Fantastic experience: As an exceptionally nervous patient who has not been to a dentist in over 30 years, I attended Newcastle Dental as a necessity! Was looked after by Marcus who instantly put me at ease and completed all my work needed. He is excellent at not only what he does but the way he does it! Constantly reassuring and comforting. I would trust him 100%! Also, Emma was superb! She totally looked after me and picked up on how I was feeling and supported me in every way. All in all - I would highly recommend this Dentist in every aspect!

Fantastic experience: Rang up Thursday morning with a broken denture hoping to be fixed and got fitted in Friday morning, the receptionists are Lovley and everyone is so welcoming, Simon did an amazing job fixing my denture and so quick aswell! Fantastic experience: Following a poor experience with a failed implant crown at my long standing dentist, I contacted Newcastle Dental & Implant Clinic in the hope that they could help me. What a surprise when they fitted me in within 24 hours. They refitted my implant crown and I am delighted with the outcome. Fantastic experience: I visited for the first time a year ago and they remembered the special accommodations required for being immunocompromised. The dentist and dental nurse wore FP3 masks and offered the first appointment of the day. The treatment plan was clearly explained and I was even shown my xrays to illustrate the explanation. Dany the dentist is engaging and would I'm sure put nervous patients at ease. Niamh the dental nurse is quietly efficient. Lauren went the extra mile to re arrange diaries to meet my needs. The practice is modern, clean and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Hi Alan I first used the dental practice 10 months ago having not been to a dentist for eight years after having some bad experiences & Neglect on my part I was very nervous on my first visit the two ladies on reception were very welcoming making me feel a lot easier after a consultation with Nigel I went to see the dentist Alina who stabilised my teeth .on the next visit Alina gave me four fillings which I chose to have done at one sitting Alina was wonderful put me completely at ease & the treatment was painless . Fantastic experience: I attended this practice today and when I say I was petrified, it would be no exaggeration. I have little, or no regard for any medical practitioners after the way my wife was dealt with, having been diagnosed with kidney stones, which in actuality was metastatic bladder cancer. She died. Atira, I hope I have spelt her name correctly, was just amazing, as was the young clinical assistant. She asked how long I had been grinding my teeth. I started to cry as I told her, since my wife died in 2023... She sat me up, and allowed me to regain my composure. She told me that she regarded herself, not just as a dentist, but a humanist. I will never forget that. The two ladies made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me, concisely, and in a way I could understand. I have further visits to make, and I have been assured that Atira will be taking me on my dental journey. Dentistry is very expensive, and exceptionally sadly, not available to the masses because of this, but this dental practice, if affordable to you, is so professional, professional, empathetic and sympathetic. Fantastic experience: Came here to get a new retainer. The whole experience was fantastic. The practice itself is very clean and has a welcoming vibe. The scan of my teeth was pleasant and the nurse was lovely. Then it was only a short wait before my retainer was ready to pick up. Overall, it was great and I would definitely go back for more!

Positive experience: 2025 Continuing excellent dental services. Replacement crown very pleased with. Best hygienist Karen I have ever had. Been paying privately for over 13 years and so glad I changed to the Newcastle Dental & Implant Clinic just 1.5 years ago. Everyone are so friendly, welcoming and truly profesional. Exceptional dental care & can highly recommend. At my first consultation 20/12/23, a full mouth examination & X-Ray highlighted the deficiencies in my earlier dentists. Given my private treatment for many years due to the unavailability of decent NHS dentists, it was an easy decision to switch to the Newcastle Dental & Implant Clinic with a care plan which easily saves as much as it costs. It's also highlighted to me the importance of X-Rays to detect signs of decay under existing fillings even though there is no discomfort or pain. I booked originally just to discuss one implant for a longstanding problematic crown very wobbly but the adjacent crown has always been a problem too, so I'm very pleased with the proposal for two implants. 22/1/24 Four fillings replaced with underlying decay removed. Such an excellent service far above and beyond treatment by my previous dentists, and everyone involved in the dental care including reception are so lovely, caring and understanding. Absolutely the best decision I've made and my partner has made the same decision after an initial consultation about one of her crowns. Ongoing checks and treatments continue with excellent high quality and professional services. The hygienist is very thorough, professional and provides excellent and very helpful advice. I wish I'd moved earlier as I've had to pay privately for my treatment for over 15 years but now realise that my previous treatments and checks were way below the services currently being received.

Sadly, a visit to the dentist is not an eagerly awaited experience, but here it is a very pleasant one. You get a warm and super friendly welcome from the ladies on reception, the facilities are clean and modern, and the dentists and hygienists are very skilled and professional. On my first consultation he listened to my needs, he put me right at ease, and I have just left having had probably one of the best dental experiences of my life. He is a total professional, while also being very friendly. He answered my questions, and gave me time to express any concerns. Fantastic experience: I had a loose denture sitting on two overseas implants. The courtesy shown to me by the dentist and his assistant was wonderful. There was no criticism of my going abroad to get treatment which I might have got here in the UK. It was quick, painless and with much care. I was surprised at what little I had to pay.

