Fantastic experience: Visited Bruner Court Dental Practice today for a tooth extraction. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Dimitris showed me so much kindness and empathy for which I am very grateful. By far the best dentist I have used.

While I was receiving the treatment any small issues that occurred was dealt with in a professional and a very efficient manner . Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough about the practice. After recently having an implant fitted i can't believe how easy and painless the process was. From the initial examination from Dimitrios who had to remove part of the the problem tooth immediately and provide a temporary filling, I was then seen by Nikhil the same day who advised that implant surgery would work and then within 5 days the implant was fitted. I couldn't believe the speed. There was no pain or discomfort and now after the 3 month healing process the final work has been carried out and the tooth is now in place. There have been no complications and it took a matter of hours to get accustomed to it (basically the time it tool for the numbness to wear off) A massive thank you to Nikhil and the team at Brunner Court for everything they have done.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist! I had a fall in January and had a lot of trauma to my front teeth. I am usually terrified of the dentist due to childhood trauma! The treatment from this practice has been fantastic. Louise( Practice Manager) has been amazing from start to finish and nothing has been too much trouble for her. Louise just goes out of her way to be helpful. All the reception have been lovely as well. I had my implant surgery yesterday with Dr Nikhil, who is so lovely and truly brilliant! He explained every stage to me and put my mind at ease! Amy (dental nurse) was so supportive, kind a lovely throughout. I was so nervous but suffered no pain in surgery. All the dentists I have seen have been fantastic. I would highly recommend Brunner Court!I can't thank them all enough for their skill, professionalism and kindness. I am a Practice Manager myself, so customer service is paramount to me, and ensuring we look after patients to the highest standard. The boot was on the other foot and I was that patient needing the care and attention and I certainly had it in abundance. Thank you all so much and you have removed my fear of the dentist! Fantastic experience: Visiting the dentist is not my favourite pastime but since being a patient at Brunner Court dental practice, I find the experience much less of a challenge, everyone is very welcoming. Prior to my treatment, the procedure was fully explained to me and I was offered a break whenever I felt it necessary. My comfort was of paramount importance to both the dentist and his assistant and the result is amazing. Thanks Krunal

Fantastic experience: I'm a really nervous patient when it comes to seeing the dentist for lots of reasons,and have a lot of metal health barriers around my teeth , but each time I come here , I feel more and more at ease, Kruanal talks me through every little thing he is doing , or about to do and why , I've seen a hygienist today , who was a locum , but she also put me at complete ease, talked me through everything, gave me a plan of action and some tips , a very friendly atmosphere when you walk in , with staff chatting and being relaxed , you definitely pay for the service you receive. It's not cheap, but worth every penny in my opinion. It's a real shame that the state of the NHS has meant I have had to go private , but of you offered me an NHS appointment next door to my house , I wouldn't take it , thank you all so much .

Fantastic experience: I came to Brunner Court for a consultation for an implant back in January following an issue with my front tooth. Speaking with Krunal, I immediately felt reassured that there were a few options available and he explained everything to me in a kind, professional and an easy to understand manner. Throughout the process from having my tooth removed to having a bridge, I have always felt really looked after (even when I was really nervous about the extraction) and have since moved permanently to Brunner Court from my local NHS dentist. Krunal and all of the staff at Brunner Court have really changed how I feel about going to the dentist for the positive. Would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I needed a replacement dental guard. Phoned them and got an appointment for my math to be scanned within a couple of days. Two days later the mouth guard had arrived at the Surgery. I have collected it and will try it tonight. Five stars for Service, professionalism and customer service.

