Fantastic experience: After a bad experience many years ago, I’m always very anxious before appointments, but my visit to the dentist was very good. The first time my gums have ever been numbed before the anesthetic and barely felt any discomfort. The dentist was very good, reassuring and kind. Highly recommend, all staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Had to get an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. Was seen in 24hrs. Might have been sooner if I was in any kind of pain. But was very happy to be seen so quickly. The dentist who fixed me was Toby. He was most understanding with a patient with a dental phobia and allergic to dental pain.

Negative experience: Awful service, I visited today with my husband to see the hygienist for a scale and Polish costing £83 each... I checked in and went to the upstairs waiting room where I sat briefly for 3/4 mins before being called in, I sat in the chair to be told "we will do the best we can with the time we have left" I replied "sorry what do you mean" hygienist says "your late for your appointment" I check my watch and say "what time was my appointment then?" She says "9.45" I say "it's 9.47" she says "no its 9.51" I say laying down now "not by my watch" she says "check your phone" (im lying down) ok I think to myself... so 7 minutes later she tells me "you can sit up now. it's the hard part going downstairs and paying, and that it is £83"... "ok, I say." I go out to my husband in the waiting room and check my phone and then I check his phone and both are the same time as my watch... I then leave and check my watch against my car clock and surprise surprise, It's the same time as my watch... meanwhile my husband has his scale and Polish...'9 minutes worth' and he was definitely on timr, and another £83... that's between the two of us pretty much £10 a minute!!!! To be rudely spoken to by someone who clearly earns far too much for the bad service she provides!!! Disgusting!!!

Fantastic experience: Who would have thought going to the dentist was a pleasant experience? Well Brecon Dental Care have done just that. Their new premises have been renovated to a very high standard with so much attention to detail. Ultramodern surgeries in a beautiful old building. The old stairs may seem a bit daunting but just request the downstairs surgery if you need it. Our check up was swiftly followed by our treatment appointment. You can get the paperwork out of the way electronically before you arrive and they send a few reminders of your appointment date. Well done for restoring my faith in our dental service.

Fantastic experience: I’m very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy extended by everyone at Brecon Dental Practice. I don’t like the stairs to get to the consulting rooms. We were relieved to see such a competent and well equipped Dental Practice after our experiences with the previous local dentist which sold up. I won’t say I look forward to my next visit (I don’t enjoy being in the chair) but I am confident that I am in very good hands.

Fantastic experience: My dentist Toby talked to me regarding the proposed treatment , checked with me often to ask how I was fairing. This lessened any anxiety and was much appreciated. I have seen Toby about 3 times now and I'm at ease by his professional manner and 'bedside manner' Extraction site is healing well post treatment

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment on Tuesday 10th June, Massive 1.5ml hole from a chip in my tooth dislodging next to my front right tooth - painfully and an eye sore! Was really worried about it (getting married in 2 months). The ladies were incredible, explained the tooth could be saved with a filling - again really worried how this would look but my fears were unfounded! The tooth looks better than it has in years, the filling looks so natural! Fantastic service

Positive experience: A much less stressful experience than in the past. Staff were friendly and efficient, the treatment was relatively painless, and seemed to be carried out without any delays.

Fantastic experience: Popped in for an emergency appointment and ended up signing up for private care - felt a very expensive 5 mins but in the long run - the staff are friendly/ helpful and make you feel welcome. So far I have to give them 5 stars on customer service and support. The importance is feeling comfortable in these environments and I will state they do that. Look forward to the future treatment and start to fix these damage teeth.

Fantastic experience: I'm away on holiday and tried for 24 hours to find a dentist in my emergency no help from 111 so walked around Brecon and found this dentist I walked in and asked for help and I have to say that is exactly what they did , the staff were all very helpful and after an xray Nd examination I came away with a prescription for my absess. I would definately recommend them to all in kneed.

Fantastic experience: I am a very satisfied customer. No one wants to suddenly need treatment, but this has just happened to me. I was given a prompt appointment with my usual dentist, who was sensitive to my urgent need for two extractions, and did the work immediately. This could have been a very unpleasant experience, but my dentist and his assistant made me very comfortable, and I was amazed at how quickly and painlessly the work was completed. Highly recommended!
