Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. From registering my kids, Raja (the receptionist) made the process easyand seamless and the appointment was promptly. Dr. Licinea and the dental nurse Rhizra were fantastic, kids usually afraid of the dentist but with thus excellent team they enjoyed the visit very much, and they really went the extra mile by accommodating my youngest by checking her again as she went first and was very happy and wanted to be checked again and start crying, and they did that for her, which is very much appreciated Thank you very much! I highly recommend it.

Negative experience: I've been using this practice for many years and have to say that every time I go I see a different dentist because the previous has left. Now the nice hygienist has also departed and everything now feels rushed to get the next paying customer in the chair. They then tried to charge for treatments I've already paid for.

Since being a patient at Perfect Smile Woking I have taken the steps to have my teeth sorted, finally! My dentist, Licinea is just wonderful - she listens, puts me at ease and actually listens to what I want - rather than push me into having treatment I don't. I dont feel so frightened of the dentist now as she totally puts me at ease. I am greeted my Roja on the front desk every time and she has the friendliest smile and an amazing manner with customers. She is always friendly, polite and just lovely! I've been looked after by other staff members as well, such as the hygienist and dental nurses and each and every one of them are really just lovely and a credit to the practice. A very nice dentist called Andrew was in the reception area at the time and offered to see me there & then. He did a thurough examination including X-ray. The only thing I’d mention is the first time we attended with our children there was some highly explicit music playing on the Bluetooth speaker in the waiting room right next to my kids (8 and 2). Subsequently it’s just been the radio, so that’s good.

Fantastic experience: We had a really positive experience here recently when we took our two boys (4 and 2 years old) for a check up. Taking your child to the dentist is never something you really look forward to but this visit was really good. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was clean and not over crowded. Our boys like to play with cars on the floor and can be a bit noisy but the lady on the reception desk was delightful as she engaged with us and our children. We didn't at any point feel like we were a burden or causing a disturbance. Thank you!! Then when my boys had their check ups, the dentist and assistant/nurse were really good at being friendly and gentle with my boys. They did everything slowly and carefully and explained everything as they went. I would recommend this dental surgery to anyone, but especially those with little ones!

Fantastic experience: Today I had my 1st appointment at Perfect Smile. I suffer from dental anxiety and was really very nervous about attending my new patient appointment. However, I needn't have worried as from the very beginning I was put at ease by all the staff I encountered. The receptionist was lovely. She was friendly and calm and was able to recognise my discomfort immediately. She kept me fully informed of everything that was happening and timings. The dentist, Mahmood was brilliant. He was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. He went at my pace and was extremely understanding of my anxiety and did everything to help keep me calm and relaxed. I highly recommend this practice and everyone who works there. Their customer service is exceptional.

Negative experience: No complaints about the treatment we've always received from Ms Kasim, but....... Having been charged last year whilst still exempt, my wife was told that they couldn't give her a refund but they would put a credit on her account. We went today for our routine check ups and were told that there was no credit on my wife's account and never had been. The person who told us that there was no longer worked there. We said that wasn't our fault, it was the fault of their ex staff member. But they insisted that my wife had lost her money. So we walked out. Edit: Email received from them 10/3/25 denying again what we had been told previously.

I enquired if they were taking on any new NHS patients as my mother's practice is going private. Roja was extremely helpful, she took all details and booked my mother in there and then. I had my check up with Karishma who was also very welcoming. She was very efficient and explained everything clearly.
