Negative experience: Had a filling done but still experience ongoing problems with the area. Spoke with the manager in regards to a braces consult and referral; was given very conflicting information (calling for clarification on referral process, teeth extraction, etc.) , manager was not allowing me to speak, kept cutting me off, was extremely rude, and essentially yelling at me on the phone. After saying that i was being told different things and calling multiple times confused, was told that the process is confusing, even to him despite him being the manager. No reassurance was provided. Staff within the practise have always been nice, no problems.

Fantastic experience: I had two teeth removed by Dr. Sukhjit Goraya, and she did an excellent job. The whole procedure was smooth and professional, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout. Monica assisted her, and together they were kind, supportive, and very reassuring. I really appreciate the care and attention I received, and I would highly recommend Dr. Goraya and her team.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this practice since I was a child and always had a positive experience. Not recently my long term dentist left and since then I have seen two others. I really need to mention Dr Sukhjit Goraya and her dental assistant who have been wonderful. I had a missing front tooth and most recently a bridge fitted, from the start of the process to the finish it's been smooth and easy. I am beyond happy with my final result and cannot thank Dr Goraya enough for being so kind and helpful. Herself and her assistant (apologies I cannot think of her name) made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout all my appointments, I am also 18 weeks pregnant so found the time and support really meaningful. I have always found reception extremely helpful also and this experience has definitely improved over the years. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Very good customer service My Dentist Ms Meera Patel proved as in all my visits to be extremely helpful and exceptionally good, for someone with my age that went through dozens of experiences with different dentist throughout all my years when I thought dentist care to patients are gone for ever! But to my surprise the young dentist Ms Patel proved me totally wrong! I can’t fault her for anything; professionalism, care and respect and honesty.

They make the short time you are with them comforting and support you through your dental journey. The reception staff are very helpful and respectful. I would deffo recommend My Dentist Hayes. Negative experience: I had a deeply frustrating experience at the dentist that left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and upset. I had previously seen Dr. S Goraya twice, but unfortunately, I didn't feel satisfied with my visits. For my next appointment (today), I specifically requested to be booked with a different dentist, which was agreed upon by the receptionist. However, when I arrived, I was shocked to find I had been booked with Dr. Goraya once again. I immediately expressed my surprise and confusion when I walked into the room. Dr. Goraya responded by asking, “You didn’t want to see me?” to which I replied, “Yes, I didn’t book with you.” Her response was, “That’s fine, thank you for wasting my time.” This was completely unprofessional and left me taken aback. I then attempted to explain why I didn’t want to see her again, but she was extremely rude and dismissive. After arguing with me for about five minutes, a dental assistant intervened and suggested she would check the other dentist’s availability to see if they could fit me in. We went downstairs to the reception area, and the receptionist managed to find a new appointment for Monday with the dentist I had originally requested. However, the situation took another frustrating turn when another colleague of Dr. Goraya’s interrupted, claiming that the dentist I wanted to see was only available for private appointments. I explained the situation to him, including how rude Dr. Goraya had been and I emphasized that I had the right to request another dentist. He refused to accommodate my request, raised his voice, and was exceedingly argumentative, which made the entire situation even more uncomfortable. The receptionist even had to step in and ask him to take the conversation back to his office. When I asked how I could file a complaint, he suggested that I send an email to him, which he would then forward to Dr. Goraya for her response. This made no sense to me—why was I supposed to report the issue to the same person I was complaining about? It felt like a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Overall, this experience was a complete waste of my time and left me feeling extremely upset. There was no proper customer service or complaints procedure in place. I do not wish to return to this practice and would strongly recommend others to consider their options carefully. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness I experienced was simply unacceptable.

