Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Green Room Dentist. The team were really helpful and managed to book me in around my schedule. Parking on site was super handy, and I was welcomed by a lovely member of staff who helped me with the forms. Big thanks to Claire and Alice for being so professional and friendly thought out my appointment, they honestly made me feel really comfortable. They answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed and I left feeling really well taken care of. They were both amazing and couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you

Fantastic experience: I visited the Dental Practice last week as my wisdom tooth had come through and was causing me a lot of discomfort. I saw the dentist Timothy Moncrief, who clearly explained the options available to me. He extracted my tooth effortlessly, and apart from needing to take a couple of painkillers on the day, I was in no discomfort afterwards. The patient journey was smooth from start to finish. A big thank you.

Fantastic experience: Always friendly and personal. Site is clean and modern. But welcoming. Staff amazing. They take an interest in you and it’s like meeting people that you know. Clinically exceedingly professional. The treatment you receive is always explained before hand and completed to an exceptional high standard. Not cheap but have nothing to compare it to as never changed my dentist as really happy. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I've struggled with dentists over the years, so was nervous when I first started coming to green room. Since that first visit I have had some quite considerable work done and can honestly say I've never felt better about going to the dentist, for work to be done, a check up or a hygienist visit. Every person you meet from the front desk to nurses, dentist and the hygienist are all very good at putting you at ease, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, I really can't fault the entire service. If all dentist surgeries were like the green room I know for a fact my teeth would be in better shape and there would be a lot of less frightened people out there with phobias.

Fantastic experience: I have been involved in the business of dentistry for 35 years. The Green Room is by far the best dental practice I have been in. It is the epitome of what is expected in a 21 century, professional, state of the art practice. It is situated in an easily accessible location with parking within the beautiful grounds. The building has been cleverly designed to ensure that from the minute you step in through the door you feel relaxed, safe and confident. From a welcoming smile and acknowledgment of appointment from one of the very smart team members, to being seated in the patient lounge, confirmed the knowledge that this was a practice that instilled high standards to ensure patient comfort and expectations. Everything in this very calm environment ran to schedule. Although the whole team have extraordinary qualifications, experience and knowledge in their specialist areas, I had chosen to be seen by the delightful Garrath. The instant I was invited into his surgery by his lovely nurse Sophie, I was not only impressed but their friendly attentiveness, but by the way the spacious, immaculately clean surgery, married modern design with functionality and specialist equipment. My informative, comprehensive consultation went extremely well and I left smiling, feeling happy and content that I had made the right choice in the Green Room as my new dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Having a denture fitted is perhaps not the best way to spend a Monday afternoon unless of course it was being fitted by Richard at green room dentistry! I was very anxious about taking this big step but was reassured throughout the process with every step along the way being fully explained. I had complete trust and confidence that all would be well, a little uncomfortable at first but now only six days later am already feeling that I should have had it done earlier. I cannot recommend Richard and the staff at Green Room enough they all make you feel that you are the most important patient at the time. Fantastic experience: As I am a dental phobic I discovered this practice after breaking a tooth whilst on holiday many years ago. Sally was the only female dentist at the practice and was a very calming influence on me. This time around I saw Clare who is in the same mold as Sally as a result I felt totally at ease during my treatment for a broken tooth. Ever since the first time I visited the practice I have kept the details just in case. My only disappointment is that I am not a local just a holidaymaker.

Fantastic experience: Anyone thinking of having a tooth implant should definitely think of going to Greenroom Dentistry. I am really frightened of injections etc but Richard was so considerate of this and gentle. The whole experience was so easy and the final look is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Although to be honest, I was overdue a dental check up with another dentist with whom I wasn't overly enamoured, a recent accident which resulted in me losing a couple of teeth made the whole teeth thing a priority, and as I was in the middle of shooting a film it needed to be fixed ASAP as my character can't suddenly end up with far less teeth!. As my wife was already with The Green Room, she encouraged me to try there and I am absolutely delighted I did. I am particularly anxious after much trouble with a dentist in my early years, but after an initial chat with Megan and Ella, the completion of the initial questionnaire and an appointment with Garrath Sambrook I knew I was in the right place. The actual premises are so calm and relaxing, and the staff, without exception are actually, exceptional!. I am now fixed! However, with a firm plan for the future, Garrath's skill, his in-depth explanations and the superb equipment at his disposal I have been both amazed and delighted with the outcome. A truly professional outfit. You will NOT be disappointed. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Following a surfboard to the teeth while on holiday, I had an emergency appointment booked in with Richard Hudson within 2 hours of the incident. The team at Green Room were excellent from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend them enough. I just wish I lived closer to Newquay for the full implant and crown.

