Fantastic experience: Who knew going to the dentist could actually be a great experience? After a not-so-fun run with a crown from another clinic (RIP, short-lived crown ), I found Dr. Neil, and wow — what a game changer! He’s super professional, clearly knows his stuff, and the crowns he did for me are still going strong with zero issues. Honestly, I trust his work completely ☺️ The whole team deserves a shoutout! The receptionist is always so warm and friendly — she makes you feel like you’re walking into a spa, not a dental clinic And Iwona She’s not only a fantastic hygienist, but also so positive and genuinely kind! She’s gentle, thorough, and always in a good mood — it’s honestly a joy seeing her. If you’re looking for a dental dream team, this is it ✨

Fantastic experience: From to start to finish the service at Beyond Dental has been nothing, but excellent. Every member of the team has been professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I first came to Beyond Dental having not been happy with a crown that was fitted by my previous dentist, and I also wanted advice around cosmetic dentistry for the other teeth surrounding the crown. Upon my first consultation with Dr Cassandra Pestana, she was extremely knowledgeable about my options with fitting a new crown and the work that could be completed on my other teeth. Each option was clearly explained to me and the steps that would need to be taken in order to get the finish I wanted. From the first consultation, I had full trust that Cassandra would complete all the dental work to an extremely high standard. The new crown and the composite bonding on 5 of my other teeth, by Cassandra were done to a standard beyond what I could have expected. My 6 top front teeth are now more even, with a new shape, and look extremely natural! I am very happy with the result and couldn’t recommend Cassandra and the team more. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Despite being an historically nervous patient, I refer to this place as the 'tooth spa'. The whole team at Milton Keynes are fantastic. I always feel well informed, treated with kindness and encouragement, and leave feeling like I had no reason to be nervous in the first place. Appointments are always easy to come by and conveniently timed. My child goes here too, making me very happy that her experience of dentistry will so much more positive than mine was at the same age. Very supportive, helpful and clear with procedures and payments. Cassandra (my dentist) is lovely, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, it's an organised and well-run establishment, where you're able to pay into a monthly plan to help spread costs. Another plus is never being given the hard sell for cosmetic services, which my previous dentist practice would always do at each visit.

Fantastic experience: My fixed retainer behind my teeth snapped while eating and I needed to fix it fast (having a sharp metal wire in your mouth is a situation you don’t want to be in for long periods of time). I called, they gave me an appointment for an hour later, and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. Overall very efficient, fast and very nice staff. They also properly explained what they thought was the best course of action which was very nice and thoughtful

The dentist Cassandra was very helpful and made him feel welcome. She reassured us that although his tooth was chipped, there was no further damage to any of the other teeth. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend enough! I went here as had chipped my front tooth and wanted it fixed for my wedding, I needed some extra work doing but the whole team here were amazing. Even the receptionist is lovely, remembering my wedding, my daughter and always asking. Cassandra my dentist is wonderful, I was also a nervous patient and previously needed to go to a special nervous patients dentist, but Cassandra has been so understanding and kind, coming here is always a great experience and would recommend to anyone

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Long story short, I was due a refund for a treatment that was not successful and it took them over 2 years to provide it. Had to constantly pursue via phone and emails. I was told the head of practise would meet me to discuss the refund but he ended up cancelling the appointment. Turns out he had dinner plans with his practice manager! Hope it was a nice meal!!

Fantastic experience: I went to beyond dental just a couple of months ago having had a bad experience elsewhere and having no confidence in my smile! The team there are amazing and really take the time to make you feel comfortable! I underwent quite a lengthy appointment yesterday which I was really worried about but Cassandra made me feel relaxed and talked me through everything and I can’t thank her enough for what she’s done! Fantastic experience: My son of 5, very nervous, was put at ease by the best dentist I have ever seen, Cassandra. After Ronnie's last experience with another dentist he really wasn't keen to go but on recommendation I thought I'd give Beyond Dental a go and I was not disappointed. Cassandra really made him feel like visiting the dentist was a positive experience. She made him smile, laugh and feel really relaxed. Laura the manager was welcoming, professional and also interacted with my son which made him smile and laugh. My overall experience of Beyond Dental is a positive one and I'm probably going to book myself in now! Eeeeek! I have to say from a customer point of view, I felt like I was valued and treated as an individual rather than a number. Absolutely recommend this place. 5 stars just isn't enough.

Fantastic experience: Finally, a dental practice which actually CARES and delivers. For me to give a 5 star to any dentist in uk is extremely rare as believe the UK dental system is dead decades ago. Beyond dental were absolutely amazing, they fix my broken composite bond which my Poland dentist did 7/10), beyond 10/10. They accommodate, and care. Prices are in line with what one would expect and quality is A+. Now I am confident to have work done in UK. please in the name of the lord keep this awesome service up. WE notice ( hygienist is also amazing , told me I needed 8mm & 6mm size to clean. This is attention to DETAIL!!!I will only use that specific hygenist :) :) she is a pro! they all are.

