Negative experience: I initially came to this practice for composite bonding, and the experience started off well. However, when I requested adjustments because I wasn’t satisfied with the results, the attitude of Dr. Halil and his team completely changed. I was met with dismissive remarks, unnecessary comments about my other teeth, and a surprisingly aggressive approach to making adjustments - going over areas I specifically asked him not to touch. Despite the friendly smiles, the professionalism I expected was lacking. On one visit, Dr. Halil expressed frustration, calling me his “pickiest client” when I requested further adjustments. During a follow-up, when I mentioned discomfort after a polishing procedure, he insisted he “never makes mistakes.” Similarly, Mrs. Catarina dismissed my concerns, saying, “There are worse things going on in the world, it looks fine" and "it's all in your mind". I am paying for a professional service and expect my teeth to be done to my satisfaction, not just how the practitioner thinks they should look. Most of my bonded teeth have chipped within a year, far shorter than the expected lifespan of several years. I would not recommend this practice. You are better off going elsewhere. EDIT: I have now received an email from Dr. Halil telling me not to return to the practice, along with a false claim that I had been offered a £90 deal - which never happened. This was not a “deal,” as the website itself clearly listed £90 for small composite. In addition, during my 6 month check-up he lied again, stating he would need to charge me more, £150 to re-bond as he needs to remove the previous bonding I had done elsewhere. I had to get the work done elsewhere due to urgency, as he made me wait 8 months for an NHS appointment just to “approve” further adjustments - an appointment that added no value whatsoever. This approach of paying extra to remove the previous bonding was never mentioned nor carried out when I first joined iCare Dental, as I had bonding work the previous year from another practice. Repeated dishonesty on their part. Avoid at all costs!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Icare dental has always been TOP! Everyone is so lovely and kind and they really do care for you, I’ve had trouble with previous dentists but Icare dental has been the best experience for me. Dr Kerrine Lee is an absolute gem and has helped me immensely. As well as my orthodontist Dr Ash is the best in the game when it comes to braces as well as many other things, 10 stars ❤️

I had braces and adjustments to my teeth and it has honestly been such an honour handing the care to them in providing my now beautiful smile! Negative experience: Great dentist and very professional work with excellent customer service. Only small feedback is that after my check up and clean, I would have liked to ask a few more questions about my brushing and teeth related questions. But they did seem quite rushed to let you out the door quickly. For a £100 appointment, it would have been nice to feel more comfortable to ask more questions after the clean. Also I did the deluxe Polish which was alot shorter than expected. I've also done the basic polish here last time and to be honest, I really couldn't tell the different between the basic and deluxe polish. In fact, the basic seemed alot more vlaue for money than the dekuxe. But other than that, no complaints.

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I've ever been to ,halil is a 1st class dentist and very caring,I've had extensive treatment at this practice including implants by Nuria who is absolutely amazing,a plan was created by Nuria to replace all my front teeth and 4 at the back it was a long process but Nuria knows exactly what she is doing and now having finished the process I can honestly say it has transformed my life.also a special mention to Halils dental nurse who always makes you feel comfortable with her welcoming smile ,and reception staff are all lovely. Fantastic experience: Sara, the hygienist gave me a brilliant clean. All my build up and stains are gone and I had plenty in the front because of smoking. She gave me some advice too and put me at ease. I am quite anxious when it comes to dental appointments.

Negative experience: I’m 36 weeks pregnant and had a filling fall out from a tooth that the dentist had previously said may need root canal as the tooth is dead. They wouldn't take an X-ray due to my pregnancy, gave me a temp filling, and prescribed antibiotics “just in case” there was an infection (even though I had no pain). I was uncomfortable taking antibiotics without a clear diagnosis, and after doing some research, I found out that X-rays can be done safely during pregnancy if absolutely necessary and at the discretion of the patient. I called to ask for an X-ray appointment and was booked in —but when I arrived, I was told the practice didn’t have the facilities to X-ray pregnant women. That should have been made clear over the phone and not after another hour long round trip. The dentist also said, “If anything happens to your baby, you might blame us,” which was not the most positive thing to hear so close to birth. He also said that it would only be a month to wait anyway (even though I'm not sure how many new mothers come in with their newborn straight after giving birth) so it would be better for me to carry on with the temp filling and antibiotics. I have since seen another dentist who took an X-ray safely, confirmed an infection, and did a root canal right away. I wish I’d had that level of care and clarity the first time. It felt more like the dentist was focused on covering themselves legally rather than providing the most appropriate care, which was really disappointing.

Negative experience: I do not recommend the clinic! Complete scammers! I booked an online appointment with prepayment, then it turned out that they could not do what I paid for due to their own reasons. I canceled the appointment and my money was not refunded, I did not receive a reason or explanation!

