Fantastic experience: Fantastic service! As an NHS patient who doesn't pay for treatment (&having moved from a v.bad dentist) I just hoped for better..what i got was a breath of fresh air!A really lovely lady dentist who couldn't do more for me&with appointments just a few weeks apart.I just wish I'd found them sooner! I hghly recommended them to anyone

Fantastic experience: Had to ask for an emergency appointment to treat my toothache. The reception staff were professional, very friendly and helpful. The dentist and dental nurse were also very kind and friendly too. My first visit to this practice and could not fault it.

Fantastic experience: Phoned and managed to get an emergency appointment,same day, (today) such a helpful and friendly receptionist. Was seen straight away with an appointment made for the following week. I'm a bit of a nervous patient but felt totally at ease. Can't thank them enough. Had to return again at short notice with an infection, seen immediately and given antibiotics. Excellent treatment. Just had three extractions and new plate fitted, Tom is a great dentist, felt at ease straight away and the work was done very very quickly. 22/8/25 Visited for check up today, appointment on time, full explanation of treatment to be done, lovely staff, feel very at ease. Highly recommended. 26/9/25 My annual extractions lol. Appointment on time, medical notes confirmed and again an explanation of treatment, two extractions, new denture fitted and all done in 15 mins. Such nice staff. Again highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Got an emergency appt as I had managed to break a tooth! I saw Samuel and Imran and they were both really lovely. Explaining everything that was going to happen and then giving me options as to what I could do going forward. I was quite nervous as was in pain but they put me at ease and everything went smoothly.

His dentist is amazing, thoroughly checking every tooth and ensuring his overall oral care is well looked after. The staff are all incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience… and text reminders best thing ever!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I booked NHS check up appointments at this dentist. It was a 4 month wait, but we were grateful just to find a local dentist accepting NHS patients! Upon arrival, we were called in very quickly and each had a thorough check up including xrays. The dentist then gave recommendations and next steps, with both the NHS and private options fully explained and costed. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and polite. Better still, after explaining to the dentist that I was deaf, she made a conscious effort to remove her face mask and sit in front of me to ask questions, meaning i could lip read without relying so much on my husband for help. This was massively appreciated!

Negative experience: Phone lines are rubbish can never get hold of anyone they say they close at a specific time. When I call it says the phone lines are busy but there is not an option to wait in a queue they might be a good practice but I have not in fact seen it yet as I am just trying to confirm my appointment

Fantastic experience: Dentist allowed us to bring our toddler in during our appointments to get her used to visiting, she was brilliant with her and welcoming and efficient with us. My only minor point for constructive feedback would be please introduce yourself when inviting us into the clinical room, as it’s our first visit to the practice we don’t know who you are!

Fantastic experience: I called in the morning as an emergency and non registered patient and was given an appointment the same day. I saw Tom today and have to say he was fantastic. I am an extremely nervous patient and haven’t visited the dentist for a number of years due to this, but Tom put me straight to ease. He was very patient and completely non judgemental. I already have my next appointment booked with him and feeling confident about further treatment.