Fantastic experience: I was refered to Brunner Court by my NHS dentist as I was desperate not to lose a Crown (a tooth near the front - visible if I smiled). That was the biggest favour the dentist EVER did for me. I have always been absolutely terrified of the dentist and had left the need for the treatment I needed that long that I needed an implant. Krunal and Kelly must have wondered what on earth had walked in on my first appointment, I could hardly talk and was shaking like a leaf, but I can honestly say that was the last time I will ever fear a dental appointment . The whole team were and still are amazing. They talk to you and explain exactly what is happening, rather than looking down on you and talking at you and make sure you are really clear with everything before you leave, I’ve also had a few calls after treatment to make sure I was ok. This is a private practice and aren’t the cheapest, but they are worth every single penny. I will never use an NHS dentist again! and they genuinely feel like friends now (cheesy but true)

Fantastic experience: If anyone is ever considering Invisalign or Dental treatment I can honestly 100% recommend Brunner Court Dental Practice. I started my Invisalign journey with Krunal. I was a nervous wreck, and I am not embarrassed to say that I cried at my first appointment! My wonky teeth had really affected my confidence and I was always embarrassed talking to people and would hold my hand up in front of my mouth, to cover my teeth. That first visit when I had to show my teeth – I just broke down – Honestly Krunal and Kelly (dental Nurse) could not have been kinder to me. Several tissues later, once I had pulled myself together, Krunal explained the process to me and reassured me that my teeth really could be improved, and I should not be embarrassed. Over the next 22 weeks my teeth improved beyond recognition. Each visit I was met with kindness and support. The reception staff have always been amazing – in fact I literally can’t recall ever having anything other than 100% service from the entire team. I now attend the practice for my regular 6 month Dental Visits – I see Leah the hygienist who is so gentle and kind as well as Krunal. If you are fed up with your dentist and really want top class treatment with a truly amazing friendly caring team – you have to go to Brunner Court (and no I am not paid to say this !!)

Was lovely to catch up with Krunal around my oral hygiene, before a check up with extra detail to areas I had concern. I was then swiftly in with the hygienist having got back to back appointments, again feeling supported throughout the clean up, helping answer questions I had on how I could improve my oral routine. Fantastic experience: I switched to Brunner Court after feeling dissatisfied with my previous dentist that I had been with since I was a child. The team here has made me absolutely certain that I made the right choice. Every member of staff is really friendly. The hygienists and dentists are thorough and communicative. Giving lots of advice and explanation, without ever being patronising. I don't believe they are the cheapest practice in the area, but I do believe they are worth the cost and give good value for money.

Fantastic experience: Bad previous experiences started a fear of dental treatment which escalated over many years and became a phobia. It took a lot of courage on my part to make an appointment and begin treatment again. I researched local practices and liked the ethos of Brunner Court. Nik and Natasja are warm , friendly and welcoming. I never felt pushed into decisions . The rest of the staff are equally friendly and caring. The location of Brunner Court is ideal too. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Brunner Court more highly, especially if you don't enjoy going to the dentist. I am a very nervous patient and I went with an infection which resulted in me having to have my tooth removed. The dentist knew I was anxious about it and talked me through the whole procedure beforehand so that when I arrived at my extraction appointment I felt much more at ease than I normally would. He gave me opportunities to ask questions or stop if I needed a break throughout, however it was nothing to be worried about and I felt in safe hands. I have to say I had no discomfort throughout the extraction and have more work planned which I am no longer so worried about. From walking through the door you feel like the team are there to help and support you and its fair to say I will not spend the usual hours of worry before my next appointments. Fantastic experience: I embarked on a dental implants procedure on 8th September 2022, and I had my final appointment yesterday, 7th March 2023. I was very apprehensive about going ahead with this, partly because of the cost involved, mainly because of people's reaction when I mentioned I was considering it. Tales of woe and just a general negative reaction even if they had no experience themselves of what was involved. I need not have worried for one moment! Dr Krunal Desai talked me through various options, advised me which he thought were the best options and provided me with written estimates of those that were possible. I was then given time to consider or discuss with family if I chose to. At no time did I feel pressured to go ahead with the procedure, and it actually took several weeks for me to make the decision. All the written estimates contained a payment schedule, a clear outline of the timing of each stage of the procedure and an indication as to what payment would be required and when. This gave me the ability to budget for the necessary dental work. The procedure itself went very smoothly. Dr Desai explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. He has a lovely dental nurse called Kelly who always made me feel really at ease. They make a tremendous team and work well together. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. (They're both lovely as well!) As you can read, it is a journey and takes quite a long time, but this is because if something needed a little more time to heal or just settle a bit more, so that the final outcome was the best possible result, then Dr Desai waited until everything was as good as it could be. Yesterday was a big day! And the final result could not have been better. My smile is now perfect and I'm absolutely thrilled! I can't recommend Brunner Court Dental Practice highly enough. Sympathetic receptionists, modern well equipped premises, capable nurses and expert dentists.