Really happy with the results from what I’ve had done and everyone that works there has been nice to deal with. Haven’t found it hard to arrange appointment and the wait time has always been good.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! I can honestly say the service and the attitude and the whole atmosphere has been nothing but exceptional. And that's starting with getting an appointment. I was able to get one very soon after I contacted them (I think it was literally like 3 days or so). And was on the proper visits really shortly afterwards. All my visits can be described as very positive and super professional with them - I really feel like they know what they're doing. And the main thing I guess - quality. It's top notch and the gear they use I think is as good as it gets - had some 3d modelling and stuff :) It's not the cheapest place, but it's absolutely the best, positive and responsive one I've ever been to. Very very happy customer here :)

Fantastic experience: I first started seeing Sally in my early 20's and I'm now in my early 40's. Despite relocating a number of times and trying 6 other dentists closer to home I'm yet to find anyone comparable to Sally. I honestly believe she is in a league of her own and feel so fortunate to have found her. I now live in Bath (almost 200 miles away) but I'd rather make the effort to go down and see her than see anyone else. She's not just technically great but she's also a true artist when it comes to perfecting ones smile and her bedside manner is exceptional.

Fantastic experience: After initial research into which dentist practice in Cornwall and Devon are specialist in implants it became clear that Greens dentist of Newquay are clearly front runners. After the initial assessment and plan of what was needed (2.5 hours) for my implant, it was obvious why they are very highly rated. From the front of house staff and all the other dental technicians I came into contact with were both highly trained, knowledgeable and pleasant. Richard, my dentist was very thorough and open in all of his assessment and approach to my needs, and what I required, at all times I felt very confident in the process and did not feel that he was pursuing any other agenda. I can say with all honesty that at no point did I feel uncomfortable or in any pain. Which I must add, that with previous dentist I regularly did. The end result was far better than I could have imagined. I have a difficult bite profile, but because of Richards professionalism and attitude, the result was amazing. It's not a quick process but worth the time and even better the value for money. I would highly recommend this practice as it sets very high standards and is clearly a model to envy and emulate.

Positive experience: Probably great for basic stuff, and they have all the kit, which is what you pay for. But for Endodontics, I wouldn’t be so sure. I have had a lot of pain without clear explanations here.

Garrath Sambrook is an excellent dentist, he listens very carefully to what you require and understands. I had a really really good experience from day one of having my braces fitted in Lander Dentistry in Truro, I followed Garrath to Green Room as he knew my dental plan inside out. My braces experience has come up to 2 years now and honestly the whole process has been fantastic. My teeth were not great before but now they are so straight and what imagined them to be, sounds cliche but they have improved so so much in that time. It was worth doing 100%. The customer service I received was so good, no issues at all in all that time and everything was communicated to me efficiently even to now, when there are few extras like retiainers or smth that need organising. Cliche again but I've been treated so well throughout by Garrath and everyone at the practices. Any dental work or appointments you are best off going to Green Room. Really good experience cant emphasise enough! Any issues or queries they are on it which is good as teeth issues can be complicated! No faults from me with my experience at all and I'm a fussy person.

I’m an anxious patient that hasn’t been to the dentist in a while, so I came to the green room to help work on my dental anxiety and regain control over my dental health. It’s been incredible. I’ve had a few appointments so far all of which have been painless, I might even say comfortable! I find myself feeling less and less anxious with every step. It comes at a price, but that price is worth every penny. You leave feeling like you’ve got your moneys worth. I implore anyone who is nervous about dental work to give them a chance. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at the green room for many, many years and have always had exceptional service from Richard and all his staff. As a nervous patient everyone takes the time to allay any fears, I never feel rushed. This particular time Richard worked on my front tooth which had some discolouration which was impacting on my smile. Absolutely thrilled with the result, I can now smile without being self conscious / the whole process from consultation to finish was perfect. As an addition to the above original review I have had recently teeth whitening and I can honestly say it’s the best ever. Am so happy not only with the results but the whole process from start to finish. No horrid moulds to get impressions of my teeth, it was all done with imaging completely painless and didn’t take long. Richard explained everything throughout and within 2 weeks I was ready to start. Product easy to understand and apply to the moulds and painless again - I didn’t have any sensitivity at all. Fantastic experience: After nearly 50 years had passed since first losing both my front teeth to a gymnasium incident and having two crowns fitted, I suffered a further loss to a very solid puppies head which snapped off the metal pin holding one of them. Sort of glad for the masks... I decided to seek advice from a third party Dentist as to who they would trust and want to fix their teeth. Hence I came to see Richard at Green Room Dentistry. Everything about my treatment there was first class plus. Sound advice, painless treatment, great staff, setting and facilities. I have never felt so at ease at a dentists. I now have a new front tooth implant. Perfect match. I will actually miss going there! Well almost, my good lady wife is about to commence an implant procedure there as well. Fantastic experience: Great dentist , expensive but good work! I'd previously gone to a dentist in Truro who had badly re-cemented a bridge for £100 which was just bad work as it kept falling back out (prob a ploy for a new bridge) The Green Room charged me more but it's stayed and felt fine even though it's an old bridge which will prob need replacing soon. The fillings they have done for me this year have all been great and I'm just pleased to be at the end of my treatment! All the ladies there are super friendly! I used to use this dentist and saw Richard years ago when they were on Henver road but the new place is very modern building and has a nice feel. I guess my only gripe is the prices but I could not get an NHS dentist so no choice.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service. I unfortunetly needed a lost filling repaired urgently, so rang the surgery first thing in the morning. They were at first able to offer me and appointment for the next day, but within 10 minutes I recieved a further call offering me an appointment that day. Its only the second time I've attended this surgery but both times I have been very impressed with the care and attention recieved from all the staff. I just wish I had joined this practice sooner. I highly recommend them. Thank you once again for fitting me in so quickly.

