Leigh Primary Dental Care

Negative experience: I went here a few days ago for an emergency appointment , the way I was treated and made to feel by the dentist was disgusting . I have never felt so intimidated. I left the surgery in tears after being belittled and rudely spoken to. I made the appointment due to pain after having an extraction by this same dentist just to be told to come back when it gets worse , the work is terrible and I’ve taken photos to take this higher.

Fantastic experience: I am very nervous and both the dentist and nurse put me at ease. Very professional and explained everything that was happening, I was very pleased

Fantastic experience: No one loves visiting the dentist, but the staff are always superb. On the phone they’re always super polite and accommodating when you need to change appointments etc. I’m so glad I moved to this dentist when I did! Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by my friend to see Veronica as he had been singing her praises and I must confess that having visited her a couple of days ago as an NHS patient for the first time his assessment was absolutely correct. Veronica was very thorough and gave me useful advice on mitigating the risk of decay in the future. Veronica showed me the x ray she had taken and fully explained what I needed to do consisting in how to clean your teeth, what toothbrush to use and even prescribed toothpaste to ensure my teeth stayed in good condition. I am also due to have a crown fitted shortly after having root canal treatment carried out privately and once again Veronica explained the difference between the NHS version and private ones. I have no hesitation in giving Veronica 5 stars as she was absolutely brilliant and I feel now my teeth are in safe hands. Thank you Veronica.

Fantastic experience: Emergency appointment for my daughter who has hidden disabilities, some developmental delay - cannot say how lovely Veronica is to my daughter, she is very patient and always speaks to my daughter and waits for my daughter to explain the issue, rather than me speaking for her, which is so kind as my daughter has speech issues and so can take longer

Negative experience: I have been going in and out for 6 months now just to get 2 of my tooth filling done. I still have not got it done every time they put a temporary filling on and the next they take it out, I never knew this is how long it takes to do a filling I so badly need this done ASAP I have pain every time they drill the filling area