Fantastic experience: Hi to Nikhil and everyone at Brunner Court, My journey started back in June-to have dental implants with Dr Nikhil Oberai .I had a an initial consultation with Nikhil to discuss what my options were as I have been living with gum disease and I was losing teeth. I made the decision that having dental implants was the right decision for me . I would be able to eat properly again and not lose any more teeth, through gum recession.I discussed the procedure and outcomes and went for it ! Nikhil has looked after me since June 22 until 14th Dec22 when my final bridges were placed in my mouth.Nikhil has been so professional and has immaculate accuracy with all he does and everyone involved including all the nurse’s , technicians, all the reception staff and coordinator’s in not only Brunner Court but in The Croft practice in Wilmslow to. The whole process was pain free which is amazing ! I was helped to feel relaxed and less anxious as it all sounded a bit scary! Fantastic experience: Recently I have completed my implant procedure and I can't recommend Brunner Court Dental Practice enough! Firstly, the practice itself is very well presented, clean and the receptionists are lovely. My implant procedure was carried out by Krunal and Kelly who were amazing and made the whole process as stress free as possible. The continuity was fantastic and felt I recieved the best care. As a result I will continue recieving dental care at Brunner Court Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: To anyone considering implants at Brunner​,​ I can highly recommend Nikhil and his team . ​I'd been worrying myself sick for three years.​ ​I needed implants, but was too scared. ​D​ue to my leaving it, I had quite a lot of bone loss. It was a vicious circle​.​ The longer I left it, the more bone I lost, the more scared I got ​It was just before Christmas, that I decided,, It's now or never​ ​and ​I ​​booked in with Nikhil. The​y were very welcoming at Brunner​. Something about Nik put me immediately at ease. He asked what my goals were, had a quick look in my mouth.. All looked ok and I was booked in for a CT scan. then back to Nik, who said we were good to go. ​Every visit, I was asked ​for questions. In my case, the less I heard, the better. I knew what was coming, lol, I'd had three years to do the research ! So my only question, "Do you hold hands, if i start crying ?"​ ​I can​ report Nik ​has a sense of humour and spent time reassuring me.. It was then that I learnt. I could have whatever music I wanted during the procedure, which was a real bonus The wait wasn't long and suddenly ​my big day was here. For the first time in my life, I was early for an appointment and got there well before my slot.. The door to my room was open when I arrived and I saw a lot of cleaning going on in there. reassuring to see hygiene at the top of their list.​ ​Nik was in reception and we had a grin at my earliness. It was refreshing, to see him answer the phone, when the receptionist was busy on another line.. Great attitude from the boss and teamwork in action ! ​15 minutes later, in I went.​ ​Again, Nik asked for any questions.. My only question was a request.. For Bob Marley to listen to .. After granting my request, I was fed liquid antibiotics and my mouth was numbed.. I have to say, it was the most painless numbing I've ever experienced. Not to mention, the most accurate.. I could still feel my lips and talk normally ! So with Bob singing to me, on went the dark glasses and mouth prop. I saw what looked like a scalpel, shut my eyes quickly and Nik went to work..I have to say, I felt no pain at all. Obviously, I was aware that things were happening, but I can reassure you, absolutely no pain !! They were so well organised, Nik was brilliant. His skills on the job were amazing.. He was gentle and caring throughout the whole procedure and I was treated with the utmost respect. Just over an hour later, off came the glasses etc.. I thought we were half way through and asked "How's it going?"... "Done" was the answer.."Wow" was my reply ! At some point Nik must've gone out to ask the receptionist to ring my other half, because when we were finished, I was told he was on his way.I was concentrating really hard on Bob Marley, so missed that happening ! I was given a bag containing antibiotics and an ice pack, to go with. Job done The next day, I felt slightly heavy headed and my face swelled a bit, but I didn't feel the need for pain killers. I just took the antibiotics. Amazing, considering I'd had two implants and quite a lot of bone filling done.. I had booked a week off work, (expecting the worst after surgery) lol, so I chilled out on the sofa for a few days and made the most of it. Anyway, by the weekend, I was up for a spot of gardening and everything was back to normal after a week. Another week later, I was back to have the sutures out. Sadly, Nik was off sick , but I was seen by Krunal, who again, handled me in the same gentle, skillful way.. After a few months of healing, back to have the implants exposed. Again, great job .Then back for moulds. Now I can happily report, teeth are in place. I couldn't be happier. Infact, I have swopped to brunner for my regular dentistry.. Everyone I've seen has had the same caring attitude. I feel in safe hands, with good people..So, a final word to anyone who is considering (or worrying) about implants. Go for it. I trust Nikhil and his team. They look into your eyes as well as your mouth

