Fantastic experience: Suffering from tooth abscess, rang this morning to see if I could be seen and, yes, I was seen to this morning, prescribed antibiotics. I was told they would let me know a date for extraction of the problem. Very prompt service, thank you.

Fantastic experience: The team are really friendly and knowledgeable and the practice feels really modern and well-equipped and it’s always nice and clean. My dentist, Stathis, and his dental nurse (I’m afraid I don’t know her name) are both excellent and attentive and so feel like I’m in really safe hands with them. They work quickly and carefully and the results are immaculate. Everybody else I’ve interacted with at the practice (hygienist, reception team) are really pleasant and friendly and clearly knowledgable in their field. I have no regrets joining the practice as a private patient as the care I have received is fantastic and absolutely worth the money it has cost.

Positive experience: I have been with this practice for a year. It has been difficult at times to find appointments that fit within my working week, however I would just like to say that the quality of treatment and care is second to non. I would personally like to thank Manju and her assistant for my treatment so far. I have been so impressed by the level of care, attention to detail and humility they have shown me. I am a very anxious patient and they have been very patient and understanding with me. I came home today, the first time in years and I have smiled without feeling uncomfortable about it. Thank you both so much. What they have achieved for me is nothing short of a miracle as my teeth where disgusting to look at. Thank you so much both of you. Only marked my review down one star because of the wait for some appointments, nothing to do with the work you actually do x

Negative experience: Really disappointed with the service. I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and entitled to free dental care. I was offered an appointment with a dentist so long as I paid £140. As soon as I mentioned I was pregnant and have an exemption they could no longer offer me an appointment. Disgusting outcome to be honest and just shows it’s a money grabbing business like most of them. So now I am spending my morning looking for another dentist to help me before I fly abroad to make sure me and my family can enjoy it without me being in pain. Just wanted to let the patients of this practice and any future looking to book that these are the values to this practice.

Negative experience: My daughter was on the panel in 2016 and had regular check ups but when COVID started I rang asking if my daughter could come in and have a checkup but they said it was emergencies only , when COVID had finished I went in with my daughter and asked for an appointment only to find out she'd been taken of the panel for no reason but was told I should have updated her details which I'd never done before and wasn't told to before coming in . I went in last week asking if my daughter could be put back on the panel but was told there is no room and my daughter would have to wait every day for a few hours , the lady who I spoke with didn't care what I had to say all I was told was to wait for hours every day .

Fantastic experience: Always great work. Fab to get a text reminder of your appt. Ample parking on site but be aware its pay on entry now for parking. Free for the first 60 or 90 mins. Stathis and Nicky are a great team together. I wouldn't trust any other dentist. They explain everything really well and always have great advice. The reception team work really hard and will do their best to fit me in in-between appointments if I have any issues. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: 6th month check up, the new top denture is the best I have ever had ( sorry ). Previous were " good " but this one !!!. No food is caught, fits firmly to the roof of my mouth would certainly recommend this as the future denture... As expected great from, the receptionist's to Stathis treatment / advise..

Fantastic experience: Hi all really do rate this Dental Practice, been with them for a number of years and probably the last 3 have seen Colin, he is so gentle and caring always putting your care and comfort 1st and I do have problem teeth and gums. Also all the reception staff are polite and helpful, very pleased I switched here a few years ago.

I’m not the most confident when it comes to the dentist but I’m always made to feel relaxed. His nurse today was lovely and kept checking to see if I was ok. I didn’t catch her name but she was fab! Fantastic experience: An amazing experience. The night before I had severe tooth ache, called at 8 the following morning and was in at 11, 30 minutes later I had a new antibacterial crown, x-ray and referral for further steps. Could not be happier

Fantastic experience: Despite the practise undergoing refurbishment works during my visit, this did not impact on the level of service. I was given advance warning of the potential disruption, however I found the works to be well controlled and the temporary services in place to be very efficient. My appointment ran to time and the treatment I received was 5/5, delivered by a very knowledgeable and professional practitioner in a very clean and well organised surgery. Overall, an efficient, professional and friendly service received! Would highly recommend.

