Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a tooth removed today at Heyford Smile and the whole experience was so much better than I expected. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and reassured. Everything was explained clearly, and they were so gentle and kind throughout the treatment. I honestly felt well cared for and at ease, which really helped me relax. Thank you to everyone at Heyford Smile for making what could have been a stressful appointment into such a positive one. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a severe dental phobia since I was a young girl, avoiding the dentist entirely for years. Sadly, this left my teeth in an awful state. On Wednesday, I was in horrendous pain and finally called Heyford Smiles on Thursday morning. They’ve been patiently waiting for over a year for me to feel ready, and without hesitation, they got me straight in for treatment. I’d never had an extraction before, but my teeth were beyond saving. On Thursday, Mr Sheetal Kharbanda carried out my first two extractions, and while I was relieved, the pain from my remaining teeth quickly became unbearable that same evening. Kelly called me on Friday morning to check in, and when I could barely speak through tears, the team rearranged things so I could come straight in for two more extractions. I can honestly say I’ve gone from terrified to completely trusting Sheetal and his team. The kindness, patience, and professionalism they’ve shown have been nothing short of life-changing. I didn’t even need sedation - the numbing cream and distractions (including watching Friends and laughing mid-treatment!) made it a completely different experience than I’d ever imagined possible. I’ve gone from hiding away and feeling embarrassed about my teeth to feeling excited and hopeful about finally having a smile I’m proud of. Sheetal truly is an angel in dentistry, and the entire Heyford Smiles team are the epitome of excellence in patient care. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart - I owe you so much!

Reception team are the loveliest people I met, always smiling, attentive, responding very quick to any emails and messages and nothing is too much for them.

Fantastic experience: I am normally very nervous about attending the dentist, so much so that I hadn't been for over 8 years. I made an appointment as I'd lost a piece of tooth and the whole process was incredible! From the moment I walked in the door, the whole place had a wonderful feel, the staff on the front desks were friendly, reassuring and suggested it would be best for me to see Sheetal if I was nervous. Sheetal put me at ease straight away and explained everything that would happen. I have honestly never felt so calm and relaxed in a dentist chair!! I was able to listen to a podcast during my treatment and the whole process passed quickly and without issue. I'm so impressed, I've now taken out a plan for regular check ups and hygenist treatments! Never did I think I would be recommending a trip to the dentist, but, honestly, I've never been to one better!

Fantastic experience: This place is great! My kids and I see Dr. Mundi, and he is the absolute best. Very gentle and explains everything, which I appreciate. The ladies at the front are amazing as well, very friendly and accommodating. The clinic is very nice and comfortable. Everything is very clean and modern and there is plenty of parking across the street- great location! I highly recommend Heyford Smiles!!

Fantastic experience: After months of discomfort, I recently visited this dental practice where the atmosphere was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had two teeth removed in one day first a checkup in the morning, followed by the extractions in the afternoon. To my surprise, the entire process was smooth and painless. The dentist was not only skilled but also very accommodating with my appointment schedule, making it easy to fit everything in. It’s such a relief to find a dental team that prioritises comfort and care.

Fantastic experience: My daughter who is petrified of needles had to have 4 teeth removed before she can have her brace fitted. If I'm honest I really didn't think I would be able to get her through the front door! We did, and was greeted by Sheetal her Dentist with a high five ✋️. Lovely nurse Alix called us down to the surgery where my daughter was made to feel comfortable. Sheetal was AMAZING and very reassuring. Within half an hour we were in and out, job done!! Fantastic experience: Very professional, as a forgein person the lady on the phone Lauren was friendly didn't stress me because of my English, and she perfectly understood me! Then the nurse Steph came and greeted me with a great smile. That made me feel calm as I was extremely stressed (who likes to go to the Dentist anyway?) Then I met the "boss" Dr Rebecca who was amazing. Pain level 3 and job done very quickly and professionally. The environment is very relaxing and extremely clean. Highly recommend

Sheetal is personable and makes you feel valued and known as a client. Similarly, Elena works wonders on my hygiene every six months (and is never judgy when I haven't flossed as much as I should have). Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Was considering cancelling policy but as soon as I received an email back from Kelly that convinced me to cancel. Felt like the situation could of been handled a lot better.

