Fantastic experience: My dentist is located in Ewell Road, Tolworth, and it is one of the best doctors and nurses and receptionist I have ever experienced. The staff are very kind, and all with the doctors caring, professionally, and knowledgeably . There also have a big car park who assist patients with car, they all always work hard to support the patients. I truly appreciate their teamwork and dedication — their service is always excellent. Negative experience: Rushed appointments and poor patient care Avoid this dentist if you want proper care. I went with my two children and the dentist rushed through all three of us in under 8 minutes. My children’s checks were barely 2 minutes each, and I only got a bit more time because I kept asking questions. It felt like the dentist had no passion for the job, or only puts more effort into private paying patients. NHS patients also deserve dignity, time, and proper care

Negative experience: Was referred her absolutely awful practice, firstly kept getting my first name wrong, when I said you saying it wrong they just shrugged shoulders, I had an abscess when I arrived I told the dentist she said I have an infection, which she still went ahead with a procedure which when have an infection you avoid and she didn't prescribe any antibiotics for me which I needed i had to suffer 5 days before getting an emergency appointment back.at my regular practice.

Negative experience: Rude customer service from the receptionist,my appointment was for 2:30 pm and i waited 50 min.The lady from the reception said well we are running late today so you have to wait!Well if I was 50 min late for my appointment I will be needing new appointment because of my delay but when a patient needs to wait no problem like we have the whole free time.The dentist was like in a rush and literally sit me down and start putting the injection and start pulling the tooth.Been handed a paper with after care and ok buy.Honestly I’m not sure how exactly to describe my experience today was very difficult mix of feelings and non was on the good side.

Negative experience: Absolutely unacceptable experience with dentist Neha Dogra. I brought my 2-year-old for a dental appointment and was completely shocked by the way we were treated. My child was scolded harshly and even threatened with violence — told he would be hit — which left him frightened, silent, and visibly scared. This is horrifying behaviour from any adult, let alone a professional meant to care for children’s health. The dentist, Neha Dogra, showed no patience or kindness, speaking to my toddler in a tone that was completely inappropriate and disturbing. As a mother, I was repeatedly spoken to in a disrespectful and insulting way, with absolutely no empathy or professionalism. The entire experience was traumatising for both me and my child. If you want your child to be treated with kindness and respect, do not bring them here. Neha Dogra clearly has no understanding of how to deal with children or support parents. Her behaviour is a disgrace to the dental profession, and no family should ever have to go through what we did. She is highly unprofessional and should not be trusted with young patients.

Fantastic experience: I am only half way through my treatment to remove my wisdom teeth, and was very nervous going to the first appointment, but all fears were allayed as I walked in early and was called straight through, my teeth were removed and I was back outside in the car park in 10 minutes… I was relieved how quick and smooth it all went and both the dentist and the technician were both so kind and understanding, Very smooth service, and very impressed with the aftercare, talking me though everything I needed to do, and playing the fears I had. Would recommend to any nervous patients using this dentist. Impressed with the efficiency, and how good they were.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent interaction with the receptionist. I was quite taken aback by her manner and the way she spoke to me. In today’s environment, where customer service is so important, I was surprised to encounter such poor engagement from someone in a front-facing role. With eight dental practices on the same road, I would expect a higher standard of professionalism to retain patients. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the practice addresses this, as it did not reflect the level of service I expect as a patient.

Negative experience: Horrendous staff! I am appalled at the way I was spoken to on the phone and was forced to apologise for something I didn’t do! The reception team need serious training in customer service as it’s clear as day they take there personal anger out on patients. I have been with this branch for years and for the first time I can say run a mile! DO NOT JOIN this branch. I happily changed my dentist immediately but to think it’s okay to make patients feel like monsters because there incapable to having a civilised conversation is beyond me. Save your time and mental health and go to another dentist . Never again ! There very lucky I don’t take that lady that spoke to me vulgar to small claims court.

Negative experience: Worse experience I’ve ever had. I’d had an appointment on may 6th for a tooth extraction as I’d been in pain for months before hand. I’ve went to the appointment and had the tooth ripped out which as per normal, now after this I’d asked to see the tooth/ keep it as it was the only silver tooth I’d had. Replied with it’s been Disposed in the contaminated waste which to be honest I didn’t find unusual. 4 days after and I’m in massive amounts of pain to find he’s left parts of the tooth in my mouth. I’ve called the dentist and asked for them rectify the situation, and what I got was the receptionist ending the phone on me. What has the NHS come to. Absolutely ridiculous service

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COST . THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS TO DO WORK. Negative experience: This has to be the most awful experience I've ever had in a dentist chair. This place reeks of 'time is money'. Was referred by my NHS Dentist for a tooth extraction. Front office staff friendly and courteous. Arrived in the room, told to sit in the chair and within 30 seconds I'd been given 3 very painful injections. I'm 50 so have attended a few dental appointments in my time in a few different countries. Nothing ever hurt this much. Told her this was very painful and the reply was, "have you ever had an extraction before?". 30 seconds later I'd had 3 more. Within about 90 seconds of sitting down she's on the tooth with the clamps. I was out the door inside 7 minutes. I sat in the car shaking for a while before I felt I could drive. If you want to understand why private equity firms should not own healthcare businesses this is why. Horrific money making sausage machine. Is this really what the NHS has come to?