Positive experience: Very disappointed with the experience, receptionists do not have a clue how to interact with people how to work in a public establishment. They are rude, they present problems and no solutions they also are unable to explain internal policies. In my case fair enough I was 5/10 min late for my appointment I can understand they work in a thigh schedule and they can't see me, although be unable to reschedule or providing a solution is unacceptable. Specially when they partner with NHS and I know that our money goes to this type of establishments, that makes me feel that my tax money is not well applied. Apart from my experience I have a little girl and a partner which have good experience with the doctors but they felt very similar regarding experience with the reception. Fortunately this situation was well addressed by the manager after the review so thumbs up to that.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is breath of fresh air I changed to this dentist about a year ago I've had the hygienist twice really great clean and as I can afford it I've been getting my fillings changed to white ones they my dentist Jane who has done an amazing job on this but what was the most amazing was my tooth cracked no fault of dentist 3 months after being treated I went back expecting to pay a big bill and was informed that as I had work done on that tooth it had a guarantee 4 1 year so no charge definitely recommend this dentist as in the real world not ripping off their patients I've also been lucky enough to have the same dental assistant the last 2 times who was amazing

Negative experience: I've been a patient with them for a couple of years, but I'm very disappointed with this dental practice now. The dentist has changed multiple times and service has gotten worse over the years. The reception staff honestly seem like they don't want to be there themselves. I'm never usually late, but was unfortunately ~10 minutes late to one appointment, due to a hectic work day and urgent work meeting that held me, and was denied the appointment. I understand they work on a tight schedule, but having to wait another 2 months for an appointment is a bit ridiculous as I also work around a busy schedule. As this is the last straw, I'll be looking to change dental practices and will not recommend this one to anyone. ------------------------ UPDATE: I was actually called by the practice a couple days after this review to discuss it (they were able to locate me as a patient, so the reply from them is false. I just don't like putting all my personal details online publicly). They rescheduled me to an earlier appointment which I was happy with so I decided to give them another chance. Needless to say, I was again extremely disappointed. I arrived a good 15 minutes early. But I then had to wait almost 20 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment time because they were running late? To put it bluntly, last time I was ~10 minutes late and was denied the appointment. This time, I was early, but had to wait on them because they were running late. And no, I wasn't going to reschedule again and wait another 2-3 weeks. The only good thing is that the dentist, Dr Meera Patel, was very friendly. So I will only be thanking them today. But I am leaving this as a 1-star review as a warning for others.

Fantastic experience: Great service, many different treatments available, office is very modern and tidy. Dr. Salama has been my dentist for over a year and I couldn't be happier - he always listens attentively, suggests options available and explains how treatments work or how they could help. I always have a lot of questions and he patiently answers all of them. Wish more doctors/dentists were like him.

Negative experience: I was a patient at this dental practice for many years. Initially, I was treated by an exceptional oriental dentist who made me feel valued and comfortable, explaining each procedure thoroughly. His talent even led to a reality TV show. However, after his departure, I had to see various practitioners, which was unsettling. The decline in service continued due to the rude and unwelcoming reception staff. Eventually, I switched to a wonderful dentist in Windsor, where the receptionist surpasses the previous staff. It's been a year since I left, and while the dentists were fine, the reception staff were dreadful.

Negative experience: !!VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! i had my Dentist appointment split in 2 sessions around Feb 2024 but I was asked to pay the amount in full of approx. £70. Dr Aram Mkhitaryan run the first session which made my mouth num. I started feeling some pain after the first visit which made me worry of the following treatment. My wife was due to give birth at the time the 2nd treatment was booked. I told the receptionist to inform the Dentist that I might not be able to attend the treatment appointment if I had to take my wife to hospital. The Dentist cancelled my whole treatment knowing i was occupied with my Mrs. I have been told that I will need to pay the full amount again to complete my treatment, if I was to continue. I think this is FRAUD! Do not use this Dentist in my opinion. I certainly won't. Go to Hayes Dental Clinic 87A Coldharbour Ln, Hayes UB3 3EF instead.

Negative experience: A Disheartening Experience: Inadequate Support from MyDentist My recent visit to this Dentist left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. After undergoing a routine filling procedure that resulted in severe swelling and infection in my mouth, I turned to the dentist for guidance and support. To my dismay, instead of addressing my concerns and providing reassurance, the dentist shockingly advised me to “look for another dentist.” This dismissive response not only failed to acknowledge their responsibility for the botched procedure but also left me feeling abandoned and helpless. As a patient seeking professional care, I expected empathy, accountability, and proactive measures to rectify the situation. However, the dentist’s callous remark only compounded my distress and heightened my distrust in their abilities. In the aftermath of this disappointing encounter, I am left grappling with both physical discomfort and emotional distress. I urge others to carefully consider their options before entrusting their dental care to MyDentist or seeking assistance in times of need.