I have a pathological fear of dentist and have struggled with hygienists in the past, to the point I’ve had to walk out halfway through treatments at previous dental practices. Not so at Heyward Smiles. Elena was absolutely amazing and made my 1 hour treatment a very enjoyable and more importantly pain free. Thank you Elena, you were amazing.

Fantastic experience: Very through initial check and required a new filling for a cracked older filling. Dentist and her assistant were both amazing and where I am convinced the NHS would have just not bothered, time and skill was taken to rebuild my tooth. Excellent facility and well worth trying

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the dental plan this year. The dental work was carried out by Smita, who is very professional and compassionate, and assisted very well by Lola. As much as a visit to the dentist can be, it was a pleasure to be treated by them. I'm really pleased with the results. All the staff are lovely and kind, and Katie on reception is lovely.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Heyford Smiles for a while and have always been pleased with their positive and welcoming demeanour, their easy and responsive communication and just all round general patient care. I have recently had a filling and being, shall we say ‘not a fan’ of dentists, I was a little anxious. However, the dentist (Dr Hisham Mahmoud) was communicative throughout and ensured I knew how to let him know should I be uncomfortable in any way. I was shown what was done at the end of the procedure and explained to about aftercare. I felt comfortable throughout the procedure and confident in my care. I’m glad I chose Heyford Smiles for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient scared of the dentist but I have had treatment at Heyford Smiles with Hisham he has been fantastic really friendly and reassuring and the treatment didn't hurt!!! And I have for the first time in years made an appointment for a check up and not just going when I am in pain. If you are hesitant be assured you get looked after here, all the staff are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: After waiting 6 weeks for an NHS dentist to fix a small chip on a front tooth I got a call the night before saying it will be another 4 weeks. I called up Heyford Smiles in the morning and they fixed the chip after lunch that day. Great service!

Reece is top class and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Fantastic experience: I highly rate Heyford Smiles - they are very attentive and explain everything clearly. They go above and beyond for their patients and the clinic itself is very relaxing, with friendly nurses and receptionists.

Negative experience: I do not want my review to be misconstrued at any point, my experience on the day was good. The practice decor is lush and the receptionist on the day was incredibly welcoming. My complaint is more about communication. I signed up with the practice and then called a few days later to book a hygiene clean, I do not recall the receptionist on the phone telling me that you firstly need to book a general appointment and then go ahead to see the hygienist (which if explained I would have understood). On the 2nd September I have gone into the practice thinking I was there for my hygiene clean, when the dentist started charting I started to think "well this is not a hygiene appt" and I was charged £79.00 (and the receptionist confused the life out of me overtalking (great tactic) explaining the £30 deposit which I also paid) and when I go to see the hygienist it will be a further £96 (which I am happy to pay as that is what I booked in for). The general appointment is something I do think they catch people out on to make more money as an NHS 111 dental nurse for 7 years I do know how private dentists operate and how they try gaslight you in the appt and make you think that you are crazy. We do have the right to ask for the recordings and for those who do not know you can complain to the GDC (General Dental Council) who regulates the dental industry in the UK.

Fantastic experience: A genuine review from a very nervous patient. I had my new patient exam last week with Dr Hisham which was just outstanding he took the time to sit and listen to me after the appointment I came away with a treatment plan and a good understanding of what my next step is. To be honest from the first point of contact with the lovely Maggie to walking through the doors and meeting the lovely receptionist to actually sitting in the dreaded dentist chair and meeting Dr Hisham and his assistant just a massive thank you to you all. It’s been a totally different experience to what I’ve been used to. Yesterday I had to have my first treatment which unfortunately for me was a wisdom tooth extraction! I have never felt so looked after by the dentist or the assistant before during or after the procedure constantly asked if I was ok they genuinely all care about you here. What surprised me even more to top my experience off was receiving an email today to just check in with me to make sure all is well after my appointment yesterday like just wow!! If your after a dentist and all of the team with genuine compassion that go above and beyond to make sure you are ok and cared for then look no further especially if you have a phobia of the dentist like me! The best decision I made was to move me and now my children across to Heyford smiles. Apologies for my long review but if your like me and check reviews I really do hope this helps you :)

It wasn’t just the ease of booking, the appointment reminders I received or the work carried out on the day. It was greater than the sum of its parts, they made me feel very welcome.

