Fantastic experience: I went to My Dentist in Kings Lynn, because I've always heard how good they are, and not having a dentist and with toothache I thought I would ring and try to get in, so I rang got an emergency appointment with Aniza Lone, she was wonderful, told me what she was doing all through the procedure and knowing I was a nervous patient, and needing an extraction, All throughout the procedure she was always asking me if I was OK, and her lovely dental nurse was just as lovely and caring. After my extraction I did need a little bit of aftercare with pain, but they were more than happy for me to pop back and get some expert advice and treatment. I also had a lovely chat with the manager Zoe Evans before I had my procedure as i think she noticed i was a little nervous sitting in the waiting room. A very well run and efficient surgery. Well done girls!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been using this dentists since they opened & I've had really good experiences with them. It's always spotless and you never have to wait more than 10 minutes past your appointment time. It's a private dentist which of course reflects higher prices but i've never had any complaints about the work i've had done. All in all i'd recommend them.

Negative experience: Phoned for emergency appointment was told 12 o'clock 28 7 25 them they sent a txt saying 29 7 25 12 o'clock so phoned back and then sent a txt 28 7 25.at 1220 should of been 12 o'clock then had to take 4 x-rays to get one good one and then changed £320 for taking a tooth out one expensive tooth not good

Negative experience: Called regarding my annual check up after getting messages 6 months early. Asked about my first check up, was told I paid for 20 minute appointment and xray. Was in there less than 5 and had no xray

Negative experience: I can say one thing: I paid 125 pounds to have an x-ray done and an antibiotic prescribed!!! A very expensive clinic, and they simply couldn’t help because they can’t remove wisdom teeth!
It may help if I clarify that attending an emergency appointment does not guarantee that an extraction/fillings etc will be completed during the appointment. Depending on the patient’s dental presentation at the time and the complexity of the treatment, a further follow up appointment and extra charge may be necessary. However, if you feel that you have been incorrectly charged for the dental care that you have received, our Patient Support Team will be able to investigate this for you. In some practices where we have no NHS appointment capacity, we do have alternative private options for patients to access dentistry, outside of the practices NHS contractual obligations. Fantastic experience: aniza and her lovely helpers,(i can’t name all as they’re so many) are just so nice and lovely towards me, i’ve had to have a lot of treatment the past year and i couldn’t of been more comfortable, ive had to attended by myself a few times due to child care with my mum but they all made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, aniza offered me her stress balls witch was the best idea, i couldn’t reccomend more i really love this dentist and the staff are so kind! also got me in for my appointments very quickly and i was in and out when having my treatments! love love love

Fantastic experience: Offered an emergency appointment on 12/2/25 the first time I had called this dentist. I had chronic toothache for the last three months I am petrified of going to the dentist but not any more, lovely welcoming receptionists who made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. I then went to see the dentist Aniza Lone and her dental nurse, I had to have a tooth extracted. I never thought I would say that I had a brilliant experience for a tooth removal! But I did they were so lovely my tooth was out and I didn't even know I cannot thank them enough for the perfect job they did. Luckily for me they were able to take me on as a private patient. Negative experience: Awful work I was charged over £1400 the dentist was the one that suggested that these teeth need to be done but could not be bothered to put in the work my fillings look like a BB gun shot rather than a tooth , left me in pain and still am after 4 months I still can’t eat proper solids , if you cannot do the work then do not suggest the work and stop ripping people off.

Negative experience: Disgraceful. If a certain standard cannot be achieved, within a certain time frame, and for a reasonable amount of money then what is the point? Why pay £90 for I essence; some antibiotics for your expectations of removing a tooth....a month later? What is your purpose? Oh; and to deny taking x-rays etc AFTER TAKING £90. Frankly, you, like so many sectors need an evaluation on efficacy and viability. Due diligence.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending mydentist in Kings Lynn for around a year as a private patient and I completely recommend this practice. Evie is my dentist, Sarah is my dental hygienist and along with the dental nurses and receptionists, everyone is professional, friendly, considerate, kind and informative. I've had teeth whitening products, fitting and supply of a mouth guard to prevent me grinding my teeth at night as well as a composite filling replacement.

Positive experience: Today the Hygienist provided the usual friendly efficient standard, but on leaving the practice I discovered a small filling had been removed in the cleaning of my teeth. I returned to the practice to report this and the receptionist suggested it could be a large piece of plaque they had removed. Whilst I know I had a filling on the top of that, tooth, it is no longer there and it is now very rough and it keeps catching on my tongue. The receptionist recorded this in order that my dentist be aware in preparation for my next routine appointment on 4th September 2024. Yours sincerely L J Twaite

Positive experience: The dentist and receptionist where very nice and polite. I'm just annoyed I payed £49 to sit in the seat for less than 3 minutes. It seems very expensive for 3 minutes. I understand it's private and everything but for a private dentist I would expect a longer service than that.

Negative experience: Managed to get an emergency appointment due to breaking a large back tooth. Reception staff are always very helpful and polite. I had to see a new dentist as mine was on holiday. From the moment I entered the surgery it seemed like all the dentist and nurse were really interested in was how much they were going to charge me. I had to tell them to look at my x-ray that was taken a few weeks ago anyway finally I had the tooth removed, not the gentalist of procedures and to top it all I had to pay £389.00 would not be going back to have any treatment from that particular individual. ☹️