Negative experience: would not recommend anyone to go this dentist. the staff are completely rude. over the years i have been going there the butched my teeth. i was in the middle of treatment and had an appointment at 12. they insisted that they called me at 9:15 to change my appointment to 9:30 ( i live 30 mins away from practice) turned up to my 12 o'clock appointment for them to say ive missed my appoint and they wont continue to treat me. absolutely joke of a business.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere with extremely pleasant and helpful staff. I am an NHS patient. The practice is open to both private and NHS patients. NHS patients are seen on a Monday and Thursday. I am an NHS patient. Unfortunately my appointment for a check up was cancelled and i was offered another one some 2 months later. I was not too happy as one of the conditions for orthopaedic surgery is sound teeth and i was booked for surgery. However after consultation with the practice one of the private dentists agreed to accommodate my needs so that my surgery could go ahead. The dentist was lovely and very professional. I would definately recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: The team at this practice are amazing! Caring, respectful and professional at all times. I’ve been in pain and embarrassment for over 3 years , until I was taken on at this practice. My nurse Sarah has been fabulous, thoughtful and supportive, right from my first phone call with her and the 2 dentist I had to see over a years journey were excellent. Negative experience: Amateur operation. Was told a consultation for teeth straightening was free and then I turned up to the appointment and they tried to charge me £50 and were really rude when I said I was told it was free. I will be going elsewhere!

Negative experience: Receptionists have a horrible attitude. Called and they hung up on me. Went through another receptionist who was appalling to speak to. She would not let me speak. Someone needs to investigate their behaviour and sort it out, behaviour like this may stop vulnerable people getting treatment.

Negative experience: I registered on November 2024, I was scheduled for treatment in January, however unfortunately I could not make it. I was never told that first time treatment patients will lose the treatment if they cancel. I was never told this. Now I am ready to go ahead they are telling me I have to wait untill April as I have been taken off as I did not continue with treatment. Had I been told this I would definitely have attended. Furthermore I was told that I missed 2 appointments, which is absolutely incorrect. Now I am in such a difficult position and have nobody for the treatment

Fantastic experience: A great experience from MyDentist, Tolworth. The entire team is so helpful, from the reception to the doctors and supporting staff. A great thanks to Dr.Dariush Alimorovat & Lorraine, who took good care of me. I had a problem with broken dentures. Within my first visit, the doctor assured me we can repair it without much cost and 3 doctor appointments and a denture repair costed me less than £80. Maybe this was because I was registered as a NHS patient, still the treatment was of great help. Not too busy, clean and hygienic. Bus stops are available near the clinic and have parking spaces as well in street roads.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for my 3 year old daughter and Mrs. Neha was very rude to my daughter and didn't want to examine her. And the worst part is, she told me what the point of making the appointment was. She had a terrible attitude, she has no manners and I don't recommend anyone to take their child to this dentist.

Negative experience: Rude and aggressive receptionist! very unprofessional customer service. I went in today to get registered as a new patient around 11:30am at (385-387 Ewell Rd, Surbiton KT6 7DG) I was given a form to fill in, while I was in the middle of completing the registration form another person walked in to register, the receptionist asked for their Name, address and contact details and said you are registered now and gave them the appointment next day. After completing my form, I went to reception to hand over the form she started talking to her colleagues and other patient and completely ignored me for a few minutes, intentionally!!! When I handed over my registration form she said they will call me tomorrow to register me... It was a shock to my system as I spent nearly 15 minutes to complete the registration form to be told that they will call me tomorrow for registration let alone booking me an appointment. When I asked how come you completed the other patient registrations within a minute but you cant register me today, her tone changed and very aggressively said we are very busy today and we have a surgery to do (but she is a receptionist doing a surgery?) When I asked about the appointment, she said it will be at least in 2 weeks, I asked again about the other newly registered patient's appointment which she booked for the next day she started giving me wishy washy answers. As I already had taken time off from work for this I wanted to get the registration done today so I offered if I can come back later on to see if she is free (or still doing surgery) she said yeah you can come back to see if we are free to register you today. A few friends of mine warned me about this clinic that people here prefer to be very friendly towards certain race but not with the others... After I left the clinic someone from the clinic called me to complete my registration and said the earliest appointment they can give me is on 9th of December (in nearly 4 weeks!) I asked, your other colleagues said the earliest appointment would be in 2 weeks so why do I have to wait for a month for it, again they gave me a wishy washy answer, they said if you want early appointment you have to call us every day and chase them to see if theres any cancellation. Now I am thinking do I really want to be seen by these people? anyway Dear "mydentist Patient Support Team" when/if you reply to my feedback, you already have my contact details in your system, you can contact me anytime if you wish to discuss my very (un)pleasant experience at your clinic.

