Negative experience: Dr Taran was great but sadly he’s moved on. I had a v poor experience with Surjit stating my incomplete crown treatment would stop, meaning I would have to find another dentist midway through treatment. This caused me substantial anxiety. All because she and her Principal were trying to refuse to honour Dr Taran’s prices which I received in writing prior to commencing treatment, whilst also expressly stating I could pay by finance. When I complained it took multiple back and forth messages, with me only getting an apology once I said I would pursue my complaint with the GDC regulator. Now I’m waiting for Dr Taran to complete the treatment and the Surgery’s most recent practice is to give me one date at one time and then say, that’s all we have: take it or leave it. Poor customer service.

Negative experience: Got a filling done here a year ago, on a ‘cavity’ that was causing 0 pain whatsoever. As she was drilling to fill the tooth, she drilled too deep and it hurt a lot. She then filled it and when I brought it up once they were out of mouth she brushed it off and said it will be fine. The filling was clearly applied incorrectly, it has felt loose and caused pain ever since - it wasn’t even painful to begin with. I came back to get it checked a month or so after getting it done as it was causing pain when I ate or drank, and I was just lied to by another dentist saying it looks fine and theres nothing they can do, saying it was all in my head pretty much. Avoid getting dental work done here, not professional, i assume fillings are pretty basic to do. i’ll probably have pain for a long time now as it was drilled so deep and carelessly. Couldn’t imagine getting more serious work here. I got this treatment done by Roshni. She was helpful in trying to get referred for a tooth removed - but the pain I’ll likely have forever for this tooth when I paid a lot is very disappointing.

Had my Invisalign done there initially - Bob was very knowledgable and supportive throughout the whole process. Have been going back ever since for regular checkups and Hygienist appointments with Surjit who is incredibly friendly and thorough in her work, leaving me with spotless teeth every time. Reception are always helpful too.

Negative experience: Wrongfully have listed themselves on NHS services to have NHS spaces available. When I informed them of this they said that it doesn't matter and had little if not no regard for people who would look to the NHS website for a number. Trying to con people into paying their private prices by listing themselves on the NHS website

Positive experience: I have been coming here for many many years. So obviously very happy. However, recent few visits, prices have gone up quite significantly. I do understand you have to increase costs but the issue is that I am never told of the price when booking my appointment so when I come to pay, I get quite a shock that it’s gone up a few pounds every time. I have no problem with paying the amount but it would be nice to know what I’m paying in advance. Please can you change your system so prices are clearly stated on your booking confirmations.

Fantastic experience: I saw Chloe today for a hygienist appointment. Her manner was so friendly and kind and she created an open environment where I felt comfortable asking any questions. She constantly checked in whilst performing the clean to ensure I wasn't in any pain/discomfort and made me feel at ease all at times. I could not recommend her enough!!!

Positive experience: I recently had a rather difficult crown fitted by Aisha Patel. She was thorough and patient and was determined to achieve a good result. I gave 4 stars as I had seen a different practitioner while Aisha was on maternity leave. I was advised that there was insufficient tooth for a crown and I would need an implant. More than three times the price! Aisha deserves 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist practise for two years to do my Invisalign and I wish I had a before image of my teeth. Doctor Bob is the greatest! I recommend him to everyone!!!! He’s transformed my mouth and honestly I know it’s cliche but I’m always smiling. I just got my permanent retainers wires to help keep my gap closed and the process was pretty easy. Bob and his assistance are always gently and precise. I am still bleaching my teeth but wanted to show my results :) I’m over the moon!!!!! For the first time in my life I don’t have a 4mm gap in the middle of my mouth and my jaw line is more pronounced. Best decision I’ve made :) I also would like to say the practice in a whole is pretty amazing! The staff are so friendly at the front desk and they always have a smile. When I can’t make an appointment or my dog ate one of my retainers they got me another one a few days after. All I had to do was text the watsapp number :)

There was no delay in my appointment but I was kept up to date on how long it would be before we were taken in. Both my young daughters and I had appointments with Dr Roshni Patel, who was very knowledgeable, professional and reassuring throughout. Dr Roshni found an issue with one of my teeth which was treated successfully without any discomfort. Thank you to all the staff. We will be visiting again for our next check ups.

Negative experience: I went for a filling of a couple of teeth. I got an appointment with Arti Patel. Arti was very polite and will be a great fit as a customer service professional. But for any dental needs, please look elsewhere. All the fillings came out within three days of the procedure. It has never been so bad. This was my third attempt at this center. They only seem to be focused on Invisalign and making money. It is not worth any consideration for NHS procedures.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental practice for over 10 years and always find the staff so friendly and professional. The receptionist are always so helpful. All the dentists are excellent and take the time to explain all my treatments to me. I see the hygienist every 6 months and never struggle to get an appointment. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Negative experience: After 9 years of being a customer, one day I turned up late for my appointment. I said “I am sorry, I am late” The immediate response was “ you are not late, you have completely missed it” and carried on preaching me like a little child who made a huge and unforgivable naughty mistake and demanded a no-show charge of £34.50. I was wondering if I forgot about my appointment why did I actually bother to turn up. Additionally, I was a customer, but the tone being used toward me was utterly ridiculous and no respect so whatever as a customer. It was clearly shown that they didn’t care and didn’t want me as a customer. I could easily refuse to pay based on the fact that I have never been informed about the no-show charge. In fact, I have never heard a word about a no-show charge in past 9 years, so they just do whatever they feel like. Apparently, I was stupid enough to turn up to be preached and charged!

Fantastic experience: Really happy with the dental service here. An autistic person I find the dentist extremely challenging, the medical smells, the horrible lighting, close contact waiting room... However, the staff are generally very accommodating. Both my hygienist and my dentist provide reasonable adjustments to make these appointments bearable.

I can only speak for the Dentist I’ve been seeing …but Dr Arti Patel is not only an exceptionally Professional, talented Dentist,who has gone the extra yard for me at every turn ,But is also an absolutely wonderful person Who is been my privileged to get to know a little bit over the last few months, if I could give this practice a six star review……I would!!!

Atri explained everything she was doing and made sure they felt safe and comfortable, keeping the atmosphere light and fun. We also had a confusion with our appointments which Beatrice and Andreea at reception helped sort out by booking new appointments, all done with understanding and a smile to top it off :) Well recommended
