Fantastic experience: I had root canal surgery undertaken by Stefan Stefanescu. The process was well explained and was a mainly pain-free (some occasional discomfort but hardly pain) without anesthetic. I would recommend Stefan for a person needing this treatment.

Negative experience: Went for a scale and polish on Friday 9th of May. 5 days later I'm still in pain because the dentist was very rough and has left 2 cuts on the inside of my lip.

The administration function, which is extremely efficient, is led commendably by a very pleasant, hard working manager whose staff embody her qualities. Crucially my dentist, Chloe P. is an exceptionally gifted clinician and I am very appreciative of the first rate treatment and ongoing advice which she has consistently provided in recent years. I must also mention the dental nurses looking after me who are extremely pleasant and very competent clinically .

Negative experience: I give my feedback regarding the receptionist. She was insulting. She wasn't British, and she was new, I think. It's the first time I've seen this kind of behaviour. When another client came to her she was very smiley I was waiting for my name so I noticed a difference.

I highly rate this dental practice, it is so clean , contemporary looking, not shabby in any way & staff are soooo polite & lovely. I’m always treated with respect & courtesy & seen on time, that’s important for me as I had to rush back to work. My dentist in particular Rebecca is amazing. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Kamlesh for 26 years and I am very very comfortable with him. He knows I am a very nervous patient and he puts me at ease and I can’t praise him enough any problems I’ve had are sorted very quickly. The new hygienist is also very good I cannot fault the practice at all and would recommend anybody to give them a try. The receptionists are very good and helpful. The whole practice is amazing!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a long time patient (since 2016) for standard dental care at Hampton dental, but recently opted for some cosmetic dentistry. I consulted with Rebecca, who gave me great advice and an alternative option that suited my needs better, but was far more affordable! The experience itself (air polish and composite bonding over chips and gaps) was really good, and I could tell Rebecca was really confident with what she was doing. I am so happy with the results; they look like I have really good natural teeth and blend seamlessly with my smile. My husband is so impressed with how great my smile is and how the minor adjustments make a difference but still look so natural. My only regret is not doing this sooner!

Fantastic experience: I am from Belfast and have lived in Liverpool for 2 years , I’ve struggled to get a good dentist and I am so picky about my teeth. Dr Rebecca Linney is by far the best I have seen in years. Had a filling two days ago and the reassurance and patience she provides is outstanding. You wouldn’t even know the filling had been done as the tooth feels normal. A professional perfectionist, thank you Rebecca!!

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment with Rebbeca, as a lower tooth had become loose. An xray was taken, and tooth checked. Rebecca was so helpful, and advised what she thought I should do. Which was to see periodontist, Ian Dunn at rose Lane dental practice. Was relieved she said won't fall out for quite a while, so will see him before. I am so thankfull I have Rebecca as my dentist, she is really excellent.

Fantastic experience: Very nice team from reception to dentists. They have a widevrange of specialists and skilled dentists for all you might need. The building is pretty modern. The only issue is the parking which is very limited and paid.

He was professional and efficient, not only with the scale and polish itself but also with my other requests involving a small chip in my tooth and my bonded retainer glue. I am not to good with Needles, but Iman is very professional, patient and made me feel less nervous.
