kind and super professional- and the practice feels informal and welcoming. I hardly recognised my bottom teeth after the bioclear procedure. It has transformed my eating, smile and confidence. Advice from other dentists was to extract these teeth due to the difficulty level however Dr Ronit was keen to avoid extraction and comfortable that he could achieve this. Much to my delight, Dr Ronit was successful in his endeavours and it was a pleasure being his patient. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ronit and the wider practice for any dental troubles.

To Jason my main Dentist not only is he so lovely and genuinely interested in you and your wellbeing ,but also pretty funny! Which again makes for a great visit as I’d always had bad experiences in the past sadly with other dentist practices, with pain /discomfort and in general just not felt cared for. the biggest thing I can say about Jason is he is so talented at what he does truly . Also Fitsum my hygienist! Fantastic experience: Fantastic Experience with Imogen Wood Hygienist, I have extremely sensitive teeth and am not at all a fan of visiting to have my teeth cleaned but I had an amazing experience with Imogen. Not only is she highly skilled and experienced making the whole process efficient and painless, she also has a very calming and welcoming manner. In addition to the above I couldn't believe how much time and help Imogen gave me with recommending the best electric toothbrush for my needs and budget and really explaining so much about the whole procedure, I almost felt like had been to an educational workshop and I skipped out of the place feeling that I even enjoyed the experience. Thank you so much Imogen ! PS. I should also ad that I had invisalign here a few years ago with Jason and am still thrilled the results - this place is the best.

The very first visit, rescued me form the most awful, and still existing, dental practice in Richmond! The care and attention to detail is extraordinary. The selection of their dentists and hygienists and other staff is remarkable. To start your children in this practice will provide them with a benchmark for life and most importantly the right experience, which unfortunately is not as common as we might imagine.

They would take a photo of our teeth when necessary to show us which areas need more attention. We’re glad to find a dental clinic that my family and I are comfortable at.

Fantastic experience: Root canal: I've had horrible dental experiences at other places and merely hoping to find a 'not as bad' clinic to fix my teeth. Due to a tooth filling failure (a bad inlay was causing me pain while eating food with crispy surface) at a different clinic, I had to have a root canal treatment. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Ronit to do it for me. He's explained how the previously inlay was badly done and provided possible solutions. He would let me ask questions I have, and explained complicated medical treatment in plain English, and even drew pictures to help me understand how things work. He also shared his experience with root canal treatments and his successful rate, which I've never ever heard other dentists sharing their successful rate on any of their work (I've had 4 dentists before Dr. Ronit). I really appreciate his honesty and I felt more comfortable to leave my teeth to his care. The treatment was done without any pain, unlike my previous root canal treatment I had elsewhere for a different tooth. It was comfortable and he would let me rest my jaws whenever he can. Filling: The finishing filling of the root canal tooth was the best filling I've ever had. It's very smooth on the surface and I can't find any joints between my tooth and the filling, which makes it easy for me to floss and clean. He also smoothen the edges of the bad filling of a tooth next to the root canal tooth, as rough edges is difficult to clean. I can really tell the different from the filling he did and other fillings I've had at other practices. He also checked my other teeth and showed me clear photos on how poorly some of my other fillings were done elsewhere, and could potentially cause bigger problem in the future. I finally understand why is price of the filling here is more expensive than other, because they are different and much better! Thank you so much for taking my case Dr. Ronit, I hope there are more dentists like you so that no one would have to wait or suffer with dental health problem anymore. :D

Fantastic experience: This is a top notch dental practice and I would recommend it to anyone. In particular their skill set is shared across team who specialise across disciplines which include multiple extraction surgery, bone grafting, root canal, replacement crowns, implants and hygiene. I have experienced the whole range over a period of a year and am delighted by the results. The lead surgeon, in my case Jason Burns, takes a huge amount of pride in the work undertaken, is highly skilled, patient, empathetic and reassuring. The rest of the team including admin and reception are highly professional and efficient as well as being friendly at all times. The practice also has latest technology equipment, on site, to reduce inconvenience and wait times for the patient. Having moved from a small ‘one man band’ who had retired during lockdown and realising that a lot of work would be needed, I solicited a lot of referrals before choosing this practice….probably one of the best health decisions that I’ve made so far.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ronit Patel made me feel very welcome and provided me with a thorough assessment of my oral health, he talked me through how he was going to proceed with making things right, and he was very thorough and detailed in what needed to be done. I immediately felt at ease and I decided to go ahead with the treatment. Root canal: During the treatment, Dr Ronit kept making sure I was comfortable. He used a professional microscope, which is something I had never seen before when visiting my dentist on the NHS, which helped him to acurrately target the tooth decay present in the treated tooth and I believe, that greatly increased the chances of the root canal treatment being a success and it was. It has been a couple of months now and the tooth feels fine. I have a few teeth, where the silver fillings are leaking and due to the root canal treatment being a success, I decided to trust Dr Ronit's judgement and I am having those replaced, I decided to go with the white fillings this time. Yes more pricey, but getting older you realise even more why you need to be in a good pair of hands when getting your teeth fixed. Thank you Dr Ronit Patel for your detailed explanations and making me feel at ease the whole step of the way. More importantly thank you for saving my tooth!