I can now smile with my mouth open, I would never smile before, with my teeth previously being crossed over at the front would make me feel insecure about my appearance. I really wish I’d of had my teeth done sooner. I am over the moon with the outcome, they are straight and the bonding that has been done on them is great work. I can smile in family photos, I don’t have to feel like I want/need to cover my mouth when speaking ever again. I’d like to also mention how Teresa was always very friendly, chatty and overall nice, every time I visited the surgery I was always made to feel welcome and relaxed and that’s really important to me. Negative experience: Every time I visit this dental practice I am disappointed by the reception staff, i stood and stood and not one of the three staff acknowledged me for ages, they stare at their screens, not even a comment like I will be with you in a minute. I only visit because it is my granddaughters dentist, Mydentist on holderness road is the opposite and very friendly and welcoming..

Positive experience: Poor time keeping. Waiting so long I had to leave. Appointment time was 3.25pm with Jonathan Godfrey, who is an excellent dentist. I arrived at 3.20pm. 3.50pm arrived. Still waiting. Nobody spoke to me. Nothing. Had an appointment elsewhere for 4.00pm so had to leave. The practice has changed a lot over the years and not for the better. Most of the walls are plastered with posters flogging private treatments, the chairs in the waiting are far too close together and the music - the ghastly Magic FM when I was there - is far too loud. At one stage, another patient's private information was left on the counter top for anyone to read. The whole place needs to be quieter, more comfortable, less intimidating, calmer and efficient. 04th May update: I telephoned the practice the subsequent morning. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating and I am grateful for that. I stand by my review yet I do consider it appropriate to increase the review from two to three stars because the staff are helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of this practice for years now. Our dentist Mr Godfrey is absolutely amazing. I have been traumatised by dentists in the past and honestly, I have no issues going nowadays. Mr Godfrey makes you feel at ease, he is a proper gentleman and so friendly. I normally have a scale and polish at my visits and in the past have been sat there with curled toes and left with sore gums. Mr Godfrey is so gentle you could nod off while he gets to work. I pray he never leaves the practice! You have my thanks for restoring my trust in dentists.

Negative experience: So disappointed I had an appointment for my 3kids at 11am not been seen until after 12pm not because It is busy I aske the reception they said they don't know why. I definitely don't recoment this dentist

Fantastic experience: I have a phobia of the dentist, needles and have a bad gag reflux. However today was incredible, the dentist Ricardo was very professional and patient, but his assistant Rachael was amazing she talked me through breathing calmed me down had a calming presence and voice and totally transformed my experience, I need further treatment but am not worried if I can have Rachael and Ricardo again. Would thoroughly recommend. THANK YOU

Fantastic experience: Incredible lady dentist helped me overcome years of dental phobia and fixed years of dental problems and pain.

Negative experience: So my disabled wife had an appointment on June 29th 2023, but because of her disability her cognitive functions was such that it was unsafe for her to keep the appointment and as her full time carer I cancelled it. The surgery was fine about this but she needed a appointment this week and they have removed her as a NHS patient claiming she has not seen them for two years and also claiming they write to her. Totally disgusted, but hey they said they will see her if she pays for treatment. I do have the phone call I made still on my recent calls list on my phone from the 29th of June but they deny there ever was a appointment on that date.

Fantastic experience: As arriving at the dental surgery you notice how clean it is. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. I was only waiting no more than 10mins to see my dentist. Negative experience: Can't fault the dentist I saw, however he was running 25 minutes late but really good care from him as always. The main issue is that while sat in the reception for 40 minutes, over half if that time I had to listen to many members of staff sat in the mangers office with the door wide open, so not being discreet at all, complaining, swearing and been extremely unprofessional about other members of staff, this was not quiet at all. By the comments it sounds like it would be one the healthcare staff and not the receptionists but also the manager was involved in the conversation, then to add to that someone with a bad cough was coughing that much they was wretching!
