Negative experience: Rude receptionist and have had to rebook my appointment 3 times as for some reason i always seem to book when the dentist is "on hoilday" terrible service also last 2 times i have managed to get an appointment and needed a prescription on both occasions they "forgot" to stamp it which meant i had to go all the way back an no one even apologised!

Fantastic experience: I was seen today for my first dental work at this Dentists. I was seen by Sheikh Rahman as a Follow up to my checkup. I needed one filling in my molar. He was polite, informative and understood me being a nervous patient. He did the job well with no pain and no fuss. I would highly recommend him, and his dental nurse to anyone nervous or otherwise.

Negative experience: NO PARKING for miles! Was so shocked to find how dangerous this place is with such a lack of parking cars packed in dangerously on the drive and no option but to put my hazards on to drop my very elderly grandmother as she couldn’t walk from epsom, which seems to be your only option here. I was very worried as I had dogs in the car and lots of traffic swerving down the road. When I asked how long and where I could park I was told 15 minutes and to drive round the block. I said I didn’t think it was safe to put my hazards on like that on such a busy road and was told by an extremely rude receptionist ‘it’s your choice, you’re in charge of your car.’ The way I was spoken to when simply asking if there was nearby parking was like it was the most unreasonable question in the world and absolutely no care was clearly given to their elderly customers safety with such a ridiculous set up. Clearly they think because there are so few dentists they don’t need to have an ounce of customer service or care because most people don’t have an option but it’s the rudeness as well that really put the cherry on top. Laughable they think this is acceptable. It is exactly because highly irresponsible companies behaving like this that it is no longer legal to convert a residence into a business without adequate staff and customer parking. A real shame it doesn’t apply retroactively! My husband noted it was exactly this and their poor attitude that made him move dentist. Only a matter of time before a local competitor sets up and offers people a viable and decent alternative with parking and a sense of customer care.

Fantastic experience: Have always had excellent treatment here especially as I am a very nervous patient. Dentist and nurses very understanding! Reception staff are lovely and always very accommodating when arranging appointments. Have recommended to friends.

Positive experience: The receptionist we lovely and helpful from start to finish. Very polite and welcoming.I thought this manor would carry through to seeing the dentist. I was wrong. I wasn't even in there 5mins I found her manor absolutely rude not caring and no other advise or help. I left the room. Went down to pay for check up. The gentleman that was in the room as well said downstairs that I had refused treatment. Hmm no I didn't. She was asking me to pay £320 for lower dentures. Then in fews months time pay another £320 for the top. But the band is cover on nhs is £320. So why should I pay extra amount. She didn't make me feel cared for or her manor was just rude. I have found another place wear I can get what I asked for for £320 a full set of dentures. Not part makes you wonder who else they have robbed extra money for. The other staff was extremely nice

Negative experience: Extremely stupid, unprofessional and rude receptionist. I’m a newly signed patient and while trying to clarify a few ting over the phone she rudely tried to hand up the phone without listening what my query was. She interrupted me rudely and said she down gave it know that! Like who on earth works in reception with this stupid attitude. She should be gone.

Negative experience: The situation occurred yesterday. I was dissatisfied with the service provided a few months ago by dentist Nithes Joshi. So I decided to change dentists. I waited a few months, and then yesterday I found out that the same dentist I was dissatisfied with was seeing me, which I informed the receptionist about. This situation was very stressful for me. The receptionist was very rude and explained that there were several dentists working there, but I think the customer service is terrible at this place. I do not recommend it. My son came home with a toothache. After leaving the clinic, we both cried; I felt helpless.

