Fantastic experience: My dentist is the best I've ever had since leaving the military. She's taken the fear out of any treatment I've had or am due. The reception staff are always professional, welcoming and friendly. I never expected such good service from an NHS dental practice. Well done 8to8 Forres.

Transformed my life confidence, smiling, eating everything now this is pics from recent holiday to new york mid to late September 2025 plus tours i did from there to Washington dc and marthas vineyard the jaws movie tour etc and a couple of paris ones thrown in here from July too looking happy right well thanks especially to the lovely iona!

Positive experience: Unfortunately I was taken quite late. The NHS now only allows for one annual check which is really disappointing. The check itself is a lot less thorough than it used to be. Although the dentist himself is fine the service now offered is disappointing

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. Had a problem with inside of mouth...Mr Glass knew immediately the problem despite ENT consultants and Gps not knowing. Problem fixed in 24 hours. I'm hugely grateful!

Fantastic experience: I can't fault 8to8. I have been in both practices in Buckie and Forres and both of them are welcoming, professional but at the same time have a personal touch. As far as the dental work I have had done - it cannot be faulted.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient I have always found the clerical staff, dental nurses a great help in helping me. The staff are very kind, helpful, friendly. My Dentist Mr Glass is very patient and understanding he always manages to put me at ease I would not go to anyone else in the practice other than him. The premises is always clean, and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Great service from a great dentist. I see Ken Glass at the practice and I am always nervous, who likes the dentist right! However he always makes me feel so safe and cared for. He explains what he is doing and I never feel any pain, even if he has had to do some considerable work, like a root canal. Hey it can't be bad, because I am going back when I don't have to, to have my teeth whitened. That's the other thing, they make you want to look after you teeth and want to smile...well Mr Glass does certainly. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to 8to8 for an emergency appt through the dental advice line. My wisdom tooth had become infected an was removed then and there. The idea made me very nervous but Mr Glass was calm and very assured. The process was completely painless and I was amazed! I am now a patient of this practice

Positive experience: The treatment was quick and painless. What more to ask for. No drama, just good old-fashioned service from the dentist, and must not forget the assistant who was busy sucking the water from my mouth/throat. A big thank you to both of you.

Negative experience: Aggressive, rude staff from Andrea on reception to the dentists Lillian and Ken. Extremely incompetent with any aesthetic procedures with misleading information provided to get your money and then terrible work put in including chipping my tooth. I question the qualifications of the dentists I saw so I will be checking with their boards and will be contacting the ombudsman. I would advise people to avoid this practice.

The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and efficient at their tasks. My dentist Lillian is also very pleasant and quite professional. I trust her with my oral care.

Fantastic experience: My arrival for my appointment was quickly acknowledged by reception staff. I then had only a short wait to see my dentist, Mr Glass. He filled my tooth with his usual caring and professional skill, leaving me with a pain-free experience and a sorted tooth. I also had my teeth cleaned whilst waiting for the local anaesthetic for the filling to take effect. Excellent service!
