Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr Vishal Parmar and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. His bedside manner, knowledge of dentistry and general patience is excellent and he is a testament to the practice!

Fantastic experience: Dr Parmar is extremely helpful and sensitive in dealing with any dental work needed , talking through everything step by step for a dental plan that’s needed. The remedial work was very successful and thorough. He and the dental nurse made what is usually an anxious visit very relaxed and comfortable. Dr Parmar is a very good listener and gave me a range of options tailored for me.. From the minute you enter the surgery everyone is very, professional, friendly, caring and helpful, from the receptionist to the dentist and nurse. I would highly recommend this dental practice

Manisha, at reception, is always very welcoming and was amazing with my three young boys, putting them right at ease, when they visited the dentist. Since being with the practice, I have seen a couple of dentists. They have all been very professional, polite, knowledgeable and taken the time to explain what they are doing and any recommendations for future treatments where needed (including what it may entail and making speedy referrals etc). There have also been a couple of times I’ve needed an appointment at the last minute and they have gone above and beyond to fit me in. I would highly recommend them for both adults and families!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Dr Lachhani after my sister and mother received treatment from him and provided glowing reviews. As someone who has not been fond of going to the dentist in the past, I felt very much at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. Although I came in for just a cleaning, Dr Lachhani went above and beyond by conducting a courtesy review of the health of my mouth. The cleaning itself was smooth as the dentist and dental nurse took great care during the procedure, ensuring my comfort as well as the thoroughness of the clean.

Fantastic experience: After taking advice from various clinicians internationally regarding problems with my jaw, I set out to find a dentist close to my home. I was fortunate to come across Gerrards Cross Dentist and was referred internally to Dr Nidhi Parmar. After an initial consultation and examination she diagnosed TMJD and proposed a treatment plan involving wearing an occlusal splint. I found Dr Parmar to be incredibly kind, empathetic and highly professional in every aspect of her treatment. I feel a high degree of confidence in her specialist knowledge that I am finally addressing part of a complex condition that requires a multidisciplinary approach. Every part of my treatment was carefully explained to me and my experience as a patient has been flawless. This also includes the surgery more generally including an extremely effective and courteous reception team led by Manisha Parmar. The service at every step exudes professionalism and I have felt assured and confident that I’ve been carefully looked after and treated here. As a patient with some difficult issues to manage, I can confidently say that I feel I’m in good hands at this Dental Surgery.

The reception (Manisha) staff are always welcoming and communications regarding appointments are super efficient. My particular dentist is Dr Vishal Parmar, and he has been excellent -- patient, takes his time to explain all the steps in the process and has a lovely "bedside manner". Fantastic experience: This dentist clinic is so good. They are always quick to reply to emails and helpful when calling with an enquiry. I am using them for teeth alignment, and the dentist assigned to myself is so friendly, informative and helpful. Any questions I have, he is able to answer them immediately, due to his experience. As I am doing aligners through a third party, I expected the dentist to give me a whole list of things I didn’t actually need in order to increase the bill for me, but they didn’t. I even asked if an extra service was needed after my treatment (all of which would be done through themselves, giving them extra money) and he was honest and said no it wasn’t needed. Before each appointment, Dr Lachhani will make sure I know everything that will happen during the consultation, ask if I have any questions and ensure I leave knowing the next steps with a realistic timeline on the treatment plan. A really good, transparent and honest practise, I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dr Lachhani and everyone else at the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service! Highly recommend! I rang as the dentist was shutting and explained about my son (6) who was in a lot of pain with a suspected abscess. We were not clients of the surgery before this. They kindly stayed and saw him after hours and was so friendly and comforting, playing his favourite tv programs on the screens in waiting area and above the dentist chair, they made him feel so comfortable. After that experience I booked an appointment for myself with Dr Bahra, It was the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Dr Parmar! He is very knowledgeable and professional. I went in with lots of sensitivity in one part of my mouth. He put new filling without no pain and very quick. He explained the whole process from beginning till the end, also made sure that the new filling didn't affect my mouth guard. I had 7 teeth bonded with compound to correct very uneven teeth, Dr Lachhani was very kind, explained the whole procedure and how long it would take. When the treatment was completed he explained the after care, do’s and don’ts in a very clear and concise way. Both he and his whole team were extremely professional at all times. Fantastic experience: Dr. Shah has been our dentist for three years. She has a wonderful way with my kids. Her focus on education, and provides them with tips on oral hygiene that they could easily remember. She explains each step of the process in a way that was engaging and easy for my child to understand. Her gentle approach helps alleviate any anxiety, and my children always leave the appointment with a big smile! The staff was also fantastic— Manisha at reception is friendly and attentive; she makes sure we felt comfortable throughout the visit. Fantastic experience: I don’t have words to describe how professional knowledgeable is dr. Palmar. I had bad experiences at the dentist in Spain in the past, but since I met Dr Parmar things have changed. He did reassure me all the time during the whole process. He is very patient and sympathetic. I had facial pain due to 2 decays and he filled replacements, after that pain went away. He also did a premium teeth clean treatment which was fabulous and very quick! I highly recommend him.