Negative experience: Disappointed with the service my dad has received. They’ve been charging him for services but also claiming from the nhs resulting in him getting fines of £150+ treatment costs (costs he’s already paid). He’s contacted them multiple times over the months since April, his emails have been sat ignored. Over the phone receptionist said two months ago she would query and sort it as she could see he had paid but said it is apparently standard from them to claim off the nhs too? Sounds dodgy and we will be contacting General dental council about this because it cannot be correct. NHS meanwhile are adding surcharges to said fine because of their inability to sort out their error. So much admin created for no reason. Honestly, avoid! The dental work is sub par too

Fantastic experience: I had a huge phobia of the dentist and it got so bad that I hadn’t gone to a dentist in about 8 years. My dental pain got so bad and my mother recommended me to join MyDentist, and encouraged me to see Anisa and Sarah. I will forever be grateful to these two lovely ladies who have completely cured my phobia and I now look forward to attending my appointments. I’m no longer nervous and my teeth are in the best condition they’ve ever been in. Anisa has always made me feel comfortable, and has always numbed me enough so I’m not in discomfort. She’s a kind and understanding lady who will not judge you. Sarah is also an amazing assistant and has such maternal vibes. She’s even offered to hold my hand if I get too nervous. Sarah is a lovely, kind lady. I always know I’m in good hands with Anisa & Sarah, and they’re the best dental duo I’ve ever been treated by. I cannot thank them enough for improving my teeth and curing my phobia!

Negative experience: I had a really frustrating experience with this practice. I arrived for my 12:45 appointment at 12:30, only to find a sign on the door stating they were closed until 1:45. The door was locked, and I couldn’t enter the building. When I called the reception, they rudely claimed that they had opened at 12:45 and blamed me for missing my appointment. They even said they wouldn’t accept me and I’d have to reschedule. It was ridiculous—they expected me to stand outside and keep trying to enter, even though they had a clear notice saying they were closed until 1:45. The lack of communication and rudeness from the staff was incredibly unprofessiona

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and wasn’t looking forward to my appointment. I normally have to have sedation or lots pain relief, so when my Dentist, Dr Alberto Barcha and the Dental Nurse, Anne, said I didn’t need any of the above and promised it would not hurt, I trusted them. Negative experience: I have had really bad experiences here, but I ve been only to one doctor here so can only speak about my experience with her. May not be the same with the other doctors. Dentist Neha Dogra is dismissive at best, complains about co-workers and complained about how difficult my tooth was. Literally sulked about it and seemed to be in a state of exasperation and annoyance. Made no attempt to put me at ease. This is for a filling that cost 200 pounds. Then she messed up this tooth filling, leaving me in pain even after it had been done. Then I had to wait a whole full month for a refilling, while in pain. Generally, she wants you to leave as soon as possible, has never given me any advice on aftercare, and you just know that your welfare is the least of her concerns. Another time, she persuaded me to come in for a full tooth checkup saying that it will help her understand more about another complicated and painful root canal tooth. Did the check-up, and I reminded her about this particular tooth and asked how it's condition is. She looked annoyed, looked me full in the face, shrugged and said 'I don't know'. I was in quite some pain, I asked if there is an infection, do I need to get it done immediately, she did the same shrugging, turned away, started doing some paperwork. Of course she made me book the checkup on a false pretext, did her rudimentary checkup completely ignoring this tooth, they ve got my money for it, and the priority there seems to be to fill up the paperwork and make an impression with the clinic. One of the most humiliating experiences of my life. And I still don't know how my tooth is.