Fantastic experience: Krunal completed my root canal and crown. This was a long and uncomfortable process, but Krunal went out of his way to put me at ease. He explained every step of the process very clearly, and I felt comfortable asking questions. During the procedures he constantly checked that I was OK, and offered breaks if I needed them. This practice is generally very caring. Every member of staff upholds the ethos of putting the patient first. I highly recommend this practice for any treatment. The price is reasonable too, and you can pay as you go so it doesn't hit your pocket all in one go. Thank you to all for your care, but particularly Krunal. I value your calm demeanour and kindness throughout an arduous treatment programme

Fantastic experience: The best dental practice I’ve ever attended! 12 months ago I broke a tooth and needed to find a dentist. I found Brunner Court and I’m so grateful I did. The staff are wonderful, very welcoming, not at all patronising and highly professional. They offer dental plans too which was a big help as I need some bits doing as I’d avoided going to the dentist for longer than I should have after negative experiences else where. Krunal has restored my faith in dentists and I feel far less anxious attending now. I also take our 4 year old son to Krunal. He is wonderful with children and I like that he speaks to the child too not just the parent as if the child wasn’t there. I’m so glad our son has a positive attitude toward visiting the dentist thanks to Krunal.

Fantastic experience: I was a complete dental phobic before attending Brunner Court. I have been attending for a year now and can honestly say that I have no fear at all about attending there. I have had very extensive dental treatment with implants to my upper jaw. All the staff are very professional, friendly and kind and put you at your ease. There is a relaxed atmosphere with background music playing and a pleasant waiting area. Nikhil Oberai the principal dentist and co owner of the practice and his team of dentists, nurses, the hygienist and receptionist are all brilliant. Nikhil is a true perfectionist and really cares about his patients and does his utmost to achieve the best outcome for them. After years of keeping my mouth closed on social occasions and photos at long last I can smile again with confidence. A big thank you to Nikhil and all the team at Brunner Court.

Fantastic experience: So impressed by this private dentist. I have always been with an NHS dentist where appointments are rushed and there is no time to explain or discuss any treatments. The receptionist is professional, calm and competent and the atmosphere is relaxed - which for a dentist surgery is amazing in itself! I saw Dr. Krunal Desai who explained the x-rays he had taken. So good to be able to have an informed, intelligent conversation about my teeth and to understand what I needed to know in order to come to a joint decision on the way forward. I also saw Leah the hygienist who was SO good and thorough in deep cleaning my teeth. Having had a lot of orthodontic and dental treatment over the years it was so good to have things explained and to know how to look after my teeth more effectively going forwards. This dental practice stands out for professionalism and friendliness and I am so pleased I took the plunge to move to private dental treatment.