Negative experience: Awful. They got rid of me and my family as parents because we couldn’t come during the pandemic. They said NHS was not priority and if we wanted to re-join (even though they never sent any letters or called etc to warn us they were planning to ditch us as patients) that we would need to do so as private patients. We can’t afford private dental care, like most NHS patients. Even when I was a patient - I kept going back with bleeding gums and the dentist kept saying that there was nothing wrong, he didn’t do anything, he’d look in my mouth, tell me it’s all good and send me on my way - and I was paying for it! Lord knows where they were trained?!? The whole place is a joke honestly. It’s a shame really because they’ve had a couple lovely receptionists that are overshadowed by the rubbish ones that couldn’t care less for their patients…well, the NHS ones anyway as we don’t make them as much money as the private ones hey.

Negative experience: My little daughter had an appointment this morning 09:20 when I get there with the little one the receptionist informed me that our appointment had been cancelled but lied to me that the made a call to my Mrs yesterday which is completely false. This place is a joke and know why we use it it’s the first time. Some times they took our names out of their computer and they tell as pls register again and when we go they say oh we are not excepting new patient. I felt this morning that I wasted my timegoing there.

Fantastic experience: I had always been petrified of going to a dentist that was until I was seen by Deepika who immediately made me feel so relaxed. Deepika explained everything that I needed doing and I sat in the chair completely relaxed while she carried out the procedure. I cannot praise Deepika highly enough and am so pleased that at last I have no fears going too a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Appointments are relatively easy to get. The staff are friendly and helpful. My dentist, Haran, and his technician are absolutely delightful. They talk you through everything, make sure you’re ok throughout and procedures and are friendly and engaging. You almost don’t feel like you’re at the dentist.

The dentist I see - sukhjit goraya, She gave me excellent advice, recommended a few things which I have acted upon. My teeth and especially my gums are now so much healthier and I can feel the difference.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sukhjit Goraya has looked after me for a number of years and I wouldn't trust anybody else. She is ultra professional, explaining any treatments i have needed, but always has a smile on her face to put you at ease and a caring manner. I know I am in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jasleen Kaur was very professional. She explained my X-ray result thoroughly and gave some advises for me to take care of my teeth. The procedure went well and she was very careful. The clinic is clean and organized. Definitely my new dental clinic in town.

Negative experience: I wanted to put 0 stars, I don't recommend it, I didn't show up for 2 appointments because I didn't have anyone to leave my children with, they took me out of the system, they said I'm no longer registered with them and a week ago I made an emergency appointment, they said that I had an appointment at 2:30 p.m. and when I got there they said that I wasn't scheduled and they were making fun of the patients

Negative experience: Absolutely disappointed , shocked and unacceptable behaviour of Dr. AYODEJI ODUNUGA . Worst ever Doctor in this Surgery. No regard for patient rights and or patient charter. Did not want to even listen to my view point but theirs.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Sukhjit Goraya for a while now and I’ve seen such an improvement in my teeth and gums! She’s always helping me out and giving me advice and I feel the benefits so much. I feel in safe hands every time I see her.

Negative experience: I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The staff here are extremely unprofessional and rude including the dentists. My experience with Dr Noorul Absar was horrendous. I have anxiety and I was treated horribly. They don't even recommend NHS treatment, they always list private costs straight away. I mentioned to the dentist to lower the chair slowly as I have arthritis, she was angry and hastily lowered the chair which caused a strain on my back and neck while saying I should find another dentist just because I expressed I was unhappy with treatment which apparently so according to this practice I shouldn't have done. Today I had a hygienist appointment and they made me wait 50 minutes. I wasn't even informed of the delay until 20 minutes had passed. After 40 minutes I decided to ask reception why there is a delay. All three of the receptionists were unprofessional and rude. Any patient would be frustrated having to wait 50 minutes without being informed and updated on what's going on. She accused me of being violent when all I asked was why there is a delay. One of them said "we have other things to do " and "how do we know where the dentist is". Why have three receptionists at the front desk when neither of them are doing their jobs properly or talking to patients in an appropriate manner. There is no point being a patient at this practice unless you are a private patient. The only thing they value is money rather than the patients interests.
