Positive experience: Twice in 10 months they have cancelled my daughter's appointment without telling us. The first time I turned up to be told she had no appointment. The 2nd time luckily I rang ahead, otherwise it would have been another wasted journey. Both times they could see on the system the appointment was cancelled by the surgery - did they not think to ring and offer us a new appointment? Actual appointments when they do go ahead are on time and very quick

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Very rude receptionist answered the phone and told me they don’t offer the dental plan advertised on the mydentist website, so this is false advertising.

Fantastic experience: We were with The Smile Suite on Friday so my daughter could have 4 extractions. Anna and Harrison could not have done more to put her at ease and prepare for what was to come. Anna was an absolute magician, getting the teeth out in no time and the discomfort was minimal as her mouth came back to life. 4 days later earing is back to normal, mouth is healing nicely!

Positive experience: Third visit was so much better, thanks to the clinicians we saw really listening to my concerns and made genuine effort to consider what might help answer my query. First & second visits had been challenging due to some miscommunication with the clinicians, but at the end of the second consultation there was a member of the team who kindly reassured my daughter. On one occasion there was a 30 minute wait, but usually we're seen in good time and the admin is efficient. Just maybe best to focus more on the majority of staff who know the benefit of listening to their patients... than on the minority who could do with cheering up a bit..! Smile...

Fantastic experience: The most unique dental clinic in Bristol. Ashley Ball you have been amazing with making me feel special every time I walked into the clinic. To everyone of the receptionists you are all wonderful. Such a nice armosphere when you walk in and see the smiling faces. It makes such a difference. Then there was Ryan Lello who performed surgery on my gums of which there was virtually no bone and preparing my gums for my implants and big thank you for performing a miracle. Finally, Musaab Siddiqui you are amazing. You truly created the most beautif teeth which fit like a glove. You are such a gentle person and you really truly take the time to make sure my teeth fit beautifully. I can truly say that it has been an experiance that has far exceeded my expectations completely. Than you everybody it has been a pleasure and a dream come true as i can smile again.

Negative experience: When I was a patient at this practice, they cancelled one of my appointments less than an hour beforehand (as no-one bothered to check if my aligners had arrived), I was already in the car, another time they sent me away with glue between my teeth so I couldn't floss, some procedures felt rushed and rough and my orthodontist sometimes made me feel afraid to ask questions. She sometimes spoke to me condescendingly and was impatient and short with me. There was apathy amongst the staff and my trust broke down so much that I never finished my treatment. It felt like they didn't care and the receptionists weren't interested or knowledgeable about the practice. There was a high staff turnover (at least 6 staff left while I was a patient, including my orthodontist, mostly receptionists). My list of gripes is too much to detail here. I wrote a letter of complaint and got some money back. I will never set foot in another "My Dentist". It says a lot about big dental groups. Orthodontic treatment costs thousands of pounds, but this felt like a publicly funded service, not private healthcare. My orthodontist wouldn't even look me in the eye at my last appointment. That's when I knew we were done. The atmosphere was so bad in my appointments, I had just had enough. Dentists should keep you both physically and mentally safe. Safety isn't just physical. I was treated with contempt by my orthodontist, but please note she has left this practice.

Fantastic experience: My teenage son had 4 teeth removed and was very anxious about it the dentist and the male dental nurse did a fantastic job made him feel less anxious and explained all that was going to happen. They both were so lovely and even made me feel at ease. they both are fantastic at there jobs so thoughtful of others feelings. I would definitely recommend this place for dental treatment. Also the receptionists are lovely and do a great job of sorting you out appointments that fit around your busy life all in all ide give this place 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed a two-year long treatment at The Smile Suite in Bristol under the care of Dr. Pardeep Saini, Specialist Orthodontist, and Dr Musaab Siddiqui, Specialist Prosthodontist, involving upper and lower braces to create space for two implants and ceramic crowns (lateral incisors), after starting the the treatment in the Netherlands. The transfer of the treatment went smoothly. I’m very satisfied with the results and impressed by the high level of care, expertise and professionalism shown by Pardeep, Musaab and team throughout the treatment. Negative experience: I called an hour before my appointment checking if they had my retainers, they confirmed they had arrived I payed for an Uber here and back waited 40 minutes until they shut I was then told my retainers hadn’t arrived and id have to return another day poor experience also when I got my braces removed I was quoted an original amount and was later charged £100 more because I was supposedly told the wrong amount

Fantastic experience: My son was first seen on 8/1/24, plan for braces decided. Friday of the same week teeth extraction happened, he is now booked in to have braces on 22/1/24. We have been so happy with the service provided. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful, can't believe how quickly it has all happened. Would definitely recommend this practice.
