Fantastic experience: I went to Riyo dentist I was so nervous, the receptionist was lovely very welcoming I went into the treatment room I was welcomed which made me feel at ease. Sanchi was my dentist she was absolutely wonderful, she did my checkup previously so I asked for her especially she made me feel so much at ease and talked through what she was doing also the dental nurse was also great very friendly to and the treatment I had was fantastic I was so pleased with it made me feel more confident now definitely recommend Riyo Dentist.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic with my mum on 18 August for a tooth cementing. The procedure took less than 5 minutes, and I was charged £174. Unfortunately, the same tooth fell out just one week later. When I contacted the clinic, I was told I would have to pay the same amount again to fix the problem, even though the first treatment was clearly unsuccessful. This is unacceptable patients should not be charged twice for a treatment that did not last. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

Positive experience: I previously had root canal treatment here, but service has become unreliable. At my most recent check-up (booked 6 months in advance), I waited over 30 minutes, then was told to wait another 15-20 minutes as the dentist wasn’t available. I had to leave due to other commitments and received no reply to my follow-up email. Not a great service for a private clinic.

Fantastic experience: Jabir has been my dentist for over two years, he is excellent, and intent on the preservation of the health of existing teeth. I am happy to pay the price of private treatment for the quality of the work received. Aside from this, he is kind and personable. I enjoy my check ups, our conversation, and I feel in safe hands. Treatment has never been painful. He came recommended to me after my own dentist retired, and he witnessed Jabir's emergency dental work. Riyo as a whole is a very good dental practice.

Positive experience: Quality root canal treatment but there was a lack of communication from Nihal. Quick hello, few word during the injections and a card afterwards in case there was any problems. They need to remember that there is a person behind the treatment you are giving.

Fantastic experience: Could not compliment the Trafford park practice enough. As a very nervous patient from the initial phone call all the way through to my actual procedures I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease. All the staff from the front desk all the way through to the dentists are so reassuring and make what is a terrifying experience for many people so much easier to cope with. And just to finish Sanchi and Leah were a breath of fresh air to me making my experience with the practice sometimes even enjoyable. I’ve said it many times as I leave the practice but I’ll say it again thank you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anybody. Thanks again Nick

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist and will never learn to be proper at ease with it. I'm such a nervous and anxious patient who postponed going to the dentist for years and then started going again, but after an unfortunate experience with my old dentist I felt like I was back to scratch as I felt like they were just trying to make money by getting me in for as many cleanings as possible woth very little clarity, so my partner goes here and suggested I registered here. I booked another cleaning and a checkup, but then my dentist, Muzzy, was just so honest and said I don't need a cleaning yet and it can wait a few months. I just want to say it made me feel so at ease with that pragmatic approach and the trust I felt I lost at my old place was immediately won back here and made me confident that even if I at some point need some more complex work done, they're not going to try and rinse me to make money but actually do what's best for me. I just felt so assured and that's what wins you long term patients! It was just so refreshing. I spent hours reading every review, exploring their website, and gathering the courage to make the call. I was seen the same day by Nihad, and from the moment I walked in, I felt a surprising sense of calm. Not like your usual dentist waiting room. I was embarrassed about having avoided the dentist for so long but Nihad immediately made me feel comfortable. He explained everything clearly, and before I knew it, he had removed my painful tooth in seconds. His injection technique is incredible—I barely felt a thing. His nurse was equally supportive, talking me through the entire procedure with kindness and reassurance. That visit alone was enough for me to sign up to the practice. On my second visit, Nihad took X-rays and examined what needed to be done. What stood out was how he respected my pace. He understood I needed to take small steps and didn’t push me beyond what I could handle. No dentist has ever done that for me before. By my third visit, I walked in to smiles and warm greetings—not only did they remember me, but also my son. It made me feel like a valued person, not just another appointment. I was especially nervous about having a wisdom tooth extracted (we've all heard the horror stories!), but again, Nihad and his nurse calmly talked me through it and completed it swiftly and professionally. Thanks to Nihad and the team at Riyo, my fear of dentistry has genuinely started to fade. I still have treatments ahead, but I walk in a little braver each time—something I never thought I’d say. Fantastic experience: I Had an appointment with Nihad today for a root canal, I can’t tolerate needles of any kind and feel very anxious about painful treatments but I barely felt any pain today, he was so gentle and efficient that I was actually relaxed during my treatment!, he kept checking that I was ok, as did his assistant, she was lovely. Leah at the reception was super friendly, helpful and warm which made me feel better about my upcoming treatment, booking with them again next week and now I’m not nervous about my future appointment!

Fantastic experience: Seen by Jabir yesterday for a wisdom tooth extraction - emergency out of hours appt. I am very anxious when it comes to the dentist but he was kind, compassionate and clearly communicated everything making the whole process easier. Fantastic experience: After being repeatedly let down by my own Dentist I was desperate to have some treatment for severe toothache. I rang the surgery at 9 am in the morning. I was seen promptly at 12 and the treatment I received from the dentist (Jahmir) and his assistant was excellent. I had a bad infection. I came out of the surgery feeling so much better. The cost for the work was extremely reasonable. Sophie Anne on reception was just so kind.
