She is very friendly and professional. Dr. William Anthony is a brilliant dentist – very attentive, he took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions with patience and care. I highly recommend this dental practice, especially If you're looking for somewhere that genuinely cares about your well-being and makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my invisalign treatment plan, at this Dental Practice, where I was looked after by the Dentist, William Anthony. I had so many questions, prior to starting my treatment, and William patiently explained everything, in clear layman's terms, so I fully understood each part of the process, from my first scan to receiving my final retainer. I found William to be extremely professional, helpful and personable throughout my treatment. It was very evident that he cared about my dental health and that he wanted me to achieve the best possible outcome - from my Invisalign treatment. He inadvertently encouraged me to see the process through to the end, and follow all of the treatment plan rules. As a result, I have ended up with the return of my younger years smile and the confidence to match. Thank you ever so much William - You were simply Awesome!

Positive experience: I was really looking forward to booking an appointment with your clinic, but unfortunately, my first experience over the phone today (5th of April 2025, around 9:50 AM) left a poor impression. When I called, there was no greeting — just a stern voice and an immediate instruction to hold. The tone felt dismissive and quite rude. When I politely called this out, I was told it was just my opinion, rather than acknowledging how the interaction may have come across. I’m someone who values good service and professionalism from the very first point of contact, and while I would have loved to give five stars, I feel a 3 star rating is more appropriate based on this experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I know first impressions matter

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate the service at Streatham MyDentist highly enough. They are outstanding. After a very very long time since visiting a dentist I was filled with worry over what I might be told and cost. Dr Kamile is an absolute dream and a total professional. I was put at ease from the moment I saw her. She worked quickly and professionally and talked me through every step reassuring me throughout. The clean was amazing and follow up to fit a crown explained in full. My memories of bad treatment have been wiped out in 90 minutes! I was lucky that there are no real issues at all and would encourage anyone worried to take that step to do it. The reception staff are just lovely and a real credit to the work going on across the practice. Thank you for reinstating my faith in dentists. I’d highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time going to this dental practice, and despite being a new patient they were able to offer me an appointment the very next day. Khan, the receptionist, is super friendly and immediately makes you feel very comfortable. My dentist, Daniel Murray, and the dental nurse, Sadia, were absolutely incredible. I've never had a better experience at a dentist - Daniel had a lovely way of being and took the time to clearly explain everything to me. He was also very professional and thorough in both the examination and subsequent treatment (fillings) - which he agreed to do right away (though he could have asked me to come back). I felt very taken care of, and all was included within NHS Band 2 - which was very kind of him! Big thank you to Daniel and the team!!

Fantastic experience: Having spent my adult life hating my teeth I spoke to DR William Anthony about having them straightened. He was really helpful, gave me all the different options and I started the treatment. I had regular check up's, lots of advice and a year later have teeth I now love. Dr William also had photos he sent me of the beginning of my treatment and the end so I have a real before and after experience.

Fantastic experience: I had been reading so many glowing google reviews about a dentist called Dr Kamile at MyDentist Streatham and so I decided to visit her in order to fix my broken tooth. What I noticed first was her positive nature and her ability to put me at ease even though I was feeling nervous. I hardly felt the needle at all and my teeth cleaning procedure didn't even hurt one bit. The best part was when I inspected my new white filling... it was like I'd visited an artist and not a dentist! Thank you Dr Kamile and all of team at MyDentist Streatham.

Negative experience: I’m not typically one to complain, but I believe the transparency surrounding my experience could have been much clearer. Upon rebooking, I was informed that, because I missed my first appointment as a new patient, I was no longer allowed to receive service at the Streatham branch. This seemed odd as I thoroughly reviewed the website’s policy, emails, and text messages, and no such policy was stated. Unless I’m mistaken, this "policy" appeared to have been created immediately after I left the premises, as I was called directly by the receptionist to say I am barred. If this had been communicated clearly beforehand at my presence I wouldn’t have made the booking and wasted my time visiting the branch. But the fact that you had to call me to say that you will not accept me is cowardly. To their credit, the staff were patient, but the situation could have easily been resolved through clearer communication. While I acknowledge being late and take responsibility for it, I was not informed that this would result in being barred from service, which I find unacceptable. According to the official cancellation policy on the My Dentist website pdf: “We provide as much notice as possible when appointments have to be changed or cancelled and explain the reasons.” Additionally, the policy outlines expectations for patients to notify the practice of cancellations with 24 hours’ notice and mentions possible review after multiple missed appointments—none of which applied to my situation. I would appreciate clarity on who made this decision and whether it was reviewed. I hope the practice addresses this to ensure more transparent communication moving forward likewise, I take my money elsewhere.