Whilst I am still quietly petrified every time I visit, I cannot tell you just how friendly, considerate and kind everyone is here. I recently had to abort a hygienist appointment as my fear overwhelmed me and even then, my feelings were paramount and everyone was just so lovely and kind, when I felt so silly! I honestly cannot recommend The Green Room enough.

Richard and his team were highly professional and made the experience of having implants very easy, while taking pains to explain the procedures and the technology. Fantastic experience: Last Yr I recently moved to Cornwall, I registered with Green room. They have been fab, when I have needed emergency appointments due to pain they have seen me that day. I have hygienist their, who I am happy with. Having some bridge work done soon, they have been honest and clear on costing. I do a monthly plan, which covers hygienist and check up. I can recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Green Room for 20 years and despite moving from Cornwall to Dorset last year we still use them they are that good. Richard and Sally use the latest techniques in a highly modern setting and everyone is so relaxed and reassuring there. A brilliant practice.

Positive experience: I am a very anxious dentist visitor, despite relatively good teeth health. I went to the Green Room a few years ago after 17 years of avoiding dentists and Richard sensitively performed my first ever filling at the age of 40. I really really respect the fact that they truly look after my teeth alongside my own efforts. I would not go to any other dentist. As with any private dentist it isn't cheap but it is worth every penny for me to know that they have my best interest at heart and my anxiety is kept to a minimum. That trust is priceless.

Fantastic experience: I have attended Green Room Dentistry for many years and because l have always been delighted with the professional care given to me over that time my family are also committed customers. I cannot say that on any occasion l have attended that l have not received the most kind and professional care and attention from any member of staff working in that practice they all excel in delivery. Obviously l must mention Richard who has provided me with exceptional attention on every occasion throughout the 20 years l have needed dental care (and believe me not always simple care) Richard is a superb Dentist and a superb human being.

Negative experience: very poor waited 20 minutes for my dental appointment which i had to cancel due to dentist overrunning with previous appointment and it was only 9.45 i cancelled the dentist so as not to have a knock on affect on the hygine team. not the sort of treatment one would expect from the green room

Fantastic experience: The staff at the Green Room were absolutely amazing today. I’d been awake all night in agony . I called at 8.45am and was given an appointment for 9.20am! The care I received was amazing. Constantly being reassured and encouraged throughout the extraction of my wisdom tooth. The whole process was completely pain free. A big thank you to all the staff. I’m in the area on holiday so not a regular patient.

Fantastic experience: I've been using the Green Room for a couple of years and I am glad that I had to find another dentist as these guys are the best! I'm not the best with going to the dentist and both my hygienist Kim and dentist Richard make me feel at ease and are caring, the reception staff are always warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient to the green room dentists and I was immediately impressed with the layout , cleaninis and extremely friendly staff , the dentist I am under is very professional explaining exactly what treatments she is planning for me and taking her time to make sure I am happy and understand my care under her this goes also for the dental hygienist I meet the who team are wonderful th e reception team the dental nurses put me at ease each time I go to the green room dentists

Fantastic experience: As an uregistered patient The Green Room practice was will ing to see me after an injury left me with dental pain. They were caring and called to check I was OK before my appointment. My appointment proved to be very thorough and time was taken to put me at ease. I will be registering with the practice as soon as they have a vacancy.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have ever had. Doesn't feel like you're visiting a dentist, feels more like a spa. The staff are super friendly and the dentist, hygienist, nurses never feel like they are rushed or under pressure, they are relaxed, take their time and actually get to know you as a patient. Really cannot rate them high enough. :)

Negative experience: Excellent treatment, but they charged me £55 for my 7 year old son for a check up, which is profiteering at best.

Fantastic experience: From the location, the fabric of the building, the setting and of course most importantly the Team this dental practice gains my 5* rating on all counts. I have been with the Green Room for a few years now, just wish I had found them sooner. Whenever I am in company and the conversation goes to teeth or the Dentist as occasionally it does, strange but true, the other person is often referring to woefully low standards of customer care and or poor treatment they have experienced. Without hesitation I refer them to The Green Room. Can't say more than that really other than to, convey my gratitude to Richard, Sally and their 5* Team. First class every single time. Proper Job!

Fantastic experience: I'm so pleased I chose to use Green Room Dentistry. I am very phobic of dentists and Claire and her lovely dental nurses did everything they could to make me feel at ease. They were very gentle and patient with me. I've never experienced that sort of compassion from a Dentist before. I was also very impressed with their hygienist who was equally kind to me. I won't be afraid to attend my next appointment with them :)