Fantastic experience: After paying numerous times at my local NHS surgery, and never being given a confident conclusion on my tooth problem, I decided to get a second opinion from here. What a difference, the place is spotlessly clean, modern and so relaxed. My previous dentist practice was so busy, rushed and stressful. Not good for a nervous patient like myself. I was seen by Kirendeep, she and her assistant totally made me feel at ease. She took her time. Explained everything fully. And most of all spotted problems that non of my many previous dentists had. I need two extractions, one which is complicated so I've been referred to a specialist for this. This again is reassuring as I've had a bad extraction experience before, when it probably should have been referred. After the check up, Lauren the Treatment Coordinator, spent ages with me patiently answering my many relentless questions. Again something that other surgery's won't do. I never felt rushed at all. If the procedure goes well I'm sure to be making this my new dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Newcastle Dental for root canal treatment. I was a little nervous about it as a friend of mine said it was the worst thing he’d had done. During the first sitting I fell asleep twice!! It was so comfortable and relaxing and possibly Danny’s singing that helped. Danny who did my treatment was fantastic as well as all of the assistants he had during my treatment. Reception staff were also amazing and helpful. Negative experience: I'm writing this review a year after having composite bonding. I was so happy at the time. I had regained my confidence and smiled again. After the procedure I was told they would give me 5 to 7 years without problems. After 6 months they started to chip . Unfortunately the front 2 came off in the night...my fault. I went to get them repaired and the dentist was in a rush to end her day and go on maternity leave. She broke the teeth either side as I felt them in my throat. I wasn't given a mirror so I noticed at home. I had them repaired and they have continued to break. Once the same night . The surgery blame me for a heavy bite. I've only eaten soft food, clean them regularly and have had to wear my guard in the day. I've been told now to pay £100 deposit for any work because of cancelling appointments. The bonding has now come off the front of my teeth and 1 tooth has a little fang hanging. I've given plenty of notice when cancelling as sometimes I can't get out due to hypokalemia. I went for an appointment to mend them, the dentist said he wasn't qualified to do it so I was sent home. I've spent about 3,500 on this and I'm heart broken. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for this procedure. The reception girls are really lovely but won't help me . I'm going down the legal route now which I could do without.

Negative experience: After an initial consultation I was told I needed teeth removed and a denture fitted. I suffer with anxiety but was told I'd leave with a smile unfortunately this was not the case. After spending over £1200 I left with my new teeth in a plastic bag because they didn't fit. After several more trips I had to take the moulds to a laboratory myself and pick them up. Six weeks later they broke and Newcastle dental tried to charge me for the repair I'm disgusted by the way I was treated. There was no apology or offer of refund

Cost for private work is not extortionate either. Can't thank the practice enough for an emergency repair and plans for a permanent fix as well.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience from start to finish, my teeth were jagged on both sides and top and bottom, I suffered from ulcers and my mouth was constantly sore which affected my quality of life. My teeth were scanned and they designed my new teeth to stop all the problems that I was experiencing. I had many hours of work done and can honestly say that I had no pain whatsoever, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed and went through every stage of the process with me before progressing the work required, it’s been a couple of months now and mouth ulcers and sores are a thing of the past, the extra confidence from the perfect smile is just a bonus. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Danny as an emergency after breaking my already weak front teeth. They were amazing! I suffer terribly with PTSD so going to the dentist is such a traumatic experience, iv been to several dentist over the last few years and always ended up walking out. Today I did somthing I never thought id ever do! I had 2 extractions, Danny and his assistant were so caring and treated me with respect. They talked me through each step and even gave me a hand to hold. Their in house technician added two teeth to my denture and I was wearing my new teeth all by 5pm, which I have to say look amazing! I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff every one of them made my visit go from a negative to a positive. From now on I will only go to one place for my dental treatment, and if you have nervous issues please try here you will be well looked after just like I was.

Fantastic experience: FP1 full top arch prosthesis fitted at the clinic. I wanted to replace a gummy smile and missing teeth and boy did they do this for me! The team were supportive and caring during the procedure. So pleased with the outcome and love my new smile. Don't hesitate, only 3 days after surgery and in no pain. Wow, wow, wow!!! Negative experience: I was still waiting to be seen ..25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I understand delays can occur but I was not informed that there was a delay when booking in and only spoken to upon enquiring as to how much longer I would be waiting. Unfortunately, the delay in being seen would have impacted on another commitment so I was forced to cancel the appointment which resulted in a whole lot of wasted time. I will add that the receptionist was polite and apologetic.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish .From my initial enquiry with the ladies on reception to seeing Simon and Niel ,I was put at ease on my visits for the routine work and also the extensive work done to enable me to have an implanted lower plate with a matching upper plate.I would recommend Simon and his team without hesitation as for the first time in years I can now eat properly.