Positive experience: IT’S EXPENSIVE - VERY EXPENSIVE However, I’ve found both the dentist and the hygienist to be friendly, calming and professional. Their work is great and they have all the latest technology too. It’s a very clean practice, although the waiting room benches could do with a deep clean (stained and grubby). There’s been a change in receptionist and unfortunately I’ve experienced the current lady busy texting on her mobile and ignoring me at the desk for a brief period, or grabbing the practice phone as you approach the desk. It would be more professional not to have your mobile on at work, and to acknowledge or deal with those in front of you before going to the phone. Finally, cost. It’s really expensive. They’ll give you a costed plan of treatment, which is helpful, but take time to consider the investment and maybe shop around if you’re not particular on who does your dentistry. For me, a dentist is like a barber or hairdresser when it comes to choice - you find one you like and trust so maybe willing to pay over the odds for a continuation of the relationship.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just come to the end of my Invisalign treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Cassandra was fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, accommodating and thorough. I also had a little bit of composite bonding at the end to repair a slightly chipped front tooth and now I have a smile to be proud of. If you’re on the fence about getting Invisalign I fully recommend just going for it. Best decision I ever made (apart from marrying my husband lol)

Negative experience: **DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST**** I had Invisalign here and the treatment was not done properly and I was left with teeth that still were not straight, and they really don’t care, they just want your money! After complaining I was completely ignored and had no response. After seeing two other orthodontists they both explained I shouldn’t have finished treatment and need to go back to “beyond dental”. I call the practise who are lovely and explained that they do offer refinement, and to come speak to the dentist, after explaining I now live over 3 hours away and would like to ensure this is the case first they re assured me they would. Great! I drove up for 3 hours and was told very bluntly by the Neil my treatment is closed there is nothing he can do and quite frankly didn’t care! I left in tears with how I was treated by Neil Eguia. I will be taking this further as I’m totally disappointed with the level of service I have received.

Fantastic experience: Beyond dental practice is amazing dental practice. Very professional and demonstrate a lot of care for their patients. I am sooo grateful to Dr. Debbie and everything. She took out all my faulty teeth and gave me temporary dentures within a very short time. I feel more confident. The staff are polite and always ready to help. Fantastic experience: I had my second consultation at Claydon (Beyond) Dental today. The new name is imminent. They were first class, very professional, courteous, informative and the dentist, Casandra, delivered an excellent patient experience. The costs were reasonable for a private dentist. I was genuinely pleased and would highly recommend them. The photos, X-rays and treatment plan were all explained. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Cassandra is an amazing dentist. I had a very thorough check up with her and I then decided to start my Invisalign journey. She is very patient and calm which what you want when you’re nervous. I have only started my Invisalign journey but nothing has been too much trouble for her. She has gone through everything in detail and has been very clear and helpful with all my questions. I also have Kirishanthy for my hygienist appointments. She is extremely thorough. My teeth looked amazing after. Again, she is very patient and calm.

Negative experience: Good experience from the excellent dentist, however the admin and customer service leaves a little to be desired. I was emailed some time after my appointment effectively accusing me of leaving the practice without paying. I immediately provided evidence of payment, followed by zero apology or even a simple confirmation until I chased it up 4 weeks later. Embarrassingly unprofessional in this regard.

Fantastic experience: A smart, clean, modern practice that smells more like a hairdressing salon than a dentist! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. My hygienist experience today with Lauren Palmer was excellent. She was extremely thorough, yet gentle and conscientious, making sure I was comfortable throughout. A model example of how healthcare should be provided.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend especially for dental implant!! A very good experience on a challenging implant case. I went to Claydon Dental about a year ago after leaving a clinic in London that I had the worst experience with. About 18 months ago my front tooth was hurting like hell and when a dentist examined they said that the root canal I had done was faulty and the area now is very infected. I had to extract my tooth and put an implant in its place. When I went to Dr. Hardman at Claydon I had already the tooth extracted and needed a much better temporary tooth and to do the whole implant process. After checking my CT scan, the Dr. said that there was not enough bone for us to start with the implant so we needed to do bone graft first. She suggested a temporary bridge that looked much better than what the previous clinic did for me. The whole process was about a year long with 3 operations etc and the Dr. as well as the team in general were very helpful, patient and great at their job. After so much hassle and pain, I have my smile back, so thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: Always an excellent experience at Claydon- from the friendly receptionists to the thorough job of both my dentist, Neil and Kimberley the hygienist. My teeth/gums have never been so healthy! Having had awful experiences elsewhere, I now would not go anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been using Claydon Dental MK Oakgrove (next to Waitrose) since they opened and love the quality of the patient experience and their attention to detail. Neil (dentist) and Alison (hygienist) are always thorough, very professional and happy to answer all my questions. The reception team are also very welcoming and great to liaise with!

Negative experience: I've been a client of this clinic for about 2 years now, however the experience my little daughter and my wife had today and the way they were treated by the reception staff was completely unprofessional. They turned us around just because we came in 15 minutes late, however I did call and made them aware in advance as the traffic was very heavy, I was told "come in and we will see what we can do", on arrival we were told to leave as they're is nothing they can do. If I, as a customer made the effort to call you and made you aware, why couldn't the reception staff make the effort to call back and let us know not to waste our time as it's too late? or perhaps make an exception for existing customers (I've never been late before in the past 2 years, however on the other hand I had to wait at every single appointment for at least 10 minutes) and go an extra mile, finish work 15 minutes later for better customer experience as this was the last appointment of the day? Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend such customer experience to anyone!
