Negative experience: Took my daughter to have braces but after 4 yo 5 visits , they said she doesn’t need braces. It was waste of time and energy. Highly disappointed

Fantastic experience: Had an extraction done by a young lady and I think her name was Hyan Pung. No pain whatsoever, this is as good as it gets. Hopefully I won’t be seeing her for quite some time, but if and when I do, I know it will be a good experience, at least as good as going to the dentist can be. I can recommend her enough.

Negative experience: I received an NHS treatment at this clinic multiple times,and my dentist has always been nice and friendly,she’s a fantastic human being. But unfortunately,her work always left me disappointed. I am originally from Ukraine and I only return to my country once a year,so I try to have all the dental work done in England. However,literally nothing she did was done correctly,I had to pay hundreds of pounds to get it redone in Ukraine. Luckily,the case with a composite filling that came off twice(!) was solved and Ukrainian dentists did manage to save my tooth. However,with my current case,things are much worse than ever. I was in tremendous pain because decay progressed under the filling on one of my teeth,touching the nerve,so I needed a root canal work done. My dentist said she did it all and my tooth was fully prepared for a crown. However,now that I am in Ukraine and had multiple checkups,it turned out she did not do the work properly,plus the tooth was not prepared at all. I cannot afford another root canal and have to just order a crown and hope for the best. I risk losing my tooth. I understand that the NHS treatment is not supposed to be top tier,but this is just awful,you guys made me cry upd: the root canal got infected less than six months after it was done,therefore had to lower the rating to 1 star

Fantastic experience: We were so impressed with your dementia friendly service from start to finish. We were found a quiet spot away from the busy waiting room. My mother was treated with huge respect and kindness and despite being totally blind and having anxiety and Alzheimer’s Disease, she enjoyed the whole experience which caused her no distress at all. The dentist and his whole team put my mother as the patient first and spoke clearly and calmly throughout the process to reassure her

Negative experience: What disgusting service by not only the receptionist, but the current acting manager. We had to get solicitors involved regarding my daughter’s treatment and even then, the manager has treated us with no respect. I would not recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Ewan Cambell is the dentist I travel 60 miles to see, and as far as I am concerned he is the best practitioner I, my ex-wife, her family, and my mother have ever seen. The list of compliments is way too long to go into here. Suffice it to say we all feel very privileged to have had his professional service over the years and hope that he enjoys a very well deserved retirement which for some of us at least will come slightly too soon. Negative experience: Absolutely appalling place. I COULD NOT ADVISE YOU ENOUGH TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED DENTAL PRACTICE! Their staff persistently call you to ask you to go in earlier for your appointment so staff can go home early. The SO CALLED manager helen has no respect at all for patients privacy. Very unprofessional. I’ve rated it ONE star because I’ve had to but I certainly wouldn’t even give them that. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