Fantastic experience: Ronit Patel at Whitehouse dental performed root canal surgery on an upper-right tooth. The procedure was very good, relatively quick and absolutely painless. Ronit is an expert in this field and uses the latest equipment. He used a microscope so I didn't have to open my mouth wide which I really appreciated. Also there were some breaks so I could relax completely. I would definitely recommend him for this and other specialist dental treatments.

After traumatic treatments in the past who totally transformed my health, look and confidence, I was experiencing severe infections and I was not able to find anyone to deal with my case. Fantastic experience: I visited The Whitehouse Dental Clinic after a treatment performed at a different practice had caused me a number of issues over the past year. At this point in time I had started to believe no one could help me given the extent of damage that had been caused by the other practice. I met the staff of Whitehouse Dental Clinic for the first time in September and everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout my treatment. Dr Jason Burns assured me from the first appointment that despite the current situation of my teeth he was confident he would have been able to fix the issue and make me happy again. After all I had gone through in the previous months, I was worried about the final outcome but decided to trust the process 100%. We began our first treatment, followed by a review after 3 weeks, and the final treatment scheduled 6 weeks apart from the first. I have to say that Dr Burns made me comfortable throughout the long treatments and I couldn’t have hoped for better results. As I’ve already had the chance to tell him personally, he really is an amazing artist. After 1 year of continuous issues, I am finally happy. I could not recommend any other dental practice or dentist. If top of the top is what you’re looking for, this is where you need to be. Recently I underwent a fairly difficult composite bonding treatment that took multiple hours. Ronit made sure that I was always comfortable throughout and I couldn't be happier with the results. I could not recommend any other dental practice or dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Whitehouse Dental Clinic for the past few months after being referred by another dentist to the very talented Ronit. Being a dentist myself I had seen a number of specialist colleagues for different problems I had been having over the past few years. However, Ronit was the first dentist to treat me holistically, looking at my mouth as a whole, and seemed to be an expert in every area!! He is also the first dentist I have come across using a microscope for all aspects of dentistry and it was an especially nice touch to be able to watch the procedure myself in the tv connected to the microscope in the ceiling! The reception staff are always extremely welcoming and the nursing staff very reassuring. I would most definitely recommend this practice and Ronit, thank you for all your highly skilled work!

Fantastic experience: If i could give 10 stars i would. I have always hated going to the dentist until a few years ago when i came across The white house dental clinic. From day one i was made to feel right at home. EVERY ONE is so friendly, kind ,caring and professional and i will never go any where else. I had quite a complex history regarding my teeth and had to have them all removed and full dental implants put in ,so not the easiest of jobs but Jason managed not only to put me at ease through this long process with his knowledge and kindness but also worked super hard to get me the very best results he possibly could. I now have a full mouth of gorgeous amazing teeth that look so natural and i am totally over the moon with them.I had to visit a lot of times over the year and each time IT was a pleasure .i am actually going to miss going so often (Strange to feel this way as i used to dread going to the dentist)..I would like to thank each and every one of you for making such a difference and for making me feel so at home and i look forward to seeing you all again soon .. Fantastic experience: Dr Ricky Sharma. I am a dentist who carries out specialist dentistry (Root Canal) on referral from other dentists. Unfortunately, even the dentist needs their teeth fixed! went to see Dr Ronit Patel at The Whitehouse because I had a chipped tooth and I needed a filling on another tooth. Dr Patel is one of London’s hidden gems. He’s an extremely skilled and professional clinician. His work is second to none and absolutely pain free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Ronit to anyone. Not only is he himself is a fantastic clinician but his entire team are great too, front of house and nurse were all really helpful and polite. If your looking for a dentist, this is where other dentists go to see a dentist ;)

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Jason since 1998 when he had his practice at the Richmond end of Kew Road. Soon after, my job took me overseas for about a decade and, while I was abroad, I had done two implants that went severely wrong –I spare you the details. So, I booked an appointment as soon as I returned to the country; Jason worked his magic, and my implants are still as good as new! Regular check-ups and hygienist sessions together with good personal maintenance mean I have had no problem with my teeth for about ten years.