I've been there 3 times and on all 3 occasions the customer service i received was top tier from the welcoming receptionist to the Dentist. The name of the Dentist I saw is Dr Daniel Murray and I must say i absolutely love him! I saw 2 more Dentist before going to My Dentist and i wish I had gone to see Daniel first because he is so gentle and kind. He took time to explain every step of the treatment from the first ever visit up to the last. I had a root canal which can be a very painful procedure but he made me feel at ease. I knew from the very first visit that i struck gold with him because he made me feel comfortable and safe. One of the Dentist I saw prior to going to My dentist told me I needed to remove my tooth which I didn't want to do as it was the 4th tooth from front and I'm so happy I went to see Dr Daniel because I had a root canal done and I'm so happy with the results. Fantastic experience: In the absence of my regular dentist, I have been seen by Dr Daniel Murray and his lovely nurse. I can't say enough about how amazingly amazing Dr. Murray is. It starts with his thorough detailed explanation of my treatment alongside the pros and cons of the treatment and advised me of other options I have. But that's not why im leaving this review. Its his gentle professional hands that only gave the tiniest of a minimal scratch when injecting me with the long numbing needles, I had 2 on one side and 1 in another. And I swear it was like he was melting butter not injecting me. Sadly I've had severely bad experiences over the years with dentists leaving me in pain for days after the numbing needles. Dr. Murray built me a temporary tooth which was a piece of art and gave me no trouble whatsoever for 3 weeks till my crown fitting appointment. Removing the temporary tooth was another super smooth process and he fitted the crown delicately and filed it to perfection, this was felt after the numbness went away. He also gave me a filling on another tooth and again the process was delicate and pain-free during and after the numbness went. He handed me a small mirror to inspect his work after it was done which is not something I'm used to. And I was so happy that I couldnt even notice I had a crown, honestly it looked better than my natural tooth in size and colour. And my filling was beautiful if I can say that about a filling, not bulky or messy as sadly I've had that in the past. Ever so happy with Dr Daniel Murray and his nurse. I hope he settles in the Streatham branch. Very highly recommend.

Both treatments were reasonably priced and I was also advised of all costs at the beginning of both processes and then reminded throughout. In my experience, this has not always been the case when having work done on my teeth, so I am grateful for this diligence. The rest of the staff at the practice were brilliant too and the facility was spotless. I highly recommend Dr Anthony, Dr Sinicaite, and mydentist Streatham to everyone!

Positive experience: It’s a shame the hygienist I had seen made comments about the appearance of my teeth, and was dismissive about my gums going back to normal/healthy, which to me is VERY unprofessional! My teeth were moving back and weren’t straight as they were after my braces cause I stopped wearing the retainers for a while; I went in for a hygienist appointment (mind you all my other appointments with him were fine) and one time he went “ is there something you’re gonna do about that” with a tone that insinuated my teeth not being straight wasn’t a good luck - second comment was about my swollen gums, this was due to difficulty flossing while I had braces on, so my gums remained swollen and hard for a while when I took them out, and it was a concern for me; he said “we can do our best, but I don’t think there’s much that can be done”, which was a lie, because fast forward my gums are now back to normal, flat and healthy with my normal routine check ups. That was my last straw to change practice, which is a shame because generally I’ve had good experience with the dentist and the hygienist before him. When I went upstairs the receptionist say he left a note on the system saying “I really have good teeth”, which I found ironic cause I realised it was probably a way to cover up the comments he made…! Please train your staff to be professional and avoid making unnecessary comments about people’s teeth appearance, it’s their choice if they want/or don’t them straight because they can’t afford braces (or any other personal reasons), you should only be worried about their cleanliness, dental hygiene and health of the patients!!

