Fantastic experience: Excellent. They fitted me in for an emergency appointment and I was seen quickly and professionally. Despite being in much pain, my options were explained clearly and enabled me to choose dispassionately. I wanted to extract my tooth because I wanted the pain to go away however, I am pleased she saved the tooth and I can think about it when I next go for a check up which will be sooner than my previous visit six years ago.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had. I’ve been in significant pain for over a month and have been repeatedly trying to get help, but no one has been responsive or supportive. Despite being referred through the NHS, I was only offered private appointment options — which I simply cannot afford. It’s incredibly disheartening to feel like those who can’t pay privately are left waiting indefinitely, even while in pain. I expected better from an NHS service and feel completely let down. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no one else in this situation feels ignored and helpless the way I have. Such a shame al least Dr Should understand . And all above Dr Hamid who is always on the annual leave whenever you ask for him . I don’t know tue receptionist is telling me the truth or not . And even she told me I am not only the victim in the dentist lol
Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, as this practice is currently at maximum capacity for NHS patients, they are unable to offer you an NHS place. In some practices where we have no NHS appointment capacity, we do have alternative private options. These options are offered outside of the practices NHS contractual obligations. Where alternative options are available, we will always offer these as an alternative. This allows patients to make an informed choice on their dental care.

The team didn't flinch when I turned up with a 15 month in tow who had to sit through the appointment, they were extremely caring and accommodating to the both of us, thank you!

Fantastic experience: My 23 yr old daughter needed an urgent NHS dentist. We moved here a year ago and have been on waiting lists to join a surgery. This surgery was the only place that were willing to help us out. We are so grateful that not all surgeries are just after private patients and actually were there in my daughters hour of need when others were more bothered about the money they were losing from private patients.

Fantastic experience: I’m a long term patient at this practice and have always found the reception team very friendly, courteous, welcoming and efficient. They engage with patients rather than simply process patients! Lovely lady Dentist called Galya who we met for the first time. I took my elderly mother for an appointment. She made her feel comfortable, relaxed and was clear and concise about her treatment. A great start for a new patient. I too feel most comfortable seeing the same Dentist going forward. That is such an important element of any dental experience. My mother’s second appointment at this practice mirrored the same as above which has made her far more comfortable and relaxed ahead of future visits.

Fantastic experience: Superb, really impressed This was my first time at the dentist in years due to previous bad experiences. Preparing for the worst but Amir Selim was super friendly and explained all the options very well. Thinking I was going to need a crown, he said there is no need and I can have a filling to re-build the tooth. It was pain free and fairly quick. Oh and the reception staff are lovely. So Very good all round

Fantastic experience: The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Although I had extractions followed by dentures, every step was explained to me and was relatively pain free ( thankful for the injections ) I have complete confidence in Galya As she put.right some unfortunate dentistry that had happened before. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Myself and my 2 girls have been coming here for years and I would not go anywhere else. Nicola at Reception is absolutely amazing with my daughter who's just turned 4, she goes out of her way to make Ella feel at absolute ease and to help and support. They both chat away about anything whilst waiting. She's brilliant. So polite and friendly too. The dentist we see is absolutely amazing too. She really has a lot of patience with my toddler who was scared at 1st and now she comes in chatting away ready to be seen confidently then asking for a sticker afterwards .A very good dentist team. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I called the surgery in agony knowing from previous conversations that an extraction was going to be necessary the lovely lady on reception accommodated me for a same day appointment. Not only was she professional, reassuring and so very kind. I can’t remember her name as I was in so much pain but thank you. I saw Sati and she was gentle, quick and reassuring - everything she said was right. She was also clear in letting me know cost and expectations before the procedure which I appreciate.
