Fantastic experience: The dentist was lovely and gave me really good advice the facilities were brilliant and my son loved it all the staff was lovely and my teath have never looked better.

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally enjoy the hygienist part of my regular dental check ups but Maria and Rachel put me at ease and made it a very comfortable experience this time. They were excellent.

Fantastic experience: I had gone in for treatment with Maria and Rachel. Both were extremely lovely, friendly and very professional, immediately making me feel at ease. They consistently checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was okay. Thank you to you both and the lovely reception staff also who have been very helpful !

Negative experience: Disappointed with how silverwell is changing ,It is getting very difficult to get appointments with hygienist & dentist on the same day , and when we did the dentist decided to cancel no longer works on a Friday ; So now we have to travel into Bolton on two separate occasions just days apart to accommodate , not only at extra cost in time & travel to ourselves but any plans we had around these appointments have to be also moved . Not a great service especially when the appointments have to be made many months in advance . Didn’t use to be like this not too long ago.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here now for 3ish month. I've always been a very nervous patient, and avoided the dentist for years. The reception staff were very kind and compassionate, reassuring me through the sign up process. Dr Ibrahim and nurses have been amazing and I've never felt judged. I was very upset my first appointment but Dr Ibrahim made sure to take it slow explaining every step of the process, and even allowing me to see and feel the tools before using them. The nurses care was excellent, always reassuring and even giving me a stress ball to hold onto to try help my nerves. I've since had a few fillings with Dr Ibrahim, again always letting me know step by step what we're doing and what to expect. My filling today was a bit of a difficult one, but Dr Ibrahim and the lovely nurse were very reassuring, and made sure I was okay and did everything they could to ensure I wasn't in any pain or discomfort. I really appreciate all of the staff at Bupa Silverwell Street for giving me amazing care time after time, and giving me the confidence in being able to go to the dentist again. If you're a nervous patient I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have just come back from an appointment with Mr Ibrahim Patel at Silverwell Street Bolton. I had a lot of work done plus a wisdom tooth extraction. I was frightened at first but had amazing pain free treatment . Five star !!

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment with Ashak for a lost crown.My options were explained and discussed with no pressure to decide what I wanted to do. I was in the dental chair for almost 2 hours as it was a tricky procedure.Throughout Ashak and his lovely nurse were most attentive and professional..checking that I was pain free and explaining the progress. It was obvious that Ashak is most knowledgeable,enjoys and is dedicated to his profession wanting only what is best for the patient.Thank you. My only negative is the cost of dental implants.At £3000 per tooth it is beyond most people. Time for the government to act!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience with the hygienist Abigail and the lovely nurse (didn’t get her name). I have been suffering from gum disease and I have been desperately trying to resolve the issue. Abigail is very knowledgeable and was able to say that due to radiotherapy treatment and my compromised immune system I am unable to fight off plaque like most people. She has referred me to a specialist and put me at ease, so eventually I stop blaming myself. Honestly Abigail is amazing one of the best caring professionals I have met!

Fantastic experience: I cant recommend Samira highly enough. My 13 year old is a nervous patient who needed treatment for an infection which resulted in an abscess. Samira was amazingly patient, caring and attentive, it was obvious she cares about her patients. As a practice i feel they go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Excellent. All appointments with Sameh Ahmed, Jill and Becky have been brilliant and easy. I’m very pleased with the service (they are kind and very nice!), and also the work they have done for me. I’ve had an implant at the front of my mouth and I haven’t been this confident with my smile for years.

I’ve never considered stopping smoking until I saw Abigail and she explained the risks to my mouth and general health overall. Fantastic experience: I visited Bupa Dental Care in Bolton on Dec. 4th as a new patient and let me tell you. It was the best experience I have ever had with a dental office. Everyone was incredible from the reception, to the dentist, and the hygienist. I'm not a fan of dentist offices for obvious reasons, but I felt comfortable and I felt that I had a thorough check up and cleaning. Dr. Patel was phenomenal! He explained everything he was testing and checking for, and we devised a proactive plan to tackle some old cavities. Him and Donna set the tone for the rest of my appointment. Then I was off to Hygienist, Abigail, alongside Rachel and let me tell you. It was quick, informative, and amazing. She gave me some tips on how to keep my teeth in pristine condition and more. I cannot recommend this office enough. If you are looking for a professional, clean, and friendly office for your dentistry needs, this is the place. I'm looking forward to introducing my son to them in a few weeks so that he too can experience a dental office that's amazing. It should start his journey off on a good foot, well into adulthood. My regular dentist of over 30 years at the practice, Martin, is retiring this month and will be sorely missed, but I am confident that his replacement will continue to provide the excellent care I have become accustomed to. I have just had an appointment with new hygienist Abigail and her assistant, Maria. Both were extremely welcoming and friendly, providing plenty of helpful advice on cleaning techniques. Fantastic experience: On Friday i saw the dentist and hygienist Abigail and her assistant Maria. The dentist was friendly and efficient. I have to say that this was the best visit i have had with a hygienist in ages. Abigail was not only thorough, but informative. i have a problem with a sensitive gag reflex and she had suggestions and techniques that helped greatly with that. If you are at all bothered about seeing the hygienists, ask to see Abigail she will put you at ease. in fact the only problem i had was in actually writing this review, as you need a functional google account to leave reviews using google maps and mine wouldn't work.

They were both so professional, whilst also ensuring that the room was calm and stress free. My teeth have never felt cleaner, they both did an excellent job and I have just booked in straight away for another session in 6 months time, asking specifically for Abigail and Rachel. If you’re nervous in any way, don’t be, I had 0 sensitivity and they even went through different techniques I can use to keep my teeth cleaner when brushing/flossing at home.