Positive experience: I had a hygiene appointment with Mrs. Sara Rinaldi. She was very friendly and explained the proper technique for brushing teeth. However, the dental calculus was not thoroughly removed, so I’ll need to have the cleaning redone at another clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had a check up with Dr Halil and a Deluxe Clean with dental hygienist Sara. I was able to go in for an appointment incredibly quickly - within 24h of enquiring on both occasions! Everyone I met at the clinic was friendly, helpful, clear and patient. Dr Halil’s consultation was thorough and efficient, and he made me feel completely at ease. He recommended me to Sara for a deluxe clean to remove some stains that I had had for many years (and my previous dentist had not removed) - the results from Sara’s work were incredible! The stains were completely gone, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very warm and put me at ease, gave me loads of very helpful tips to maintain the clean, and the clean itself was so thorough. Fantastic experience: I was hesitant in the very beginning - choosing the right dental clinic is not easy in London. After I visited for a checkup all my doubts disappeared, the staff was very nice and accommodating, they are not trying to sell more services than necessary. Positive experience: Good cleaning, they call it deluxe and is charged extra but it seems a normal cleaning , it was good tho and the hygienist (Sara) was good in giving me tips tailored on my personal situation. They called me hours before the appointment to ask if I wanted to get the check up as well as I was due for it and there’s a promotion from £80 to £40 therefore I said yes and is just some X-rays and a quick check (lasted 15 min max).

Positive experience: It was my first time visiting iCare Dental and I was very impressed and pleased with my visit! I got a deluxe hygiene cleaning with Dr Andy and a lovely nurse I didn't catch the name of. Lasted just a little under 30 minutes (expected 45mins) and was a good experience! I didn't get a scan of my teeth but was treated very well and got feedback for the wellness of my teeth regarding stains. Receptionists are friendly and definitely approachable. Fantastic experience: I found iCare Dental through positive Google reviews and this has become our family's dental clinic since May 2023. I am so very glad to have found iCare Dental as for someone who has a fear of going to the dentist, this is a practice that makes you feel at ease, reassured and calm during every visit. Firstly, the reception staff - Nazmin and Dominika are both exceptional in their customer service. Nazmin especially, remembers the patients and would show genuine care towards them and their family. They made me feel very comfortable and even shared their personal experience with me when I expressed my fear of needing my wisdom teeth removed. Secondly, I've been seeing Dr Ashwak Sabri (Dr Ash) ever since the beginning for aligners (teeth straightening) and she's been super awesome. The clinic offers two different types of aligners (Invisalign or Spark) and Dr Ash is very knowledgeable and transparent with the pros and cons of both, allowing me to make the best choice for myself. It's been the best decision to commit to aligners with iCare Dental as not only is the price super reasonable, Dr Ash is also highly experienced and skilful. She devised a personalised plan for me, listened to my opinions and always gave honest and professional advice. It's been 1.5 years (partly because Dr Ash never rushed the process for me) and I have now finally graduated to retainers. I dare say I have never felt more confident about my smiles! Thirdly, Dr Karolina Wolowiec performed upper wisdom teeth removal surgery for me. I have delayed removing my wisdom teeth removal out of pure fear, but the whole process was so quick, smooth and easy it made me question why I was so fearful in the first place. Dr Karolina was so skilful the surgery barely took 30min in total, and waiting for local anaesthetics to kick in was actually like the longest part of that process. During the whole process, Dr Karolina and Nazmin (who happened to be the assistant on that day) were so caring and talked about topics to distract my mind. I did the surgery during the second trimester of my pregnancy and Dr Karolina had tried to be quick so as to impose as little stress as possible on the baby. I truly appreciate her attentiveness. I now look forward to getting my two lower wisdom teeth removed with Dr Karolina in the near future. Just to add on, my son has been seeing Dr Ash since he’s 18 months old and it’s been great that he is able to start a regular visiting routine from a young age. The clinic offers free appointments for kids up to 5 years old (as long as one parent is a paying patient) and my son has been attending every 6 months whenever my husband or I have our routine check up / hygiene appointment. Lastly, I just want to stress that this is a dental practice who puts their patients care at the forefront of their ethos, as opposed to profiteering. Even though we don’t live in Canning Town, my family will continue to attend and trust in iCare Dental as our family dentist.

Aside from the treatment, the reception was unique and extremely helpful! Nazmin and Dominika were outstanding. They handled all my questions and insurance-related concerns with ease, always responding promptly to emails and ensuring everything was taken care of. Fantastic experience: I initially attended iCare Dental for a quick scale and polish appointment, and later completed a course of Invisalign including home whitening treatment with them. The practice is warm and welcoming, incredibly professional and clear about charges and payment plans (with no surprises), and extremely efficient with bookings and timing of appointments. Dr Kerrinne Lee is easily the best dentist I've had - warm and friendly, super clear communicator, and a gentle touch with instrumentation. I really appreciate how she takes time to clearly explain things, and answer questions (I tend to have a lot of them). I feel really well-looked after at this practice, and would recommend it to anyone.

Our best decision ever - as I was also looking to get some information on Composite Bonding.