I saw Dr Hisham who was absolutely fantastic. I was extremely nervous but he was kind, patient and understanding. He explained each process of the check up to me and made me feel at ease. Today I had a hygienist appointment with Tanja (and had Katie and Sam in the room too) and all of them were fantastic. The treatment I had was thorough, and again, I was explained each stage of the process throughout. Every member of the practice I have interacted with has been exceptional and I am so pleased I made the decision to move to their care. Fantastic experience: Heyford Smiles provides a first class service. The reception staff are friendly and the environment is calm and welcoming. The clinical staff, dentists, dental nurses and hygienists, are very understanding and take great care to ensure that you are comfortable. Each step of a procedure is explained and reassurance is given – which is great if you’re a nervous patient! Based on my experiences at the clinic I recommended it to my daughter and her family who are now patients too.

Fantastic experience: I as booked in for a preventative filling with more to follow. My teeth are in good shape but some fillings are receding from the edges of some teeth. Hisham was very thorough and gentle with the setting up and procedure. I am thrilled to bits with the outcome as the filling matches my tooth colour so perfectly you can’t see it’s been filled! Fantastic experience: An absolutely amazing clinic. They are amazing with people with anxiety and they only do what you are comfortable with. They always talk u through everything and while doing a procedure they make sure u know each step as they're doing it. Also allow u to watch Netflix and west headphones while having a procedure done. A normal extraction ended up taking just over 2 hours, resulting in both dentists leaving work almost hour and a half after closing. Fantastic experience: I joined Heyford after years of putting off finding a new dentist after my childhood one retired! I was very anxious and I had broken teeth with lots of pain. From the start- staff were polite and understanding. Through appointments they have always been reassuring and thoroughly explained what’s going on. They always check you are comfortable and follow up with you after treatment. I have had some significant work in the year I have been with Heyford, including complex extractions and dental implants and support and treatment has been exemplary. I feel costs are reasonable for a private practice, and going on a plan is cost effective. They have been great at teaching me techniques to help maintain good dental health and honestly it makes such a difference having people take the time to explain the rationale, techniques etc so you really understand. The practice is clean and excellent hygiene is observed.

Fantastic experience: My name is Mrs Jagjit Taylor ( not Cheshire now). I have nothing but praise for this dental surgery and would recommend it highly. In particular I want to mention my dental treatment undertaken by Dr Hisham Mahmoud. I underwent some extensive work to replace teeth in the form of a plate. His attention to detail to get everything right was outstanding. He gave good explanations as to what he was doing and his manner was pleasant as well as respectful. Als all the staff who work at the surgery were very pleasant, professional and polite. This includes reception staff and dental nurses. Fantastic experience: As a family we have been very happy members of the Heyford Smiles family since it opened a couple of years ago. Sheetal and the team are incredibly welcoming and attentive, we genuinely feel valued and well looked after every single time we pop in. It’s not the exorbitant price you might expect from the private sector, especially for the direct debit package. It’s easy to forget that the NHS charge for check-ups and it all mounts up to be quite close over an annual period. Thats if you even have the choice of an NHS dentist! We will never consider going back now regardless. For convenience, comfort, exceptional customer service AND value for money, we couldn’t be happier with Heyford Smiles. Fantastic experience: I have a horrendous phobia of dentists, I finally got my courage up and attended Heyford Smiles! From the moment I arrived I was put at ease by the staff on reception. When I got into into the dentist room Dr Law put me at ease, told me they would stop at any time if I felt uncomfortable. After the examination, the explanation of what treatment was required was clear and understood. I then attended a hygienist appointment and what was going to happen was explained clearly and again I was told they could stop at anytime if I felt any discomfort. The appointment went well, and next steps clearly explained. Finally, I attended for a tooth extraction which sent my anxiety levels through the roof! Dr Law was very patient with me and took her time to make sure I was comfortable and stopped whenever I needed a break. This procedure was painless and since then the recovery has been straightforward. I highly recommend Heyford Smiles, all of the staff go above and beyond!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a few appointments recently at this dentist and every single one has been a really great, pleasant experience. The clinic is modern, really clean, and the staff are super friendly. Kelly the receptionist is so lovely, on the ball and sends reminders throughout the week for your upcoming appointments! For me this is very much needed!! Taran is a great dentist, really friendly and knowledgeable. I feel in very great hands. I will definitely continue to use this practice, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service offered, everyone is extremely kind and my experience has only ever been positive. The dentistry work I have had done has been to a great standard with no problems at all. To top it off they call to make sure your doing well the day after treatment which is a nice personal touch not often seen these days. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the kindness that was given to me on Saturday. From my arrival with the lovely Receptionist to the Dental Assistant and the Dentist Hisham Salah. I was still very traumatized from my accident, shaken up and teary. Hisham Salah was incredibly kind, calm and professional, in what was a very tough time for me. I am so grateful to him as well as the lovely dental assistant who was encouraging and kept me calm and got me through the treatment. We are all overwhelmed with what an amazing job the Dentist has done with my teeth - thank you so much. I will always be grateful and feel lucky to have found you as I was treated with such care and an amazing result.