Negative experience: Missed my first appointment a genuine mistake and got took of the nhs list the women on the other side of the phone after my apologies was a snotty cow about it

But l went in and the gentleman dentist put me at ease straight away,and talked me through the process. He gave me amazing pain relief. I didn't feel a thing. Negative experience: I've already left a stinking review on the service mydenist gave me. All I got was "r u sure you came to this dentist? We don't have you on record" Well obviously they must think I'm as stupid as they are. Ashely rd. Epsom. Parking out front. Useless staff. Definitely the right place. Anyway this isn't about me. It's about someone I know. She paid a lot of money for dentures and was really looking forward to getting them . She's only young and she fell sucker to sugar filled energy drinks at a young age. Hence needing dentures so young. Anyway I saw her yesterday and I couldn't believe what she was given. Most were straight but one was pointing in a noticeably odd direction. I felt so sorry for her. I went elsewhere and got amazing veneers but I had the money to do so. I just think mydenist need to realise how important it is to offer a proper service and if they feel they are not performing . Then don't even attempt to do it at all. Please please put more care into your practice and you trusting patients.

Negative experience: The receptionist staff are rude and unhelpful, they were also running late. It’s impossible to find somewhere to park here, I don’t live in the area anymore and still make an effort to travel here. I also felt the dentist didn’t try to get an understanding of what is causing my teeth issues, not to mention how much the price of things has gone up here. It’s become unaffordable. I need an appointment for fillings, but no appointment available until June…

Fantastic experience: The care this dentist takes is excellent They adjusted well for my specific needs and conditions which include hearing loss and autism. They performed extractions with maximum carefulness and minimal discomfort achieving more than I expected in a single session . This saved on costs. They did not spare the local anaesthetic and the whole process from reception to payment was smooth and free of snags eith helpful advice for subsequent care and a follow up appointment booked

The work I have had done has been very good, but more than that has been the wonderful service and friendly, helpful attitude of all the staff. I'm in my fifties, and for the first time in my life, I'm actually looking forward to my next dental appointment. Not only does the experience make me smile, but leaves me with a smile I'm happy show.

Fantastic experience: The best Dental Team. From the receptionist lady (I LOVE her), through the dentists to the hygienist. I found them during Covid Lockdown, when it was almost impossible to see a dentist, and they were very nice and welcoming even then. There is no parking. It bothered me at first, but they're so nice that I no longer mind.

Fantastic experience: First time we called and the receptionist booked us in to see a dentist on the NHS which my husband was very pleased as he had toothache check up given but unfortunately he couldn't remove it so sent to the dentist practice in Ruxley Lane were it was removed just had a check up and on the 26/3/25 seeing the hygienist.

Positive experience: EDIT: Credit where it’s due! I went today and the receptionists were lovely as usual, but new experience with the dentist. He was calm, patient and understanding when I inevitably began my embarrassing panic (shaking crying etc… I know pathetic, I genuinely can’t help it- can’t kick the phobia!) it’s really regained my confidence in this dentist. Maybe I just got unlucky the first 2 times Honestly awful. Since being registered here I have had nothing but terrible experiences. They claim to be great for nervous patients - they are not! I have a phobia of the dentist and when booking my appointment I asked for someone good with people like me, the guy I saw was the RUDEST man I’d met (and I work in a male prison so the bar is pretty high!) and wouldn’t even let me talk. I tried again and asked them to put me with someone else good with people like me, and the woman was just as horrendous, completely blunt and almost patronising to the point I had a panic attack, so embarrassing and she just stared at me whilst I was like that. It’s taken years to get myself back to a dentist and they’ve undone all the work I have done to get to this point. I now can’t even make an appointment over the phone without crying. The receptionists and dental assistants have always been fabulous, until today. I phoned as I have a terrible tooth infection (same one I get frequently as I need a tooth out) I called and she offered Tuesday, I said I can’t go that long as it’s infected and I’m in tons of pain she was a little blunt then I thought she was looking on the computer as went for a sec.. then she hung up. Maybe she thought I’d gone too I don’t know. I certainly do not recommend this dentist I have tried my hardest to get into another (spent over 3 hours calling to find anyone accepting NHS). I have an appointment coming up with a third dentist let’s hope they can change my mind.
