Fantastic experience: Well run caring practice

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this Practice and more specifically Dr Krishan Mistry and team by a friend with the most amazing teeth! I booked a consultation and went through the Invisalign process with Krish and team and my teeth now look absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be happier. The whole team at west parade dental care are always friendly, helpful and make everything so easy. Nothing was ever an issue at all and they always are accommodating. Special shout out to Kirsty who has been nothing but amazing throughout my whole process from start to finish and who really is brilliant. I would whole heartedly recommend this practice to anyone and do not have a bad word to say at all! I am now frequently being stopped and asked where I have been to for my teeth and I am always singing the praises of Krish who has worked absolute magic on my smile and has really improved my confidence. Krish, Kirsty, Emma and Hayley are all stars and couldn’t speak highly enough of them all

Positive experience: I had a really good experience with them previously when I needed emergency tooth removal, but today the receptionist was extremely rude when I called for an emergency appointment. I guess it just depends who you get :/

The dentist who's name I forgot was very caring and professional.she informed me about everything,made sure I was comfortable and also made a plan to sort my remaining teeth. the nurse was also amazing and caring. Negative experience: Have spent a lot of money with this dentist and scared to go back now, unfortunately. The bedside practice is great. Lots of emphasis on expensive xrays but not the actual treatment I needed, then I needed a denture. That literally does not fit at all. The 2 people making the mould, really did not seen to know what they was doing.. Cost me £500 upwards for that really gave me ptsd

However with their patience, guidance, interest, care and support it made a difficult decision one that was less daunting and something that has truly been an investment in my health and happiness. Fantastic experience: Updated: Excellent practice, same day emergency appointments, NHS rates, no daft insurance schemes (assuming you can get in I guess). Dr Wilson is amazing; he's been looking after our family teeth for 10 years now, including a miraculous repair of a chipped front tooth that I thought I'd have to live with. Good as new within 10 minutes and just £24 (I think the current rate is £75). The only issue can be parking; the carpark is small and quite limited in space. If you're okay with a walk, carry on down West Parade, heading west and check all the parking signs (most are permit only during the day but you'll find some areas where you can park for 2 hours about 5 minutes walk away) - leave car park to those who need it.

He knows my feelings and anxiety and explains every detail enough to have me at ease with anything and everything thing he does for treatment and check ups. If I'd of had him way before that my teeth wouldn't be anywhere near the condition (STATE) That he had to deal with. His assistant is as perfect as he is, can't praise my dental team enough. I was so surprised to get a call back so quickly and I was booked in. I was nervous to say the least, but as soon as I arrived it was welcoming, and every single staff member made me feel at ease. It was fantastic. Safe to say I will be registering this week. And I will now look forward to seeing a dentist again.

Fantastic experience: I am an NHS patient at this practice. Sunday evening, I lost part of a tooth/filling. Monday morning, I telephoned reception, and was told to await a call back from the 'triage' dentist. One hour later, the dentist called and (having discussed the problem) offered me an appointment in an hour's time. One hour later, I was at the surgery, and 30 minutes after that walked out with a new filling in place. Could not possibly ask for better service and dental care - especially in these Covid times. All Covid-related procedures were immaculately carried out - instilling complete confidence. Hugely grateful to all involved in this most caring and professional organisation.

Fantastic experience: The Reception staff are always cheerful and helpful. Booking in, telephone advice and appointments are always easy. Practice is spotlessly clean, uncluttered and comfortable. Both dentist and hygienist as are all the staff are friendly professional and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my own dentist for some specialised treatment. My visit here has been a positive one and I was made very welcome. Reception staff very pleasant and Dr Sanghi is very professional and reassuring. I have one more visit and overall I can say that for me I have been more than happy with my referral. The only thing I would say is that parking is definitely hit or miss and limited and the location doesn't allow for you to always park near by so allow yourself plenty of time for your appointment just in case parking on site is unavailable.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing some dental pain and called the practice to see if it might be possible to see someone in the next few days. I was asked if I lived near and could attend within 45 minutes - fortunately I could and I’m really grateful for this. I appreciate that situation will not always be possible but was impressed with the responsiveness of the reception team and the following support provided by Dr Harriet Soul and her assistant.