Fantastic experience: From the initial welcome and booking into this dentist, the receptionist were friendly and helpful. I was directed to my dentist William who was very friendly and informative. I came with a few issues that I could not get a resolution from the NHS. William gave me options of what I could have done to complete my smile for my big day. I thought I lost my phone a while back and had a meltdown over this as I was going through a difficult patch. She was so comforting and went above and beyond to support me. Fantastic experience: I’ve been with this dentist for about a year but only seen the hygienist but I saw Daniel and Rija today for some fillings and I was so pleased with the whole experience. Daniel has a way of making you feel relaxed and trusting which is so important when there are sharp tools in your mouth lol. Fantastic experience: Had my yearly check up with Dr Kamile Sinicaite today and as always I had a exceptional experience from this highly professional, perficient, attentive and informative doctor. The advice given was very helpful. The doctors assistant was also very helpful, efficient and conscientious. Thankfully I have no real issues, however, I look forward to seeing the doctor again in a years time. Ps I would like to also mention that the receptionists also provided an exception service (they are very polite and engaging). The hygienist Sulaiman Nsubuga, also provided a exceptionally high standard of service and has a very delicately light touch.

Was a little disappointed as after inspecting my teeth was asked to sign and book an appointment with hygienist as if my session was complete (glasses and bib removed, seat back to original position), despite my band of treatment including a clean. Felt like it was an attempt to make more money on the private side. However, I did ask if my teeth could be cleaned in line with my band and was given a good service and advice on how to care for my teeth. Would have given 5 stars if I hadn't been put in the awkward position of having to ask for what I was paying for.

Fantastic experience: Recently had my first appointment with Dr William Anthony for a scale and polish and Botox and he was absolutely fantastic. Dr William made me feel super comfortable and was very patient, going above and beyond to answer my questions about my treatment options so that I could make informed decisions. With my Botox treatment, Dr William was very knowledgable, professional and gentle. 2 weeks later and I am SO pleased with the results!! He is the best dentist/aesthetician - I cannot recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. William Anthony for a scale and polish, composite bonding, and Botox treatments. I was so impressed with the professionalism and expertise he demonstrated. The work he did was top-notch, and I feel so much more confident with my smile after my visit. Additionally, the Botox treatment was handled with great care and precision, and the results were fantastic. Dr. Anthony's attention to detail and commitment to hygiene made the entire process comfortable and reassuring. I wouldn’t consider going to any other dentist – highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had been to mydentist for the first time and my experience with Dr Midhat Mansoor was absolutely amazing. I have never found such lovely, caring, empathic and professional dentist. She made me feel so comfortable. She is there to help you without trying to take money as many dentists I met have done. She is advising you on the best treatment for you making you feel to decide to directing you to the most convenient solution for the practice. Her style, manners, tone of voice are outstanding. Her hands when using the instruments and treating your teeth are so delicate, you forget about the pain because she is encouraging you to be calm and the session ends fast, building in the patient the trust that needs in the dentist treatment. Also she treats her assistants always politely and with kindness. I would definetely reccomend her! Thank you mydentist for having such lovely person in your team!

Fantastic experience: It is such a lovely practice!! All the staff was very nice and welcoming . The receptionist khan was so wonderful and patient. He explained everything to me making sure I understood. He made the start of procedure by being very nice as you know it takes a lot of courage to go to a dentist so the receptionist attitude was great and made me comfortable with the practice.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. I was told to come in and fill out a form to register as an nhs patient. I went in and filled out the required paperwork. I handed it to the gentlemen behind the receptionist desk and was told to call back in a couple of hours either physically or by phone. When I called back by phone a couple of hours later. I was met by a very rude and dismissive receptionist, she told me this wasn't procedure and shouldn't have happened and I needed to make another journey back to them. This Made me a little worried about who I had just handed all my personal and medical details over too and where that information was now. I rang back a second time and was met with a different receptionist she was more hostile and dismissive than the first lady, after eventually speaking to the manager they have assured me my details aren't just laying around the practice somewhere. Unbelievable experience!

I needed an emergency appointment at short notice, Khan on reception went out of his way to help and couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Dr Giles Jones did a thoroughly professional and top quality job on my teeth as well. Lovely team and excellent service.

Negative experience: I’ve cross the city to come here I been 10 min later and called them to advise when I got there the guy at reception just said need to reschedule the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I moved from the Brixton Branch, the difference is night and day!. Amazing customer care at The Streatham Branch. From reception to dentists, very caring professionals, would recommend.

Negative experience: I rarely leave a poor review, however I found them not to be very professional. You have to call multiple times and they also cancelled an appointment last minute. Once you’re in it seems okay.

Fantastic experience: Great service and treatment by my dentist, Will I think? Rot removed and a doggish pain eradicated in no time at all with a plan going forward. The chairs (waiting and patient) are comfortable also which is welcomed!
