Today, I was also shown via a mirror how to more properly clean my very inaccessible "sland two teeth" in the lower right corner of my mouth. They work as a very well-versed team. Fantastic experience: Today was my first hygienist appointment in nearly seven years, after a previous painful appointment elsewhere made me too scared to go back to a dentist. Today I was with Olivia and she was honestly fantastic. Caring, , educating without being patronising, reassuring and caused minimal pain. I was hoping to start my cosmetic work, but my gums aren’t good enough yet. Rather than waiting three months for another clean, she’s offered to get me back in six weeks. Superstar, can’t believe I’ve spent all day stressing.

Fantastic experience: If you're thinking of going private treatment, highly recommend this practice. Being using since 2020, like many have some dental anxiety but they will deliver the treatments and prevention professionally and in a sympathetic way. Can't speak highly enough of Hygienist Katie and Dentist Harneeta. But all staff are superb and the communications setup with appointments makes it easy to keep on top of my dental health.

Fantastic experience: I went to see my hygienist today and whilst I can’t describe it as my favourite thing experience, I was made to feel very comfortable and with the warm water it is t painful at all. For the first time I had a lip guard that was amazing and prevented the dry chafing lips you can sometimes get. I feel it’s put me back on track with flossing and thinking about more than just brushing my teeth twice a day. I also got top tips on how to floss, which size brushes I need for interdental cleaning and a reminder not to run water over the toothpaste on my brush - not needed!! Thank you for making it pleasant xx

Fantastic experience: Completely different visit from my first experience at this dentist, greeted in reception with a smile, receptionist was friendly and helpful, she followed up an enquiry and called me back the same day. my appointment was with Stewart who was professional yet friendly, i felt he was genuine and proceeded with the treatment i had attended for where as at my previous appointment the dentist i saw, had whipped up a £600 plus dental treatment plan practically before i had left the treatment room! Glad i persevered and sort treatment from a different dentist, who could see me after 4pm. Pleased with my experience.

Fantastic experience: Having been told I needed my first filling after my free consultation appointment, I was quite apprehensive as to how this would go. Today I had my treatment completed by Henal Shah, who was nothing but reassuring from my first visit to the practice to when I left treated. The procedure of the filling was not what I expected, it was quick, pain free and very comfortable. 5 hours later (after the procedure) I have experienced 0 pain. As someone who has put off going to the dentist for quite some time, it is nice to have found somewhere that is friendly and comfortable

The hygienist will not not stop until our teeth are carefully and individually cleaned and that you understand the after care. The dentist always asks if you are OK which these days means a lot. My family have been with the same Dentist for 21 years now and we'll stick with them - a professional and trusting team and our kids have grown up only with this team.

Fantastic experience: A huge THANK YOU to Jeetinder and his amazing team. I had a complex Root Canal Treatment carried out on my molar tooth. I would highly recommend him for his expertise and being such a caring professional. He explained everything to me beforehand and as he worked on my tooth which totally put me at ease. Loads of state of the art equipment, a very reassuring manner and completely effective anaesthetic allowed me to feel completely relaxed during the procedure. Great, friendly service from all staff. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Went for a check up appointment today 19Aug due to gums pain while eating. I arrived on time and I had to wait over 15 minutes to be seen by the dentist. I sat on the dentist chair for less than 2 minutes, Dr. Henal Shah only used some cold air on the side of my gum and only looked at 2 of my teeth and told me I have 2 small caries which require fixing and that was all, the appointment finished there. She did not told me absolutely anything, did not bother to do a full check up, did not even looked at my wisdom teeth even though the hygienist told me on my last appointment that it will require to be removed and that it’s a possible cause of my inflammation. Dr Shah told me my wisdom teeth is perfectly fine without even looking at it or checking for any signs of infection. She told me I will be charged £75 for 2 minutes of checks and without even helping with my problem. I asked at reception the reason behind the payment while I received 0 help from the dentist. Then they took me back in the dentist room while Dr Shah raised her voice at me and telling me I have to pay for her time and I am not welcome to ever come back to the clinic. Her attitude was very unprofessional and rude. I will definitely not return to this clinic. I would suggest everyone to avoid this “Doctor”.

Positive experience: I found booking at Styvechale Dental Care easy and straight forward. Normally I am an NHS person but as they had an initial consultation free offer I thought I'd compare prices and see if it was reasonable to my surprise the prices quoted were not far off NHS prices so I thought I'd book in. Dental surgeon was great explaining things as they went along however when I received my bill I was charged £50 for an xray after being quoted £18 over the phone, the explanation was "it was required" but when asked why I was attending explaining I had pain on one side and believed it to be an infection. Hence the 3 stars....

Positive experience: I had a clean and polish which was very thorough and I am extremely pleased with the work done. Kate took her time and did a really thorough clean.. I have to say that I thought £90 was a rather excessive price. It seems to have increased a lot since my last appointment.

I was dealt with initially very rapidly and then the process was very well thought out and not rushed to ensure everything would go successfully. I can highly recommend Styvechale Dental Care. The staff are caring and professional. I have my dental treatment from my wonderful dentist, Kate. I recently had a new treatment from Nea, (Dental Hygienist). I am extremely impressed with this GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) my teeth and mouth feel so clean and stains were removed from my teeth so effectively. This was a new experience that I would highly recommend. On a practical note, I live quite a distance from the surgery, but the staff are very accommodating when I have to change appointments due to travel constraints. Fantastic experience: I thought I was going for a root canal treatment but it turned out the tooth wasn’t in a good enough condition and it was extracted. The dentist was kind and gentle. I’m someone who feels quite nervous of visiting the dentist usually. The procedure was well explained and he checked I was doing ok regularly throughout. I could have had this done at my usual NHS dentist but it was a tricky procedure and I’m glad I had it done here.
