Negative experience: Absolutely rip of,I paid £273 for a tooth to be taken out which I accepted,2 days later got abscess in are tooth was removed,doctor told me I had to get antibiotics from my dentist,called my dentist and told I need to pay another £125 just to see them even though I paid 273 to have it removed by them 2 days prior, the £100 clean was done in 5 mins and didn't even polish my teeth, there the worse dentist I've even been to,,,,AVOID,,,,,
Negative experience: Posting this on behalf of my mother who has had dentures from this place. Dentures not fitting very well and expensive, hurting to eat, thicker and heavier than previous set, had to get a other dentist from the same practice to try and help.

Negative experience: Been cancelled on 3 times now and appointment now put to a month away! Receptionist who’s on today has a right attitude asif shes the dentist when she’s literally someone who answers the phone, there’s been excuses such as dentist being sent home sick, dentist not working today, yet on one of the occasions the dentist was actually doing private work not off sick. I registered back in July and now can’t be seen until the end of September (if they don’t cancel again) I will update this review if anything changes but as for now this is the worst dentist I have used.

Negative experience: Awful service. My mum was sent to Chasetown and paid £70 for an X-ray that didn’t work. Fobbed off for nine weeks waiting for a follow up with zero communication. Then she was told it had been lost and then told another story that it hadn’t worked. Then told that she would have to pay for another x-ray and another trip to Chasetown with the promise of returning the money at a later date. Staff left her sitting in the waiting room whilst talking about her. She was already distressed and is vulnerable due to my dad passing away. My Dentist as a franchise is untrustworthy and this is another example of it

Negative experience: Just had the worst experience ever with this practice !!! I’m a private patient I’ve paid over £450 to have two fillings replaced and I’m now in pain!! I’ve been told I need to pay £120 for an emergency appointment as my dentist is not in until the 26th of June …. Unbelievable….. so they cause the issue take your money and then you pay again to get it fixed !!! Avoid unless you like zero care.
We understand your frustration with the pain and additional costs however your course of treatment agreement is with the clinician who performed the fillings and is therefore under guarantee with them alone. Should another dentist agree to see you for a follow up this would become a separate agreement and therefore subject to an additional cost. Negative experience: JUST AWFUL!! The dentist I had was extremely rude and blunt. She gave me zero warning when putting the metal plate thingy in my mouth to do an x-ray. My eyes were still closed from the examination and she just attempted to shove it in. When I explained that it's really difficult to close my mouth with it in, as she was requesting me to do ( I could actually taste blood from where it was digging in) she became very stroppy and eye rolly...I told her that the fleshy part under my tongue was cut to bits and bleeding and she just suggested that, when I get home I should do a salt water rinse So no apology or offer of a drink of water .... I've never had an experience at any other dentist like this before. She basically acted like she didn't want to be there and I was a massive inconvenience to her life. Any questions I had were just answered with a snappy response. I wouldn't recommend if you're a nervous patient or if you're thinking of sending your children here. Thankfully my children are registered else where. The receptionist was lovely though.

Fantastic experience: I called on Monday looking to register with a new local dentist and the receptionist was great, managing to get me an appointment for my first checkup the following morning! My first visit and appointment was a really pleasant experience. The receptionist was polite and friendly and my new dentist was excellent. Dr Alla Daghem was friendly and personable but very professional, educating me thoroughly on the importance of continued good dental hygiene to carry me into my future. I gained more knowledge today regarding my dental health than I've ever been granted beforehand with other practices over the years! You genuinely walk out feeling you have been looked after and not given any treatment or advice that isn't necessary. I highly recommend this practice and their friendly and knowledgeable staff Many thanks for a 5* experience from registration to appointment

Negative experience: Whilst the reception team were really helpful I found the dentist uncompassionate especially having signed up as a nervous patient. He said hes likely to refer me for anesthesia, which, had he showed just a little patience and compassion, would not have been necessary. I was also left laid back in the chair (his choice) whilst the dentist waited for the xrays to come back. When I tried to speak to him (there was no need for me to be laid like that, it was so undignified) he just cut me short and said wait for the xrays. I won't be going back as I need someone with a little humanity, not asking a lot. In this day and age this is so un called for and unnecessary.

Positive experience: Both receptionist and dental practitioner were very friendly and helpful. Quick appointment. No NHS service available so cost was a little painful Very happy with the work carried out comparing against previous company dental service. More time was spent on this repair. No pain during procedure. If you want to be told reference when you are going to receive the anaesthetic injection in your mouth I would recommend you ask the practitioner to be warned before you sit down. Thanks. Fantastic experience: I'm a extremely nervous pt when it comes to dentist I wear headphones and shake like a jelly But Miriam and her nurse was absolutely fantastic They tried to put me at ease and both of them too there time to explain what they was going to do I put my headphones on and they were brilliant with me and was very patient. I still don't like the dentist but they was kind and very professional Even when we was finishing they still had time to make sure I was OK.

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety about the dentist due to a bad experience in the past (at a different dentist) as soon as I walked in I was shaking, felt sick and started crying. The dentist and his assistant couldn't have been any kinder to me. Really put me at ease, helped me to calm down. I couldn’t recommend them more, they were incredible and really helped me.

Negative experience: I had a new mouth guard after having a filling completed. I wore the mouth guard every night as requested and my mouth has been very painful since. Went back to see him to the resolve issue, it felt that he was saying its was all in my head, had no joy and felt intimidated. Wasn't happy and still suffering with my teeth.

Fantastic experience: New patient, initial checkup was fine. I was provided a plan of work required. Second appointment was traumatic as the dentist had no empathy or understanding for a nervous patient with anxiety. Not sure if I would see the same dentist again.

Negative experience: Use to love this dentist but recently it’s got so poor. The staffs attitude towards patients is disgusting and the fact that i suffer from mental health problems and have had recent episodes lately time to time they have decided to take me off the books and will not see me again I mean talk about kicking someone when there down.