Fantastic experience: I went for extraction of 2 teeth and I was very nervous but the team was amazing and the whole procedure took no more than 10 minutes in total. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the surgeon but he was extremely kind and patient. He answered all my questions and gave me much needed reassurance. Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction that I was very nervous for. Fahad and Sarah helped me feel at ease and explained exactly what would be happening. Despite managing to faint post-extraction (due to my anxiety), the staff were really understanding and took good care of me, particularly Sarah who kept checking in while I was recovering. Negative experience: Terrible experience. Waited an hour over the scheduled appointment time while reception staff and multiple dentists laughed and giggled about what they wanted to order for lunch. Absolutely ridiculous the amount of time waiting with all the free staff walking around doing absolutely nothing. Just standing at the reception desk talking about absolute rubbish. Absolutely no respect for patients. Would happy charge if 10 minutes late but easily leave us waiting in the waiting area for hours after our scheduled appointment.

Fantastic experience: My mother came here for a tooth extraction. She had been very anxious but the dental surgeon put her at total ease and within seconds the job was done. All the staff have been extremely friendly and she is very happy with the practice.

Fantastic experience: I take my little girl there with bad face and they take her as new customer and see her within an hour the dentist who saw here said right to hospital now and she has been in 2 days she is coming home now if he had not sent her to hospital my little girl would have got blood poissen and could have been fatal so thank you too all the staff there you could not off been a better help than you where

Fantastic experience: We recently joined the practice and have been really impressed with the care we have received there so far. Anisa was kind and friendly and managed to encourage my nervous/stubborn 3 year old to have her checkup (no mean feat!) and was great with both our children. All the dental treatment I have had so far has been done carefully and gently - thank you!

Fantastic experience: The team here at ‘my dentist’ is absolutely amazing my mum came for her tooth extraction and she was quite nervous. They addressed all her concerns and made her very comfortable for the procedure talking through with her. The dental nurse Sarah was very professional and very helpful and the dentist Dr Yvonna was very skilled and extremely good at her work. Cannot fault service here a true example of excellence in patient care and service

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentistry, it is affordable and the nurses and doctors are amazing. Specially the nurse Sarah- no surprise she has got an award as a Nurse of the year- she is so nice, supportive, she was encouraging me when I had treatments down and I felt so much better and you can see that she loves her job. Also Farhad- the surgeon who took out my wisdom tooth- it was absolutely painless and I felt no pain even after it was done- I was nicely surprised, he is not just a surgeon, he is an artist. Today, I had a dental hygiene treatment with Mrs. Khalda Hasan and she was amazing, very knowledgeable about gum diseases, gave me good tips and peace of mind. Ut did not hurt like in the past dental hygiene treatment. I visited other dentists in the past, when I had to get an emergency appointment and they were good but I always come back here. Thank you all, for all the great job you are doing!

Fantastic experience: I have attended my dentist Ewell road since Covid restrictions were lifted and I have found the staff and the dentist very supportive and friendly. I had in the past a few dentist that were not as kind and that made me a little bit nervous going to the dentist. But this one has been a great find for me. The reception staff are really helpful not just to me but I have observed them with others as well. The dentist herself is just so kind. Thank you

Negative experience: The most unhelpful staff, I’ve ever spoken to in my life, Lied about situations to cover their own mistakes. I Would not put my health in their hands Continually contradicting with information, and When questioned, they don’t know what to do accuse you of being rude so that They have a get out clause and can put the phone down on you. Not helping an already very stressful situation I would strongly suggest going elsewhere . If I could’ve given a low score, I would have The triangle Kingston is excellent , very friendly and help

Fantastic experience: Was referred by my usual branch for an emergency extraction of a tooth that may break. I am a nervous patient and to put into context the worst part of the treatment was the drive there. Practice was easy to find, great to have parking on site too. The receptionist were welcoming. The dentist & nurse were amazing. Im just a referral so could have been cold and dismissive but this was not the case. From the moment Sarah came to collect me & introduce me to my dentist i couldnt have been made more welcome and calm. The extraction was uneventful so much so when it was complete i thought the dentist would start drilling! Such an easy and calm appointment i would be more than happy to be referred here again. Far far better than i expected and i would be happy to be sent over for treatment again. Thank you for being so kind.

Fantastic experience: No-one likes having to have dentistry done but the team at mydentist made my tooth extraction a lot better than it could have been! Yvonna & Amy were fantastic and got the tooth out quicker than you could say, "Make sure you brush twice a day!" and I have to give a massive thank you to Sarah who, upon hearing me say I felt a bit lightheaded, took care of me and reassured me massively. Thank you to all of you! P.S: As soon as my mouth has healed I'll be trying Nutella on toast with banana!

Fantastic experience: Amazing!!! I have a terrible fear of the dentist & haven't been for years. I was crying and so anxious however the dentist and the dental assistant were so kind, reassuring, caring & non judgemental that I was instantly put at ease ❤️ Both were firm but in a really nice way.