Fantastic experience: Today I was booked in to heyford smiles as I had snapped tooth I was seen by Taran and his assistant and they was great , friendly , welcoming , always made sure I was comfortable while they was fixing my teeth what felt like only a hour I walked back out looking as if nothing even happened , all around great service and hospitality from heyford smiles would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: This is such a wonderful dental practice. Everyone is so kind. This was my first time having an extraction while being awake. They took the time to explain everything about treatment to me and make me comfortable. It really helped ease my nerves. Edit: I have had a horrible time with a dry socket after my extraction and they have been fantastic. I've gone in at least four more times to deal with pain and infection and Hisham and Katie have taken great care of me. I really can't praise them enough. Kelly and Lauren at the front are always so kind every time I come in. The whole practice is just astounding.

Fantastic experience: Called to enquire about an emergency appointment without being a current patient. Reception were understanding, helpful and accommodating. The dental practice itself is smart, clean and we had a warm welcome on arrival. We didn’t have to wait long until we were taken in by Taran and his assistant Katie. Both were very understanding and empathetic throughout the appointment. Taran was gentle, considerate and informative that we felt very comfortable and now have a new patient appointment booked in for a future date. Fantastic experience: I came to Heyford Smiles after a botched implant procedure at S.Dental in Headington. After my previous experience I honestly didn't think that I would be able to go to a dentist again. I don't quite know how Heyford Smiles managed it but I have now had the broken implant removed, a replacement fitted and a bone graft to repair the damage. They could not have made it easier for me or made me feel more at ease and confident in their dentistry skills. They even took care of all the remuneration discussions with the other dentist. They are a warm, welcoming and an extremely competent team. I cannot recommend them highly enough, more so if you are terrified of the dentist as I was when I first came to them!

Fantastic experience: An amazing experience from the very start, my 7 and 3 year old daughters love coming to the dentist, they are made to feel so welcome, everything is explained to them and they even get to help ! Heyford Smiles is a beautiful place and the staff are wonderful. Having such a positive and healthy attitude towards going to the dentist is so important for children, and it really flows into them wanting to look after their teeth and knowing the importance of it, thank you Heyford Smiles !

Fantastic experience: I see both Rebecca and Elena at Heyford Smiles and I couldn’t rate them highly enough. I used to be a very nervous patient (the worst!) and they have really enabled me to overcome this, especially Elena. My previous experiences with hygienists were incredibly uncomfortable, even painful, which only made my fear even worse. Fantastic experience: A shout out to Heyford Smiles Dental Clinic. Saw Dr Hisham Mahmoud today as an emergency. Spoke to the ladies at reception last night and they were so understanding and did everything they could to ensure I was seen ASAP. Dr Mahmoud, was unbelievably efficient,maticulous and very thorough - an asset to the company. Worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to the practice after registering last month. I saw Reece the hygienist and Leanne the dental nurse who was with me in my initial appointment with the dentist last month. I despise going to the hygienist, I’ve had painful experiences previously and I find the noises and sensations very stressful. The both of them were an absolute dream team, making me feel comfortable and talking me through every step. They used the Airflow system to clean my teeth which was a much more pleasant experience than I’ve had before. The whole thing was completely pain free and has genuinely removed my fear of going back! I can’t thank them enough

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend these guys enough. I had a tooth split in half and I called this morning and within 90 minutes of calling they had removed the tooth because I was in so much pain. They went out of their way to help someone they had never met before. I've never been so well looked after at a dentists before. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand and I was put at ease from the moment I walked through the door. If I could give 6 stars I would.
